DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM ANY OF THE SELLERS. THEY ARE KNOWINGLY SELLING YOU PHONES THAT WILL NOT WORK WHEN THE CELL TOWERS TURN TO 5G. I BOUGHT A PHONE FOR MY MOTHER 4 MONTHS AGO AND NOW DOES NOT WORK DUE TO CHANGE IN CELL TOWER. I TRIED TO GET A REFUND BUT GOT DENIED. THEY TRY TO SAY THE PHONE IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD. NO!, ITS NOT! IF ITS WORKING AS IT SHOULD WHY IS IT NOT WORKING THEN!

Everything was in excellent condition, just like it was advertised. The packaging could've been better for the I Pad but the apple pen practically looked brand new. Minor but my adapter to the I pad has a shortage in in but other than that it works excellent. I'll be ordering again!

The phone arrived faulty. The battery life lasted for little more than four hours. When I contacted them to report the issue, I was told this was "normal" because I might be downloading new apps and signing into accounts. It clearly wasn't "normal". I persisted, and after a few weeks of back-and-forth, excuses and requests for proof, they finally collected the phone for repair. The phone was collected from DHL (almost a week after being dropped off, for reasons that were never explained). The company seemed very confused about the return process, claiming they had no record of the return, the tracking number nor the package - which was untrue. THEY had sent me the tracking number. Eventually, they received the phone and refused to deal with it, claiming that a superficial scratch on the back of the casing meant that they were unwilling to deal with the actual problem.
The photo I received from them shows more damage to the casing than when it was sent (as evidenced in my own photos taken on the day of return).

I'm annoyed at the damage, but the fact that they're unwilling to deal with the problem of the faulty phone at all makes me feel that I have been completely ripped off. They're eventually going to send me a phone back that is next to useless. A phone that barely lasts for four hours is NOT fit for purpose, and I never would have bought it had I known. I will never use this company again, and I urge everyone else to avoid them like the plague. They clearly can't be trusted.

I waited to write this review to make sure everything was going to work out the way it should, and it did. I bought two phones, one for me and one for my daughter. Both came in quickly, exactly as advertised, and have worked perfectly for over three months now. This is a very good company to deal with and the next time I need a phone I will definitely come back!

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH MY PURCHASE I LOVE IT. WAS DELIVERD VERY FAST AND CAME IN WITH EVERYTHING ON THE LIST.

My wife's surface 3 died a battery death and in looking for a replacement I ran across Back Market. She wanted another Surface and Back Market had a large selection. Now new Surfaces are REALLY expensive so I took a chance and bought a refurbished Surface 5. The unit arrived in two days in great shape and looked almost new. It worked fine on boot up and has been working without issue for 2 weeks now. There was one problem. The included charger was DOA. Back Market sent a new one immediately.
Based on this purchase I bought a refurbished Pixel 4 from Back Market. It also looks new and worked without issue. I was able to transfer all of my apps and data from my old Pixel and setup for Google Fi was a snap.

My refurbished, first generation iPhone SE w/ 32 GB of memory from Back Market is beyond belief! It works perfectly. I scoured the internet for a better deal, but I couldn't find anything that even came close to the deal Back Market offered. Back Market promised 3-day free shipping, and they even beat that. I got my iPhone in the mail just 2 days after I submitted my online order. And free shipping included insuring the phone for its full price, also at no charge to me.

I thought I would save money by buying the refurbished iPhone in "Good" condition instead of in "Excellent" condition, which would have cost $30 more. When the cellphone arrived in the mail, I couldn't believe just how good "Good" condition would be. The display was absolutely flawless, not so much as a micro scratch on it anywhere. And I could not find a single scratch, nick, or dent anywhere on the metallic body of the phone either. I was bewildered why Back Market did not rate the condition of my phone as "Excellent". I surely would have. After pulling out a powerful magnifying glass, I finally located the most trivially imaginable scuff in the metal case on the backside of the phone. The side I would never even look at. That's the reason Back Market only rated the condition of the phone as "Good" instead of "Excellent"? Man, you guys are just awesome!

"Good" condition extends beyond just the cosmetics of the phone. The Home button and all of the mechanical buttons on the sides of my refurbished iPhone work without a glitch, too. And a software app installed on the phone shows that the rechargeable battery inside has a health rating of 96%, which is damned impressive for a 6-year-old phone. The phone charges rapidly and holds its charge for days, just as if it were a brand new phone.

And if all of that wasn't good enough, Back Market also covers the phone with a one year warranty. Also for FREE!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase if I had spent hours searching the internet to save -- what, a nickel? -- on a lower priced iPhone. If I had found a lower priced phone (and I extremely doubt it), it surely wouldn't have been in better condition.

The Dell laptop that I purchased was listed as in 'Excellent Condition". I would describe it more as "New Condition" as it looks as if it just rolled off the assembly line. It performs as new also. 'Could not be happier with this purchase!
