I was nervous at first, purchasing a used device from a company I had never heard of, but I am SO glad I did! The Apple watch I ordered for my teen daughter was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The price was excellent and the product did not disappoint. According to my daughter, it works exactly as she would expect a new one to. The overall experience was easy. Shipping was quick, and they sent periodic messages as I received the product. I had no issues, so I can't say much for customer service as far as that goes, but I will definitely not hesitate to order from Back Market again.

The Samsung S7+ tablet we bought is refurbished but like new and far cheaper than new. I needed a good tablet for music for my wife to play piano for church that would serve for years but I couldn't justify paying top dollar.

Wouldn't stay charged speaker messed up.returning phone and hope to find another one. Might look for a different model

I needed to send my iPhone 7+ to my wife in Costa Rica. But before doing was comparing my 7+ to the iPhone 12. Even had an iPhone 12 saved to a "Wish List" on a site. While reading and comparing reviews for the iPhone 7+ and iPhone 12 I realized I had made a previous purchase several years ago from the site I was reading comparisons. It was Back Market. It was Christmas Eve but took a chance and called. They provide service 24/7. Juan was able to locate my account. Told him what I wanted to order. Also told him I was a Retired Military. He emailed mr the form necessary to complete get the 10% Discount. Placed my iPhone 12 Order. Much better price than phone saved in a "Wish List".

Ordered a Note 20 Ultra 5G from Back Market. Phone arrived on time in impeccable condition. Very pleased with the purchase. I will be back for my next phone.

They have great feedback and the products are good enough for being rebought. I just think the website is pretty cool and I'm glad it's an actual platform and not some scam. Wish they had more razer gear though:,(

It's a very nice project. I used it once for buying my day to day phone and everything was so good that I'll use they services more often. The platform itself runs pretty nice an they team do an outstanding job.

I ordered an 11.6 inch MacBook air (Early 2015) and for some reason I got the 13 inch version. Fortunately, all of the other specs were just like I ordered, but I was hoping for the mini version. It is still a great laptop though, hardly any dents, and it works like new! I just wish I got the size I ordered.

I purchased an iphone from Back Market recently. When the phone arrived, the camera would not function, and the battery was so bloated that the exterior of the phone would not close properly. I asked for a refund, and was told refunds were unavailable...the best the company could do is offer a new phone in exchange.

I reluctantly agreed to the exchange, but never received a replacement device. The reseller claims that the device was delivered, but there was no proof of purchase or signature for the package. I once again asked for a refund, and but that also was refused by Back Market. They have claimed no responsibility and offered no solution. $600+ later, and I have nothing to show for it.

This has been a terrible experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am weighing the option of taking legal action against them.

Bad experiences with Back Market, one after another. This company uses vendors/sellers to refurbish the devices, which are poor at responding/updating you with your status or sometimes do not answer at all. I've paid for 4 devices thus far, am in possession of one that did not work as advertised, with 2 others refunded, and another on the way. The fact that their process is environmentally friendly is the only thing that has kept me trying.
1. The first device was advertised "unlocked for GSM" (ATT & TMobile) but does not work on the TMobile network. Also would send me messages while I was with ATT, saying my service would be terminated because the device was not compatible with the ATT network. No response from seller within the expected 3 business day time frame. Hmm. Shoprime Corp was the seller.
2. The second device was refunded, 3-4 days after the fact, when it should have been in my mailbox. Surprise! Your device was never sent, because it didn't exist. What? Why was it advertised to begin with?
3. Device #3...arrived on time, but when I tried it out, no audio. DDB Electronics was the seller, worthless. Returned it, paying for the shipping. No one updated me on the process, had to remind everyone what was happening...complete garbage. In the end, a refund was issued. What kind of business does this...only a bad one, I guess.
Also, I don't see my own reviews on their site. Additionally, I never got an email invitation to review on Google, too, after I got a message asking this and accepting. Hmm...

They charged me hefty amount in the name of protection plan. But when I needed the protection cover, I couldn't get any support.

I ordered the iPad 6th gen (2018) in good condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The iPad looks brand new. I will be purchasing all of my future electronics from Back Market.

This was my first time buying a refurbished phone, so I bought excellent condition and when I received the item it looked brand new, worked as expected and I had such a good experience I went and bought a second phone. Make sure to read the reviews and go with sellers who have at least a 4 star rating! The shipping is pretty fast as well, I got my item with 3 days.

Bought a new iPhone from these guys. They sent me a really old crap one even though I bought the excellent grade phone.

I suggest you save your time and your money. This is a 100 percent scam service they're running.

They will con you out of your money and then torture you to get it back.

BEWARE! Don't be a fool like me!

I've bought three phones from them now and all three experiences have been excellent. My most recent purchase stands out as the most remarkable. The "good condition" phone I got was pristine - looks & acts 100% brand new - but cost less than half the current retail price. And while I was promised that it would be shipped within three days, I actually received it 2.5 days after I'd ordered it. I'll be getting my next phone from them too.

I bought an iPhone 12 pro max and an iPhone 11 in fair condition. And these phones both came with over 90% battery life with scratches not visible when the screen protector is on.

I've shopped with BackMarket a few times in the past year! They've been nothing but amazing all the way through! Products come in the quality you choose for your price range! Their communication and customer service is amazing, very helpful! Me personally, I look for all my products in Good or Excellent quality!
