I've purchased many products from BackMarket (BM), and have had good luck, UNTIL a macbook pro I purchased developed a video glitch in the first 45 days. I returned it to BM's partner vendor at the direction of BM with the expectation it would be received, repaired and turned around back to me within 72 hours of receipt by them.
What happened was they received it, gave me a refund and moved it on to another user, presumably at a higher price than my refund. Their "conversation" chat is not always working, and they claimed they notified me of their decision as they were about to refund me. I feel cheated. I would have rather had them return to me my defective computer so I could take it to an Apple Genius Bar for repair. Instead, my computer in someone else's hands. Back market is offering me $35 discount on another purchase from them because I've complained about their very improper treatment of me. They provide no way to talk with someone live. Every communication is done via online "Conversation" where you say what your issue is and then wait 24 hours for a reply. And back and forth. Total bull$#*!!

I was very iffy at first about ordering my youngest daughter an iPhone 11 off this site, but I'm beyond happy I did. The phone is in perfect condition, the delivery time was great, the packaging was wonderful and the service was absolutely fantastic. I will most definitely start ordering all of my electronic needs and wants from this site. They are an amazing site with amazing merchandise!..

I'm very happy with my refurbished cell phone purchased. It works like a new phone. I would recommend Back Market to anyone.

Phone is in excellent condition, just as described, shipped safely and neatly in packaging, has full battery life, will totally trust this company in the future, love that they're recycling technology!

Bought an iphone 11 in good condition. Came with a small scratch on the corner and it had a screen replacement. But everything works great. Battery health is at 100.

I was skeptical of ordering a refurbished device. I chose to order from backmarket because they claimed to really check their sellers out and do have a fair return policy. They have a list of boxes that their devices must check and if you get one that doesn't, they will refund you or exchange it. So i ordered an iphone 8 plus 256gb and a regular iphone 8 256gb for my better half (ordered both in excellent condition).I have to admit, i was nervous. I read a couple of bad reviews from the seller (phone arrived cracked, phone stolen out of package, battery condition below optimum, etc etc) But they arrived in TRULY excellent condition. Micro scratches, but pretty much like a new phone. Both came with awesome tempered glass protectors already installed which i was not expecting. Factory batteries were both at 89%. Bluetooth worked, flashlight, sound, speaker, call, microphone, every thing. Literally could not be happier with my purchase. Honestly i say take a chance and buy a refurbished phone from backmarket and their sellers. If there are any legitimate issues you can always return it.

Back market gave accurate, detailed information on their site and fine, quick service after the order. The product (iPhone) works perfectly. A small inaccuracy was that the iphone was designated as 'good' condition when it should probably have been 'fair' due to a slightly bent case, small scratches on screen, and being somewhat dirty.

I got this for my daughter for her birthday. She loves it. She is always on it. She is hard on the charger but they sent a new one within 3 days of hearing it broke

So the app was easy to use. I like the way its set up. I like the phone I bought from there the payment process was easy. And the delivery was smooth honestly I can't wait to buy off of it again.

Before I look at Best Buy or some other place, I go to Back Market. If i don't find what I'm looking for, or something close, i wait a month at most. Everything is like new, which is awesome. They are reliable and considerate. I did not like buying used when it came to personal electronics, Back Market changed that.

Just received a like-new scooter, with 65 miles on it in great condition! Battery is great! Definitely a great buy!

I love how the phone was fully charged an setup right when I opened it it looked brand new phone. The only thing that I have a problem is the battery was at 85% battery life I hope I don't need to get another battery later I wish it was at least 90% 96% I ordered it in excellent condition but another then that I'm in love with my iphone 11 it's apple best phone that they came out so far I had iphone 5c,5s,6,7,6splus 6 plus,iphone 8, I had a iphone 11 before too but the one black but now I ordered it in red an I love the red anyway if u are upgrading from. A 8 plus or 7 to iphone 11 do it! It's worth every dollar!

I just received my preowned Apple Watch. So far, the quality exceeds my expectations. It was graded as "good" but it looks brand new. It was simple to set up and I've already start using it. I've saved hundreds buying used. Thank you so much!

I am absolutely amazed by the quality in that price! Definitely will reorder, not going to buy new phones again.i bought 2 phones and 1 Mac, both are in excellent condition as described no visible scratches. The only thing is mac has some scratches which were at the bottom and really visible but i would given 5 star if that was not there.

I placed an order with them but the order was cancelled with an email stating they require my Photo ID for verification, which I submitted and they told they will get back to me in 24 hrs, which they never did. Instead the product was repriced with a higher amount. I placed an order once again, but this time also they rejected my order. In spite of me placing an order multiple times and following up this customer care associates, they never processed my order. If they wish to sell only to selective customers they should come up with verified membership of customers concept and not waste time by misguiding. Not I have lost opportunity to buy from another vendor and neither they are providing the product. I recommend to avoid such consolidated sellers

I bought a refurbished Ryzen 7 laptop for under $500. It doesn't even have a scratch on it, and it works perfectly and came with a 1 year warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better deal. Also, it shipped quickly, and I got it the day before it was supposed to arrive. Definitely going to keep coming back to Back Market.
