First time customer. Purchased a phone EXCELLENT CONDITION, paid Full price, price they asked for, instead i received a phone with scratches all over. I immediately contacted them and I demand a better phone EXCELLENT CONDITION or my money back. Unfortunately, they don't have a live person, everything is handled by email and their response time is 24 hours. To be honest, there a better options out there, my recommendation is to keep away from this company is just a waste of time. Also, the needle to take out the sim card is missing and the waiting time to received the item is between 5 to 7 days, can get it soon but have to pay a ridiculous Fee...

First they sent me a broken phone. Brightness stayed on dark and screen didn't work. I sent it back which was a massive hassle and then when they eventually sent me another one it was lost. I'm now realizing they never even attempted to send me another one. Classic scam. They send you something broken, take your money and then pretend to send another one.

Be really careful and go to somewhere else to buy your phones or whatever. Don't trust them

I then apparently speak to a 'supervisor' named Francisco. Who is blunt and doesn't refer me to anyone else lying and telling me he is the only person I can speak to.

They told me I would get a refund but don't have any receipt for it and told me I have to 'wait more'

At this point I have come to the acceptance that they have stolen from me and will be doing everything in my power to take them down.

I don't want this happening to anyone else. Please stay safe and don't waste your money on pirate scammers.

I have purchased 3 computers, several phones, and an Apple Watch off of Back Market. I have had no issues with any of the phones. They have been as described without any functionality problems. We did have one issue with a computer, but Back Market stood behind their year warranty and sent us a knew one. Shipping and response have been great as well.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A17. It was rated excellent condition. When received it was in the condition as advertised and it came quickly. I will be ordering from Back Market again!

I've had my phone for a a few weeks and it is working great! I was a little worried since this was the first time purchasing a phone from this website but my experience has been positive so far. I had no trouble connecting it to my network either!

I bought an iphone 12 good condition it was so cheap, and i have been using it for 4 months now, everything works perfectly its just a new phone. Amazing.

I was in the market for looking for a higher end phone and then I stumbled on back market and and no words without just saying they are 100% incredible awesome selling 100% legit product I am so pleased with my purchase and with the price that I paid it just feels good if you want something awesome then find it on back market because they sell an awesome product they are an awesome service what other words could I use other than awesome awesome hot damn out of this world they rock you guys truly rule thank you sorry for the run-on sentences but I got so excited writing this review

I buy everything from Backmarket only. I've purchased iPads and phones and I never will buy from another place again. I'm so happy.

I needed a new phone but didn't want to buy a new one. I searched Facebook marketplace and other local sources but wasn't comfortable without a warranty. (Those prices were higher for phones with a lot more wear and tear.) I found an iPhone XR with 128m of memory for just over $200 on Backmarket, better price than anything local plus 12 month warranty. The phone was rated as Good condition, I'm going to say that was being modest. The phone shows minimal wear (if you can see it) and works flawlessly. I'll check Backmarket first when the need arises for a phone again.

This month I have brought 3 refurbished mobile phone from Backmarket that seems quite good. I couldn't say how it will work until I use it but I am expecting I would definitely have positive experience. I would highly recommend to keep faith on Backmarket!

On may 10th 2023 I purchase a phone back market said if any issue we will assist, that was a lie in fact the supervisor said I could call the cops to report them they were good with that. They protected the seller and not the customer even denying the claim after proof from Verizon wireless about stolen phone, they said have your credit card deal with it were doing nothing

I'm so happy with my "new" ipad. It works great and looks great too. Shipping was fast. I will never buy new again and I will recommend BackMarket to everyone
