This site is for sure a scam. I sold some things to them and they received my items which was about 8 pairs of AirPods but did not send my money and after that you try to contact them and there is no way to get in touch with anyone. Wouldn't recommend and I will let their little secret out all over the internet.

Easy and truthful about product and delivery. I would 100% buy from this company again. Refurbished is the way to go.

The product arrived on time and it was as described. It was a gift to a friend and it works so far. I might be getting one soon from Back Market myself.

I've bought a smart watch and a desk top on Back Market. Both work and look like new. Shipping was quick and packaged well.

You have a 50/50 chance on being satisfied with Back Market. I purchased 4 phones from Back Market in the last year. Two of them came in no problem, just as described. Two came in not as described. (External damage and technical description incorrect)
Contacted Back Market and they sent me a shipping label for each phone. Short time later I received a total refund for one of the phones the other was only a partial refund. Contacted Back Market and it was useless. They had no interest in helping to get the problem resolved. They said it was my fault for putting the wrong shipping label on the box. Well my take is I used the label they sent me, what else am I suppose to use.
Back Market knows they received and who received the device, they keep saying they are "Reaching Out" to their vendor to resolve the issue, but no response from the vendor. It has been 9 weeks and they have no interest in helping or they have poor relationship with their vendors.
They provide great lip service, but very poor follow through.
My solution was to go to Ebay and purchase the additional phones I needed. Amazon offers them also and both companies have good customer service in my experience.

Phoenix was like new, everything I expected and there is no need to ever buy a new phone again. Delivery was on time. No complaints.

I purchased a 2017 MacBook Air and a Apple Magic Mouse, was skeptical at first but once the items came I was extremely happy with my purchases. Total with insurance came to just a little over $400. I spilled a liquid over the keypad of the laptop and filed a claim sent out my laptop and back it came in perfect condition again! If you hear of Back Market, find a product you want, PURCHASE IT! Will be buying from them again for my next apple product!

I just received my Galaxy Note 20 5g. It was almost pristine in condition. Only visible marks were on the back, where it looked like something had been installed and removed, but I will have a case on it, anyway. It works perfectly, shipped quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. I got a $1000 phone for $200. Much less than what a lot of other places are selling it for. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for quality products at reasonable prices, with a guarantee.

I came across back market looking for a laptop. So far so good. I wanted refurbished but was worried what I'd end up with. What I got looked brand new aside from the packaging not being name banded. My laptop came with out visible damage or scratches and seems to be running great this far. The website was easy to navigate and gives options for any budget.my purchase was shipped super fast and arrived early. I'm happy with it and would recommend back market to anyone looking for new or used electronic devices.

Be weary of buying from backmarket. I bought a bunch of refurbished phones from them for family members abroad and half of them didn't even work when they arrived. A few more stopped functioning quickly within a month or so. It was a huge hassle going back and forth with them to try and get all the repairs and replacements sorted because each phone has a lengthy return/refurbish process. They given that so many didn't work, I didn't really want repairs after a certain point because the phones kept breaking. I would go with Walmart or Best Buy because they are more likely to stand behind their refurbished products. Backmarket obviously didn't check any devices before sending them—-otherwise I wouldn't have been stuck with a bunch of broken phones and upset family members.

My first time buying a refurbished phone and my experience was truly amazing the customer service was excellent the shipping was fast thank you Peter my package was packaged really well the phone was flawless and in excellent working order thank you backmarket and everyone involved outta 1 to 10 I give a 15 and will definitely do business again

I've now bought two iPhones off BackMarket and I've had no issues. I will say this in regards to all the negative feedback, do NOT tell others not to use BackMarket off your bad experience. It's the chance you take with refurbished. Duh! The ones of us who don't have issues will still continue to use them. I will continue to use them.

Their site was easy to surf and I found the phone I was looking for in my price range as well. The phone looked like a brand new one. It was a great experience finding my phone o their site. Recommend to anyone looking for a refurbished phone, Mine has been great!

I had ordered a PS2 from back market to play battlefront 2 with my brother, since he was visiting soon. It came on the early side of the expected dates and ran amazing and still does. I really have had an amazing experience and love that I was able to reconnect with my older brother again like we used to do with the help of you guys.

I've always been quite skeptical of refurbished products but the one year warranty sold me. We purchased an iphone 11 and 2 lenova laptops for our family. They arrived quickly and exactly as described. The products were meticulously clean, it did not appear at all as if someone had used them previously. The keyboards on the computer felt brand new, not like someone had typed on them extensively before. The hard drives were completely clean with the most up-to-date operating system. Would highly recommend.

I was skeptical at first about the products being refurbished but the MacBook I got works like it's brand new and I can't complain considering I got a really good deal for mines. I would definitely suggest trying them out especially if you're an eco friendly person.

I ordered a s22 plus in excellent condition for my son. When it came we both inspected under the light to see if we could see that it was used. Nope not a single micro scratch. No way anyone could tell it was used. The phone works great and even the battery appears new. I'm a huge fan. Already looking to buy my mom a iphone 12 or 13 mini.
