I have always had the same concept to recycle stuff that may be useless to one but very useful to others who needed it and it doesn't need to be new. That's the whole concept. Well, I just found one place to go if I need it.

So far so good. IPad came very quickly and looks great. I will definitely use back market again. A pleasant experience

I liked buying my refurbished iPhone 12 from them. It came looking brand new and working just great…and I enjoyed the correspondence with the sellers…phone was shipped out right away…I give a 5 star for there effort to save the planet in there company business. And there good product!

Customer service was great friendly and helpful, the Mac mini was is great shape, shipping and tacking wad fast. Would definitely order again.

Failed to work. When I attempted to send a broken phone they refused to accept it saying the warranty was invalid. I would advise people not to use this extremely unhelpful compaNy

I placed an order on April 23rd for a cell phone. Received email stating that order was received. Never received another email stating it was shipped. Contacted Back market and they said that my order had been canceled with no explanation as to why. My credit card showed order paid.
BAD BUSiNESS! Could at least told me that my order was canceled and reason.
Will never order from here again!

I, like so many others, was hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop. With some encouragement from my daughter and a bit of research I found Back Market. Their site was easy to use, understand and to order from. The order was made, the laptop arrived and the followup has been wonderful. I jumped right into using my new to me laptop and have had no problems at all. I highly recommend them.

Perfect in every possible way! Getting it for free at the instance that I placed the order would have been the only upgrade. Fortunately, I live in the real world. Thank you for your excellent service.

No worries here! After taking my iPad in to my local service center for a second time, my technician said there was nothing else he could do. My iPad was not going to be able to be fixed again. He actually recommended BACK MARKET to me. Said he would not ever buy at retailers only at Back Market. So, I gave it a try. Great product with excellent quality and awesome prices.
