I purchased a 5th Generation iPad from Backmarket for my granddaughter to use with her school and various games. The iPad was shipped/received and well-packaged within a 3-day period as promised. We had one question for the seller which was answered within a few hours. Backmarket kept me informed about the status of my purchase. My granddaughter recently traveled by air for 20+ hours and her mother told me the iPad kept its charge for the entire trip. We are very happy with the purchase and will use Backmarket in the future for other refurbished purchases.

I was hesitant to buy refurbished tech but I loved Back Markets ads and mission. So I gave it a shot and I wish I'd done it sooner. I bought my wife a renewed iWatch and it was like brand new... for a lot less tho.

I purchased a $586 Samsung Galaxy S20+ locked phone "for Verizon", but Verizon could not activate it. In the meantime, I was supposed to send back my other new phone to Verizon before the end of their 30-day return period--so time was of the essence.
I tried to get help from BackMarket, but Felipe sent me to deal directly with the vendor--a one-woman show with more than one DBA out of Vegas. She didn't respond.

I had no choice but to order a more expensive S20+ phone in order to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM AS LISTED, AND COULD NOT QUICKLY RESOLVE THE MATTER. I am having to jump through hoops, which isn't cool.

Ok. Let's talk about The Black Market. First of all, when I was searching Google looking for a refurbished iPad Pro, I kept seeing the Black Market website pop up. I never clicked on it because I didn't like the name (Black Market). It sounded scary to me so I never bothered to click. It made me think of the term "Dark Web" for some reason. (Actually I wonder if the name keeps some people away?).
Remember this in business:
If one person feels this way, you can bet that thousands of people will feel the same way.
Anyway I ignored the site. Then I did not like what I found on the usual websites. So I ended up going to their page. First of all, there's a sense of humor over there that I kind of like. After a Google search, I realized that this was a legitimate site with great deals on refurbished tech products. I spent a few days just lurking around and trying to find what I needed. I have to say that maybe the layout of the website needs a bit of work regarding ease of use, and navigation. (But that's just me). It just looked "different". If you take your time, and navigate slowly, you'll find the deals. In the end, I ended up with a beautiful, brand new looking iPad Pro generation 3 for a low price, less than half the price of a new unit. I mainly need my iPad as a sheet music reader, but it's useful for many things.
As I said, I took this out of the package and it looked brand new to me. Not a scratch on the back or on the screen. The battery is fantastic! I believe I got an excellent deal from this company. They back up their products with a warranty so you don't have to worry.
Well that's about it. If I need another device I'm going back to this company. My experience has been pleasant. Customer service, product, and shipping were five stars! Now I feel like buying something I don't need just for the heck of it!
So now I know that the Black Market is a friendly place, not a scary one.

This site discriminates. It's Belgian web site for example only exists in French, while the vast majority speaks Dutch (there is even a German part). That's why I won't buy anything here. Unreliable. Discrimination, but of course happy to take your money...

It is not difficult to set up a multi-lingual web site. EVERY Belgian web site exists in minimum 4 languages.

Initially I was hesitant to order refurbished. I bought a laptop hoping the refurbish was not a scam. I will definitely buy refurbished again. I ordered a 12" laptop, Laptop price was in line with what I wanted to spend. The order process was very easy, back market kept me informed the entire time of status of purchase.

I returned the computer as the seller made a honest mistake on the listed specs. Computer arrived and was in better condition than described. After discovering computer was not the specs as described I returned it. The return process was very easy, seller very cooperative. Back market kept me informed through out the return process.
I ordered another laptop, same good process of communication throughout the sale. Laptop was also in better condition than described. This one was spec'd as I needed it. I am happy with both purchases. And happy the return process was easy, Money promptly refunded for the first purchase.

My experience has been up and down with Back Market, where my product took 2 additional days to ship, so I missed receiving it in time. Thankfully they refunded me.

