I got an Ipod in Fair condition but it arrived in perfect condition. No scratches or dings Very happy with it,, It it totally functional and very beautiful

Phone was in like new condition. When I didn't buy the new condition offering I bought the lowest condition they offered the cheapest one, not gonna say this is gonna work this way for everyone, but might happen to be just like new condition. Everything checks out perfectly. I would highly recommend, and I will do business with them again in the future.

I ordered a Samsung galaxy S21 5G in good condition and it arrived fast and on time. I was very impressed and it more than exceeded my expectations as it looked and worked like new. I highly recommend using this company and will be using them again myself. Could not be happier.

I came to back market to initially buy a iPad air 5th generation. Got the iPad air and paid with PayPal, it all went smoothly. I got my iPad in the amount of time they said and the condition was exactly as they described. Had another opportunity to buy another device from them, an iPhone 13 pro max. Same condition, same time, same quality. Will recommend this place every time.

Ordered a pair of refurbished airpods and the left one is louder than the right. Also the microphone on them does not work.

I was skeptical about making a purchase here however I did, and to date I'm still very impressed with the quality of service I've received.

I paid $25 for overnight shipping on Thursday and didn't get my item until Monday. Not only is that NOT "overnight", it's the same transit time as the free shipping option! So what the hell was that $25 for? When I contacted them they lied and said they did send it overnight. Well, the tracking info says otherwise and the tracking doesn't lie. They are DISHONEST and will scam you out of money on shipping.

I have purchased refurbed equipment from other places before and have been pleased. The same goes for Back Market. The purchase was great, and the item was as described. Everything is working great. I will use Back Market again.

I bought a Galaxy phone from black market a couple of years ago. I am writing this review with the phone. I am so happy with Black Market that i just bought a refurbished Dell computer from them.

I just bought my second phone from Back Market. Upon recieving it one would think they are new, perfectly clean, reset to start like a new phone, ready to be configured to your taste, this one is a Pixel 6 in fair condition, well it works like a new one.

I purchased the galaxy s21and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. The quality rating was good. To me it was perfect. No scratches or dings no sign of prior use. I would like to also mention it came with a cord and block (new btw). It arrived on time another plus. I don't like buying off line I'm an older person that likes to get my product when I pay for it. So I hope that BACK MARKET doesn't spoil me with their quality product and service.

Bought a refurbished in good condition Galaxy 10+ and it didn't work. Returned and did get refund.Tried again, bought a refurbished in excellent condition and by now I needed a new phone desperately. Then I got an email saying the new phone was being refunded. I asked why they said a computer glitch. So now I am still without a phone and a lot of time wasted. This was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I asked they just honor the purchase and ignore their computer glitch and they ignored the request. Let me ask you, would you try again after being burned twice?
