The package that I ordered came the exact date it was supposed to arrive and it's really easy to buy stuff from it

I absolutely love Back Market, I've purchased 3 phones and a computer screen from them and am looking for a phone for my ex Mother in Law as her cheap prepaid one went out. Every phone I've ordered has worked perfectly out of the box and continues to do so a year or more later, they all look fantastic with no noticeable wear/tear though I did make sure to order the better quality ones so I did pay more than one with maybe some showing but honestly the prices were very reasonable considering I'm a single Mom this helps tremendously. I also ordered a phone by mistake with the wrong carrier and their return/refund policy was incredible so I could switch it out and get the right one without losing money. I haven't used their extended warranty but having two pre-teen boys so I went ahead and purchased because I know how teenagers can be with their gadgets and in case of any accidents I really like what I read on how it works and feel secure of replacing my Boys phones when and as needed without paying too much at all. For the computer screen I received it is beautiful and works fantastic, I have recommended Back Market to several people and will continue to do so, they have never disappointed with their products, prices, or customer service and I will keep going back to them myself for phone up grades, and other refurbished electronic products as needed/wanted in the future.

I bought a refurbished MacBook Air off of backmarket, and I was completely happy with my purchase. It was brand new, had no scratches, and works so fast! The cool thing was, everything was obviously set to factory settings, the storage was great, and it was an easy and fast set up. The box it came in was super secure and the MacBook Air even came with a case and keyboard cover, like whattt? I did get excellent condition for a few extra dollars but the total ended up being $343 and that's a great deal especially how this MacBook preformed and arrived perfectly. I totally recommend back market, just double check the seller you're ordering from, make sure they have lots of good or decent reviews, my seller was Simplymacs, thanks backmarket!

I have purchased 2 phones from the site (Samsung S10 and Samsung note 20) I will honestly say that I am grateful for a space to purchase tech at affordable prices. No major glitches with either phone and they came as described. I live in Belize and there is no way I could afford new phones at these ridiculous prices...So again thankful for back market and the ability to have recycled tech that is almost as good as new!

I am truly mind blown at my wonderful experience with BackMarket... I ordered a S21+ in Excellent condition and that's exactly what i got! From order to the delivery was very smooth. This was my first order and I'd definitely be ordering again.

Not one to buy brand new? Then this is the place for you. You can find anything from current gen to a few gens back. Items are fairly listed, and have never had any issues with delivery/support.

As a refurbished phone it is not bad at alll! Functionality wise functions perfect like new. The camera is clear the phone is as fast as a brand spanking new one. I would know because I've bought the exact same phone brand new before. There were slight imperfections but nothing outrageous for a refurbished phone. The fingerprint sensor was a lil worn and there was slight discoloration of the screen but that was barely noticeable. I was a little iffy buying off of a website im not familiar with but 100% worth it and would buy again

Had 2 major issues in less that 3 years. First issue before my year warranty. Now it doesn't work smh

I had this same Macbook Pro configuration new in 2015, and this 8-year-old model runs just as fast as that one did. I'm using it with Serato, Ableton Live, a DJ controller, and a MIDI keyboard, and they all work great. I don't tax Ableton all that hard, (I'm just running some drum loops and basslines for a live set, and a single VST synth), so I can't speak to how good it would be for someone composing more complex stuff with lots of parts or multiple VSTs.
I didn't care about cosmetics as much as operability, so I selected "fair" condition, and expected it to look slightly beat up. It doesn't. It just has a few scratches on the bottom, and I think the screen was replaced at some point. There are some tiny bits of black rubber at some spots around the screen edge, and I don't know if it's normal aging or a sign that the original screen was removed. Either way, the screen looks perfect. In practical terms, this refurb runs the same as the one I had brand new in 2015. Very happy so far, after a few weeks of daily use.

I have bought and sold hundreds of cell phones over the years and gotten crap from places like Swappa and eBay. Thank goodness Back Market is here. You can see even on their website how they treat customers. Just have one interaction with them and compare to the same at the legacy destinations. You'll never visit those other places again.

I wrote a whole dopenass review but the browser crashed and now I'm here. Anyhoo, it went more or less, I took a chance on this site I never heard of for refurbished electronics and in the end I'm extremely glad I did because I don't see the need to buy brand new anymore if I can keep from it. I got the same items I was gonna start a payment plan for through my phone company for a cool grand and I ended up finding what I was gonna get from there, here on BackMarket for less than 300$. It's way better and I got to pick the colors and model I wanted. I didn't have to stick with what they had left in stock like the phone company...highly recommend 10/10!