Best customer service, fast delivery and an iPad Pro that is like brand new I will continue to shop with BackMarket always!

I recently purchased an iPhone 13 pro 128 - "fully unlocked"
When I received my phone it was NOT unlocked and unable to use. Back market wants me to ship the phone back, and has not answered my question about when I will be refunded. Under terms and conditions, it says "30 days". So out $700 and have to buy a phone from somewhere else. Not sure what to do with this phone. Would you send it back without knowing when the refund will happen after being scammed?

I ordered a product and after a week with no contact, they said it was delayed. Then a few days later they canceled and refunded. But there's no way to give negative feedback once an order is refunded. I didn't lose money but it's a huge waste of time & effort. BackMarket only offered a 5% discount to try it all over again... no thanks. You're better off with EBay where sellers are very concerned about their feedback and canceling an order doesn't prevent feedback.

Please don't risk shopping and waste your money at BackMarket. They sell for other businesses - like Amazon or Ebay. I bought a Samsung S10, but they sold me defective phone and the wrong screen protector and refused to repair, exchange or refund either - despite having a warranty. I highly discourage anyone from shopping through BackMarket. The customer service was very rude too. I was shocked. I don't order much online, but have never had such a terrible experience. It's a dishonest business.

So I ordered a new phone from these people and no SD cards worked in it emailed several times back and forth. Ended up having to send my phone back. I was really disappointed cuz I loved the phone. Wasn't offered a replacement phone just told they were going to give me a refund. That was 2 weeks wasted out of my life when I could have just went to a store and bought a new phone I was trying to go refurbished to save the planet but didn't have a good experience here.

Purchased samsung galaxy A-32 5g from back market very first time and was surprised that came in timely manners, as promised which was fully unlocked in new condition. Will buy again from back market in near future. Keep up the good job folks of back market we need more people like you.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the S10 in the excellent condition that it was advertised as. Not a scratch on it. It has been working extremely well without any issues. I would recommend my family and friends check out what Back Market has to offer. Thank you!

I've purchased used electronics before from other sellers, so I wasn't too worried about buying used hardware. What I didn't expect was the outstanding service and communication from Back Market. The website layout was clean and easy to navigate. I found the item I wanted fairly quick and made an easy purchase. The service after the purchase has been great as well. It seems like this company really cares about the products they sell and the people who buy them. I will tell friends and family about Back Market and will definitely be back as a return customer.

Back Market has become my go to site for all of my electronics needs, why? Selection, savings, fast service and 30 days to return if I'm not happy. This is my second Mac Book Pro that I have bought from Back Market and both have been perfect transactions.

My laptop died when I needed it most. Jumped on to Back Market and found exactly what I needed it works GREAT. Placed order on Friday got it Monday Am perfect! Thanks guys!

I've purchased two items from BackMarket. So far, everything about the company has been perfect. Both items, an Apple Watch 6 and an iPhone 12 Mini, arrived exactly when they said they would. I wish I could make myself order items in just "good" condition, to see if they arrive in excellent condition like most of the reviews say. But, for the small increase in price, it's impossible for me to not order "excellent" condition. And, that's exactly how both of my purchases arrived. Not a scratch on them and no sign of wear or use at all! The customer service from BackMarket has been great. Not that I need them to be, because I haven't had any issues. I receive emails throughout the entire ordering process, letting me know what to do if I have any issues.

I need a Mac computer and an iPad for the business I just started. There's no doubt in my mind I'll be purchasing those from BackMarket! I'm not doing this or saying any of this because I'm benefiting from it in any way. These people have a wonderful business and I would gladly take time out of my day to explain how great their service has been. Give them a try and save yourself hundreds of dollars per item. Like they say, you can always return the purchased item if you're not happy with it.

I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max(in good condition) and it came 3 days later. It looked brand new, no scratches and the battery was 98%. I have been using the phone for two weeks now. It works perfectly well with no issues. Am very much satisfied with my iPhone. Thanks to back market.
