I bought 2 phones from them. One no insurance ( well my fault) so I bought another one with insurance. Useless as never just scam. They not accepting my claim because I do t know whe and how I broked my phone. Just avoid

The seller I chose on Back Market exceeded my expectations. I bought a MacBook (2017) for my son, but didn't pay a lot for Fair condition; however, it came in Good condition with a cover that covers the MacBook. I thought this was a nice touch to the product. My son says that it's better than he would've expected for a refurbished MacBook. I was skeptical at first, but I was able to find a seller with more than 4.5 stars. I recommend that if you're considering buying from them, check the reviews of the individual seller. I saw a lot that had reviews of 4.5, yet I wanted a seller that had almost a 5-star rating. I was able to find a seller with a 4.8 rating. I'll be ordering from them again!

I bought this iPhone for my mom for Mother's Day and she is super happy, I love Back market it make me save a lot of money and the phone works like is new, fast shipping, good communication, I will be buy here again

I have been trying to return a phone to vendor. Then item came back to me as Vacant. Return to sender. For more than a week now. Item cannot work mint mobile SIM card

I bought 2 iPads. I returned one iPad I bought. Followed the instruction that was given to me. It's been 3 months and still have not heard from them. I emailed them at least 2x since I returned the iPad. Not buying again.

Ordered device from associated seller on Sat, 30 April, specifying and paying for 'Express shipping from $30.00 in 48 hours with FedEx - 2Days'. Device was shipped on Mon, 2 May. Did not arrive until Thur, 5 May - well past delivery deadline. Seller claims that since FedEx won't honor their 2-day commitment to them, they won't honor theirs to me. Seller refuses to refund $30 fee for 'expedited delivery' that didn't happen. Contacted Back Market Customer Service to intervene, citing their own commitment, "Our customer care team always has your back They closely monitor customer complaints, and intervene to resolve disputes, when necessary." They responded by claiming that the shipment had actually arrived on time, and refuse to resolve the issue. I am totally disgusted and will never do business with them again.

I recently purchased a 2nd gen iPhone SE, and couldn't be happier. The phone looks brand new, and the battery life is awesome!

This has been actually my second amazing experience with Back Market and both were AMAZING!. The product which I have order this time, the "Protection case and 2 tempered glasses for iPhone XR -Recycled Plastic- Transparent, was delivered on time and beautifully packaged as well as promised!. This company is awesome. Student discount and completely as advertised. Buying refurbished can be scary. BackMarket is not. Totally Safe and they commit to the
Warranty. I paid for one and they have helped me even if it wasn't really something they were required to. I've bought 3 big ticket items and I have been satisfied every single time.

Bought a Google pixel 6 that was broken upon delivery. The phone was only rapped in one layer of bubble rap when it came in the mail so no wonder it was broken. I am now in the process of trying to get the phone returned but the company website keeps freezing when I go to submit a claim. I really regret using Back Market.

Typical bait and switch... Do not trust Backmarket or Omaha Blue.

I ordered a MacBook Pro Retina 16-inch (2020)-Core i9-32GB-SSD 1 TB. I was sent a MacBook Pro Retina 15.4-inch (2019)-Core i9-32GB-SSD, 1 TB with a damaged screen. They stated that the ship had returned and that they would send you the correct item... as well as a $100 credit... BackMarket says they have you back and will even charge you a quality assurance fee. But if something goes wrong... they do absolutely nothing.

I finally decided to switch over to iphone and did a bunch of research till I found Back Market. I got a really good deal on an iphone 12 and decided to buy it. I was so excited for my phone to come in only to get notified the next day that my order had been canceled due to the company having issues sycronizing their stock. Whatever that means... Anyways I ended up having to go directly to Apple to get my phone and yeah, it was more expensive but I rather pay more and have reassurance that my phone is going to come in.

I first ordered a Samsung galaxy s10, it was just like new worked perfectly! I was so happy with my purchase I next bought an ipod mini, once again it was perfect, just like new! I am now going to purchase a new phone for my husband... The value and quality are great!

I'm so pleased with the Macbook we received from Back Market!
First, the Macbook was a birthday gift for our daughter, so we didn't open it right away. When SHE finally opened it, we were very pleased to see that it was exactly as promised - only a few, hardly noticeable scratches on the bottom. Otherwise, it looked basically new and it works great.
The only constructive feedback I have is that the computer wasn't returned to factory settings, which was a little weird. I don't know if the name/user information that was on the computer was the original owner's because he didn't do so, or if it was a Back Market technician's. In either case, it was a bit strange at first, but we worked through it without issue. If nothing else, it was a good reminder for our family to return our electronics to factory settings before selling/donating them.
Overall, this has been an outstanding experience and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely shop Back Market again.
