Phone was in great shape and exactly what was offered. Automated service was excellent and I would buy another product from BackMarket in a heartbeat!

Everything was in great condition, as described and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely shope on Back Market next time I am looking for good refurbished electronic devices.

I bought the Iphone 12 pro fair, a little scare because I am not from this country so to return it is not an option for me, but oh my! When I receive it it was so perfect. Only a tiny line in the screen but you cant tell is there. I did the phonecheck and it is just perfect!

I'm soo happy, the phone is unlocked and I can us this everywhere in the world, the is in Africa right now but it's work powerfully! I will contact to you for buy another one!

Save your time and money as there's no guarantee of good product and refund is not guaranteed neither. I bought an imac and received it earlier than expected. To my surprise they sent me a wireless mouse and wired keyboard neither which were the mac ones (I suppose that is mentioned somewhere on the website.) Problems begun when the mac took over ten minutes just to START. Then after turning my device on I realized the wifi would not stay on for longer than 5 minutes and eventually that number decreased to a minute. I'd turn it on and the wifi would turn itself off automatically. I have over 9 devices in my household, including laptops and tablets, none of which ever experienced any issues with connectivity so very clearly the issue was the mac itself. When I returned the device, somewhere along the way of shipping apparently a dent was made on the mac and the corner was shattered and when asked for solutions they just said they would send it back to me and wouldn't even contact the carrier for a claim. The only reason why I returned the item in the first place was because the wifi was not working. Who sells a device in 2022, without a working wifi? ALSO BEWARE of Back Market's "Free return". While the item was shipped to me using FedEx I was provided with a USPS label for returns and to my surprise when I made it to the post office I had to pay $102 to send the item because the label provided by back market only allowed items that weighed at most 14 OUNCES. When they knew just the mac itself weighed 5KG! Still got no solution, no offer of repair, no refund. All I did was lose $500 in total. Save yourself the headache and the $$ and just go and purchase something from Best Buy or Apple themselves. Seller was SPRY by the way.

I was very skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone. So far I must say the phone works fine and looks like new. It was a upgrade for my husband. We've had the phone since Feb 2022. I am kicking myself for paying insurance on my phone. Now that it stopped working.My deductible is a smidge less than a back market phone, not to mention the monthly fee I've been paying. Would recommend Back Market to family n friends. Love Greg's laid back ways! :)

I was nervous ordering a used iPad, but I have no regrets. It is perfect! It arrived exactly as described.

I bought a MacBook Pro M-1 chip three weeks ago and it arrived within two days. I was impressed with the ordering process and delivery time. Three days ago on one of the lightning ports stopped working. This of course is not a critical issue but still needs to be addressed so I contacted the "seller" via Back Market's website. Her name is Koala Stash. I have sent four messages to her and have not received any response. It has been about six hours. Apparently Back Market is just the broker for the equipment that is refurbed by many other sellers. After talking with customer service at Back Market, I was told that I need to wait longer for the seller to respond. Once that happens (hours, days weeks!) then I should send the computer back and wait for a replacement. My business is consulting and I need the computer hard drive info to service my clients on a daily basis. I asked them if they would send the replacement and I would migrate the hard drives so that I don't lose my data and programs, and then send the damaged computer back to them. They said "that's not how it works." I would warn everyone that even though the warranty is pretty clear this company can interpret its execution anyway they want. Buyer beware!

I recently purchased a 21.5" iMac for my son and it arrived quickly and very well packaged - as sound and protected as any original Apple box! In addition, my 'good' rated machine arrived in 'excellent' condition - very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely order from Back Market again.

I like my purchase it was in good shape and works like brand new I am very happy it looks and works like as good as new. I really like this company.

They held up their end of the deal. I it a samsung 9. I found out that there is a factory battery issue. But the phone looked good as new, and functions perfectly for the specs. I'll happily do business with these folks again!

I really wish I would've discovered back Market sooner. They have such great refurbished products and prices. Customer service and responsiveness is on point. They truly make sure the consumer has a pleasant and satisfying experience. I have purchased numerous products and have no complaints whatsoever. They make sure if you're not happy with your product then there's a resolution, either a repair, exchange or refund. Everything is simple and straightforward as far as purchasing or returning. Delivery time is fast. It's really your moneys worth. Prices are great.

When all was said and done Back Market took my $352 +shipping AND the phone back ((Samsung Galaxy Note9) and I got NOTHING!
It was the 1st time I ever had a problem with a refurbished phone. It was so buggy it was ridiculous, I suspect water damage. Whatever the problem, it wasn't usable. I send it back and they try and say there's a crack in the corner of the screen (that u need a magnifying glass to see!) Therefore it wasn't "covered". Since when does a tiny crack in a screen make a phone totally not function correctly?! I got nothing but a run around! They got over $350 PLUS the PHONE and I got NOTHING! WORST company I've ever dealt with in my life! They owe me a phone that works! Don't know how they stay in business when they're so SHADY! DON'T RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM BACK MARKET, SERIOUSLY!

I brought Samsung small screen. The phone was like new and works great. In was here in a couple of days. Very happy will buy another phone when need. My daughter broght an iPhone for her son when she saw mine. Back Market is great.

Blackmaket basically hosts phone refurbishing companies. And they back them up and monitor quality and standards. And they very much do it and do it well. I did get a phone that was not in "excellent" cond, (you get to choose fair, good, excellent) returned it and chose another refurbisher from and i chose again, "excellent" and the phone was immaculate. Return was easy, Blackmarket made sure the refurbisher made everything right and timely. Very, very responsive. Had no trouble from I will 100% buy from here again, but make sure to look at those refurbishers and make sure they are established and have good reviews!

If you couldn't already tell from the title, I really dig BackMarket. I recently purchased a 2019 13" Macbook Pro for a great price. When it arrived (in what was no more that 2 days with their upgraded shipping), I realized I actually needed a 15" screen for my work, and the customer service team at BackMarket was so helpful in getting me connected with the seller so I could start a return. The seller themselves as well was fantastic, understanding my need for return, working to answer each of my questions along the way, and keeping my updated about the return status. The final computer I got, a 15" 2019 Macbook Pro, is stellar, boasting an "Excellent" rating for hardware and software (as well as aesthetics), that is true to form. I am so happy with my new laptop, and when I go to purchase my apple watch and iMac later this year, I will definitely be purchasing from BackMarket!
