After 3 attempts to deliver, and FedEx never left slips when they came, the package was returned, what a waste of time! I have about 5 packages a day delivered safely to my home but they made it impossible to update or accept responsibility for having the package returned to me. Even when trying to contact backmarket.com they made it as hard as possible, will never order from this company again.

We were able to find the phone that we wanted to replace the one she lost in the lake very quickly and at a great price. Actually paid far less for this replacement than I did for the one she lost that was also a refurbished I-Phone of the same model.
The replacement was in better condition than advertised. It looked like new and works like new.

She and I could not be happier.

Refurbished phones that are of good quality are usually hard to find. I am a student that was looking for a cheap yet great quality and the options I had were really limited. Back Market, which is an apple refurbish market was the place to go as they had great prices and had overall good quality reviews. I am happy that Backmarket fulfilled their end of the promise by making sure the quality of their sellers are up to standards. The iPhone I bought was overall great, no scratches and great battery health. They really went beyond expectations. Thank you Back Market <3.

Description matches the product. Great working laptop that offers a variety of fun for hours. The storage space is still plenty for loads of pictures, videos, etc.

Purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Backmarket. Moved up 7 years from my previous MacBook to a unit with the ability to upgrade to the latest load wtth more memory and hard drive space. Works like new and holds a charge all day. I couldn't be happier. Will always purchase my electronics from BackMarket from now on.

When technology leaps forward, manufacturers go wild making more and more stuff then the old stuff gets thrown away. BackMarket takes the old stuff and refurbishes it to make it almost like new for a new owner. The product I received in just 3 days was as close to new as I could have wished and instead of paying bleeding-edge prices, I got it for less than a single night in a mid-range hotel. Plus, it didn't go into a landfill! All those resources used to make it get to be used for more years than the manufacturer could have ever expected. I love this company and their vision! (and their refurbished electronics!)

During my first time using this company, the service has been top-notch, they respond quickly to questions, and the product I ordered was just what I needed. Even though I had an issue when I got the phone, it did not make think any less of the company as it is understandable given the challenge of finding parts and people to work on issues due to shortages.

Hey potential buyer I too was hesitant to purchase products from this platform. I researched the products, read reviews and said no way I can purchase apple products at these prices. I gave it a try ordered an 21.5 inch IMAC and I am extremely satisfied with the product and the outstanding customer service.

Also, if you're concerned about purchasing items and need to return it from some reason, they handle that too. The website is easy to access and the response time is fairly quick. I highly recommend Back Market for your electronic needs.

Bought a pixel 5 for a little over $300. Was very clear about expectations. I chose to buy in "excellent condition" I believe. I've yet to find a single flaw. 1 year warranty too so I can't see this going wrong.

They do an awesome job of communicating every step of the way. I know it can be a little nerve racking to make such a large value purchase from a "refurbish" third party company like Back Market but they have a 30 day no question asked return policy and a 1 year phone warrantee + you can add extra insurance if you want so there really is not much risk. Thankfully I never needed to return the phones because they were in literally perfect condition. Awesome way to save some bucks and still get top of the line phones. I got an iphone 12 mini and a galaxy s20 fe and both were in perfect shape cosmetically and worked flawlessly. Unfortunately the galaxy doesn't play nice with crickets network but that's a Samsung compatibility issue not back market's fault.

I've been using backmarket.com since2017, I've purchase 4phones(one Motorola and 3 apple phones) and one MacBook. They've been working perfectly fine. During purchase, I had missed numeric part of my shipping address several times, I contacted the customer service through message, they responded very quickly, and had that been taken care of right away. Gave them a thumb up! I barely write reviews, but really like to share my great experiences with backmarket.

As the world was relaxing into the wonders of iphone12, I finally made the leap from iphone 6 to 10! When I began the search, I had no idea the 10 was no longer readily available through my typical iphone sources. My online search, however, lead me to a path of nearly unlimited selection. I had somehow ended up in the "Back Market"! To my delight, the phone I desired was available as "previously owned" at the price of $400. (the XS 256GB cost $999 two years earlier... I'll take that savings!) When I placed the order I was thinking it was probably a scam... it was too good to be true! A week later the phone arrived looking brand spanking new with directions on how to add my sim card and get things rolling! It has been terrific and a smooth transition! I won't hesitate to go back to "Back Market"!
