I've had only and issue with one product and refund has been made without problems (including shipping refund because shipping ticket didn't meet requirements)... I've bought two other products and haven't had any problems, they are working pretty well (I always prefer buying on excellent condition). The worst experience you can have is shipping. They tend to arrive late (several days late) or product might not come inside the protective plastic.

If its you first time, I would suggest buying something at a low price so you can have the experience. There can be better shipping services, but in overall, I say it's pretty good for what you pay!

The Macbook I purchased was way nicer than I anticipated. It's a fantastic machine so far and I'll definitely be ordering from BackMarket again!

Easily accessible customer service for any questions or mediating with sellers, streamlined purchase and good quality product. Have purchased many products, few required follow up with sellers but in general expect a smooth purchase of working refurbished products. Great selection!

Started ordering a year ago from back Market. Just completed order number four and couldn't be happier. These guys are awesome!

I've bought primarily Apple products on BM because I don't like the idea of paying the super high prices for new, and don't mind having something that is a few generations older. So far, I've had good experiences purchasing a MacBook via BM (only one time my order was randomly canceled, and another time the laptop had a defect) -- but the returns and reporting process was pretty easy. My current MacBook and Apple Watch are both BM purchases and work like new, thus far, and I didn't have to spend $1K+ on them. With the supply chain and major e-waste issues, I hope more people choose to go with refurbished items in general, rather than trading in for new phones/computers/wearables every 12 months.

I have purchased three smartphones for my son. The first was a Samsung Galaxy A32. It shipped fast, had one tiny scratch you could barely see, and worked perfectly. He was able to play his games and it was large enough. Somehow he sat on it and broke it, after just a few months. He purchased the next one but I didn't read the size and it was too small. Also, he managed to break the charger off in it. So, a couple days ago I ordered another A32 5g for him for Christmas. It actually shipped the same day I ordered it. It is coming today! After less than three days! I could hardly believe it. Now, I can have my phone back, and hopefully this one will last a long time. Backmarket is freakin' awesome, and my 17 year old daughter just ordered a phone as well. She adores it of course. I will never buy new again, thanks for being so perfect and helping our weary planet.

I couldnt able to find 0 that's why giving 1. I bought Samsung Note 20 Ultra perfect condition from Backmarket. Later I discovered a slight gap all over the siding. Then I sent my phone back for the repair. However, they offered me refund or repair options so I told them I will exchange. I sent the phone on 14 November 2022. They repaired the phone and sent it to my old address even though I told them thousand times that I have changed my address.

The delivery man called me and I rejected the parcel. Also the delivery report shows that the parcel is rejected by the receipient and heading back to the seller.

**Now I experienced the most bizarre thing. One of their customer agent 'Marilyn' told me product has been received using your signature so you have to do a police complain to save yourself although delivery report showed it was refused by me. But they keep saying that to get a refund you have to do a police complain. Finally they told me that the phone was found and we will process the refund.

**Today is 13/12/22, I am still waiting for the refund of 630 Euro.**

I advise all the people to be careful with your purchase with BackMarket. Dont be greedy over lucrative offer becuase you will never know how they are reapairing or reconditioning the phone.If it takes 100 more then buy it from the store, please.

They are selling the phone in perfect condition that means they repaired something inside the phone.

I spent my hard-earned money on a phone that was supposedly inspected, refurbished, and guaranteed to be fully functional. The camera is mechanically defective. The phone obviously wasn't inspected, much less refurbished. Getting a human at Backmarket to try to resolve THEIR mistake is nearly impossible. The "runaround" Backmarket gave me after FINALLY getting a response has been absurd. They do everything possible to avoid honoring their guarantee. DO NOT TRUST.

I have ordered multiple phones from BackMarket. I have had problems with a couple of those phones. Every interaction has encouraged me to continue shopping with them! They consistently listened to my needs, responded quickly, and the products I purchase end up exactly as advertised.

Very pleasantly happy with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra received from Back Market. The phone looks brand new! It was delivered on time and in excellent condition. I will definitely order again from Back Market and recommend their business to my friends.

I recently bought an iPhone and iPad from them and although described as in "good" condition each looked and performed like new. Fast delivery as well. I've also bought iPhones from them in the past for my wife and me with the same experience.

I purchased two phones 2 years apart from back market. I still have my used Galaxy S9+ two years later, and it still works like new and looks flawless. I bought my second refurbished phone from them, and will be buying my third from them. Not only are the products good, but the price can't be beat. Shipping was also fast.

Used price went up to the price that I was finding item sold new...and didn't show until after I paid.

I was quite skeptical purchasing a renewed phone at first, I ordered the Galaxy S22 Ultra in the "Excellent" condition option for just $700 (compared to its $1200+ retail price)! When it arrived I was still worried at what I may have received, but to my surprise the phone was in flawless, brand new condition. The phone itself was still wrapped in its plastic adhesive, and everything about the phone was untouched. Additionally, although this is very uncommon, the phone came in its original box! Very very surprised by this order but extremely grateful I took the chance with it.

I'm very pleased with the appearance of this phone, my problem is the battery life, I have to charge at least once a day and I only use for Facebook. I know they would exchange it, but that means I would have to do without a phone. So I just have to make sure I have a charger at all times.

Backmarket uses usps and back market uses little packaging. My watch order got lost went through alot of wrong locations and even a few fake scans that went to consumer affairs in usps. I requested a refund and they told me they would recall the package then refund me but didn't. Alot of negative reviews on backmarket website show broken and damaged items being received by customers and not being resolved. Buyer beware of your at risk and risk of scam.

Bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 FE from Back Market, and I'm more than satisfied with the product I received. I chose the "Excellent" option, and got a pristine phone with no scratches, no wear, and all there with the software. I love my new phone, and not having to pay a big sum of money made moving over to a new one so much more enjoyable. Husband also bought an S20 FE from here, and has all good things to say about Back Market too. We sent the link to the S20 FE page to more friends too because we're so pleased with the experience. Also, the dialog from their teams is killer. Sharp and spunky, like there's someone with a brain behind the letters. Thanks Back Market. I'll be back for more one day.

Excellent! I appreciate this place, Back Market, cause 1) their site, filtering, selection process, UX, is excellent, super easy to navigate, smart, really pretty great, 2) the prices are absolutely in line, 3) the condition of purchases I've made consistently exceeds what's advertised. And finally, 4) I so very much appreciate the voice, tone, and sense of humor at every turn. They do a fantastic job of walking the line of being funny while informational, and without going too far to make a bad joke. Big fan, and for what it's worth, I've purchased a few MacBookPros here, and a handful of iPhones.