DON'T BUY PHONES HERE!

I purchased iPhone 12 Pro Max in Excellent condition. It arrived in a week but the screen and body had many visible scratches and the camera was not original part. I sent it back hoping that they would replace it with a better one. The second phone arrived a week after. The screen was in good condition from the first sight. However, the body had a big scratch (obviously it fall down on ground but he previous owner the but the reseller sold it as excellent condition!). After a week of using the phone the level of brightness stoped changing and Face ID stoped working. Because I could not make a screen brighter I could not use the phone at all (it was at a minimum brightness level)! At that time I was in another country, the phone was the only means of communication so I had to repair it urgently. Upon closer examination by the local repair service, it was determined that the problem with the phone was caused by water damage. I believe that this issue originated from the phone's condition when it was initially sold to me. It is highly disappointing that the seller did not thoroughly inspect the device before selling it, as this could have prevented the problem from occurring in the first place! It's unacceptable! I contacted the customer service and they refused to refund my cost of the repair. I had to spend additional $110 because of the fault and negligent examination of the phones that this shop sells! Please, don't buy phones here. They don't examine them and sell in bad conditions!

I had been browsing the website for a new phone to purchase as mine was nearing it end and found a few I had a particular interest in. I had been at work and my phone had met its end so upon arriving home I made my first purchase with Back Market. Being limited on funding I opted for the "good" condition as opposed to excellent as I was hoping to do and waited (not so) patiently for it to arrive. When the day came where I received my new phone from Back Market, I opened the box which was an AMAZING packaging idea, and to my surprise, I had received a new phone in PRISTINE condition. I could easily say that you get what you pay for, blah blah blah... but, I got MUCH MORE than I had paid for. I was beyond impressed with the condition I had received my new device in and Back Market also keeps you up to date on the shipment of your package. I will most definitely be buying from them in the future! There are no hang ups, no surprises, and all smiles! I guess I'm ranting at this point more than reviewing but I cannot begin to come close to explaining how amazing my experience was. I was and will continue to be a Back Market customer. 10/10 One of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I've ever had!

I traded in a device for credit, and upon ID verification there was an issue of needing my SSN which I declined to provide. This has never been an issue with any other site/vendor that I have worked with, even given it being a stated parameter of the trade. There could have been something done, or just actually cared enough about their clientele to actually help. After many back-and-forth messages with a 'customer service' tech that was predominately not willing to resolve the issue, I requested to speak to her manager.

After receiving the call, the manager was also unwilling to offer a suitable alternative to providing my SSN and/or a solution in the least, and I forfeited my credit AND system - having never received either.

To say that Back Market is quite possibly THE worst service I've ever received would be an understatement. Absolute garbage.

I would NOT recommend them to anyone. You're better off playing more elsewhere.

As a First-time customer, I risked over $1,000 for my purchase of an iPhone 14 Pro and by selling them my iPhone 11 Pro. I'm glad that I did!

Back Market provided detailed communication every step along the way for my purchase from them and the item that I sold to them.

My iPhone 14 Pro purchase arrived a day earlier than promised despite my remote location. Its condition was better than described on their website.

Payment for the iPhone 11 Pro that I sold them was issued the second day after it was received.

They repeatedly reminded me to contact them about any concerns and reminded me that a full refund was available. Add that to their one-year warranty and you can't do any better!

When ordering my iPhone 12 I looked at several phones and ended up purchasing the wrong phone I needed an T-Mobile unlocked phone and what I ordered was an AT&T locked phone. After sending a couple of messages I was sent a return Postage and sent the phone back and reordered the right phone Thank You, Back Market and I appreciate your customer service and your quality products. Whenever I'm in need of a mobile phone in the future I know where to go.

I ordered a Pixel 6 pro from Back Market recently. It was supposed to be in "Good" condition, but besides a barely visible hairline scratch on the bottom of the screen, the phone was pretty much brand new! It has zero issues, and I'm super happy with the deal I got. Would highly recommend Back Market if you're in the market for a refurbished phone.

I would highly recommend (already have) your service to everyone I know.
