Honestly speaking, I was skeptical when hearing about the BackMarket website. How could a refurbished product work just as good as a brand new item or better? I did some research before actually purchasing, and outweighed my pros and cons. Finally, I decided to order with full expectations of either returning the item or getting scammed. I was receiving daily email updates and accurately enough, my new MacBook came in 3 days! I was so excited to unbox and start testing out my new product. The MacBook did come as specified on the website and has been working perfectly fine. I am 2 weeks into my product use and am still surprised that it has been holding up and working great! Needless to say, I will be recommending this website to all my colleagues.

As I was leaving an old position and starting a new job, I had to turn in the iPad I was assigned. I wanted to have an iPad so that I could start my new job with a familiar device and transfer things from my old iPad before returning it to default status and turning it in.

Buying refurbished things can seem sketchy but the products description stated they were in excellent condition. Seriously I was very happy with my decision to buy it, and would buy from them again. Back market is legit. I found Back market when I was looking to buy a used MacBook. It is the right place to buy used Apple products. I enjoyed my MacBook and Apple pen which I bought from Back market. The customer service is good and the shipping is fast.

Referral credits were restored and I was able to use them. Just be aware that the credit code can only be used for one item and if it errors out, you have to wait a few days to try again. The referral credit does not cover tax and shipping.

I was skeptical at first because it seemed too good to be true. It arrived in a decent amount of time. Besides fedex delaying the delivery date twice. The MacBook look brand new despite only being "good" condition. Everything works great including the battery life. 10/10 would recommend.

This laptop is the bee's knees and being a college student you couldn't get a higher preforming laptop new for $300 and this thing comes with a year warranty? It's super fast the conduction is immaculate and with the money I saved I can actually afford real food this semester! I'll be back for more don't you worry. 11/10 would buy again.

Ordered my phone which arrived in 2 days. After getting a new SIM I found the part where it goes damaged and my SIM won't work.
Tried many times to email and keeps rejecting my password even after changing it aleast 5 times when asked. I'm worried I have been scammed and will be calling my bank tomorrow. Very upset as I do feel it is a good thing to buy something refurbished especially because I am not in a position to afford a new one
