I purchased the purple iPhone 11 from this website and I love it. Everything is in good condition and very new. It also was a great price for the amount of storage that came with this phone. Back Market is a very reliable company. The one thing that stood out to me about them is that they responded to messages promptly and kept me in the loop of things regarding my purchase. I have also found great satisfaction in their products. One time I had a problem with a product and it was speedily changed without any complications. I really liked that.

Avoid. I ordered a cooker and it was delivered late, after I had left my house. I opened it the next time I got to the house (I live abroad so it was two months later) and it was smashed to pieces inside the packaging. As they had delivered it late, I hadn't seen the driver and now they won't allow it to be returned. They originally said 'Hello Ben, We are sorry to hear that your package was damaged during delivery. We do our best to protect our fragile products, please accept our sincere apologies. Don't worry, we'll send you another product or a refund!' and then changed their minds and stopped answering messages. I had to buy exactly the same cooker from another supplier and wasted over 5000 euros on Backmarket sending me a smashed item. Complete false economy trying to support the circular economy, buy new and it wont completely waste devices!

When I ordered i expected moderate damage given the huge discount for a fair quality device. But when it arrived it had two corners with small scuffs that removed the color, and a 1mm scratch on the screen. I am super happy with my purchase and am amazed that on top of the major discount, I also got 24 months of accidental insurance offered as well!

After a successful iPhone 8+ purchase 7 years ago, I went back, second time a laptop and it was awesome. Next was a Samsung galaxy note 20 12/29/22, this is the beginning of the end. Late delivery got $20 shipping fee back, but ordered good condition phone, way too many scratches to qualify as good, more like fair. As of 1/6/23 still have not provided an invoice with 1 year warranty date adjusted to delivery date. The last order 12/31/22, again late delivery $39 refunded! Seller unresponsive after 48 hours. Contacted backmarket directly for help! Again I ordered a good condition Apple iPhone 12 128 G! The phone I received was the worst excuse for a refurbished phone ever. Looks like it went in garbage disposal! The only accessory with phone was a 2' black (not Apple) charging cord, no charging cube! The phone needed charging and overheated immediately! Even after charging just trying to set up it was hot to touch! The speaker volume was barely there even on speaker phone during calls! The battery life was 83%, after first full charge! This really angered me as no one was responding and all I got were excuses! Promises to escalate and no follow up! Even emails telling me I have a message from backmarket do not link to this item, but an old order for laptop! They have been made aware of the issues, have all my info and no one bothered to call! I requested a return shipping last night 1/5/23, received at 9:30 am 1/6/23. With a whole list of steps to follow to return the item for refund! I completed everyone printed label they provided and dropped off at UPS, 11:00 AM. I call backmarket again to ask what happens now. Keaton says, 2 day shipping, seller has 2 days to inspect return, then refund issued which in reality means 3-5 days back to payment method! I said no what I will do is contact my bank, dispute charge as this was not what I ordered and paid for! He apologized but not sincerely! I also yet again have never received a invoice for this purchase. Bank put money back in my account and I gave them UPS TRACKING NUMBER! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIX COMPANY! Went to Amazon refurbished, got excellent condition phone, charger and cable same IPhone 12 128G same price with 2 day free shipping! Lesson learned! Good luck!

These guys are great I've bought from them 1x and I'm hooked... the products I've gotten are "great" as a matter of fact I'm using one now, I won't go anywhere else... Thank Guy's for letting me afford these things, Christmas rocked this year!

At first I hesitated buying my first device on backmarket but when I got the device (galaxy watch 3) on (march 18 2021), it came clean,and looked new. I also recently bought some new buds on (December 26 2022) (beats studio buds) just like the watch it came clean and looked new. I will definitely buy from them again some other time.

I had bought two 5gen ipads from them at the end of Dec. So far they work great, no issues. They look great and arrived on time.

All around great experience, will definitely buy from them again. Product was as described, shipping was quick, and the most important thing; the price was right!

The Iphone was truly in excellent condition. The customer support is great. As a senior, I was skeptical and bought their 2 year extended warranty as a protection, but the phone already had a 1 yr warranty for free. Each phone is sold through a different vendor and Back Market oversees the process so if there is an issue it is resolved easily and effortlessly. I did return one phone that I was not happy with and I had 45 days to return it with free shipping and got my refund easily. The other phone is really great and I highly recommend buying from Back Market. And they even buy back your old phone so it gets recycled!

I trust back market when it comes to buying refurbished products. I've bought a few items from here and I've never had a problem thus far. I always feel like I receive more than what I actually paid for. The products I received are in great condition and really taken care of. I will definitely be buying more from them.

Back Market sold me a refurbished iPhone 8. It looks new, and it arrived quickly. I imagine the battery life could be better, but it lasts all day, and I charge at night, so it never inconveniences me. An excellent purchase at an excellent price! And I helped keep one more little piece of electronics out of the waste stream:-)
