I got my first babebox today! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! The first thing I pulled out was artificial eyelashes followed by eyelash glue. I don't not would I ever wear false eyelashes even if I could! I am allergic to any glue that is used to apply things such as eyelashes and the nails, especially gel nail and I learned the hard way... 10 sore fingers for over 2 weeks! Next was a tube of lipstick in a deep berry red, not so good with naturally red hair. The 4th product was a glam cream color in Dolce Pink, a pretty color actually. And finally I got a hand cream from Jericho Cosmetics. It contains all natural ingredients including minerals from the dead sea and aloe vera as well as olive fruit oil. Not with the money for me! I'm cancelling.

After using Focallure for a few months now I have to say that I like their products and their prices are pretty great but DO NOT GET THE BABEBOX. Buy all the products individually that you want but I repeat DO NOT GET THE BABE BOX SUBSCRIPTION! Their customer service representatives are clearly not educated as their wording doesn't even make sense half the time and they are too pushy with their antics. I got octobers box in November, even though I started my subscription in November. They falsely advertise everywhere that they have free shipping on every order but that's a bold face lie. They force you to get a second box after your first discounted box, which they dont tell you about until after you get your first box. They claim it's to avoid "fraudulent activity" but again that's false advertising because if I am given the opportunity to try a subscription for a certain price, it's just that I'm trying it out. Every other subscription service allows you to actually cancel any time after receiving the discounted box. So another form of false advertising as you cannot actually cancel until after you have been charged a second time. Oh and they also try to offer incentives for good reviews, this I have proof of in my email which is illegal.

I've had a horrible experience with this company. They never answered calls nor emails. I contacted them several times requesting them to cancel my account after they charged me $35.95 for a package I never received. I didn't like the first promotional package because I felt it wasn't worth $35.95 at all and I got much better items from Ipsy for $12.00, smh. At this point I feel like this is stealing as they've never refunded me for the first 35.95 or the second 35.95. Worst experience ever and now I have to change my bank info to stop them from charging me because they won't answer or cancel!

Focallure is truly one my most favorite online companys. Is is so easy to sign up.
When I signed up for the babebox subscription my first box was free and it was shipped out the very next day. I am so happy I started my subscription.

Absolute scam blatantly and fraudulently advertised as first box free if you pay the shipping and clearly stating you can cancel at ANY time. So when said box arrives and you discover it's no more than 5 Poundland worthy pieces of junk the real fun begins when you try to actually cancel. I emailed to request immediate cancellation only to be served back with a snide reply was I not aware of their cancellation policy that I'd have to buy the second box in order to cancel? Before I even had the chance to reply to this they promptly and desperately charged me for a second box to make sure they got their money. Do not touch this company with a barge pole and lesson learned for me

I didn't know what to expect from this beauty box when I signed up but I'm glad I did. It did take a while for my order to be fulfilled and to get my box in the mail and when I reached out to the company in regards to the delay they were apologetic and professional and took care of the situation. The products that came are all full sized, the packaging is just the way I like it, simple but chic and these are things I'm actually going to use. I've signed up for and received so many beauty subscriptions and I wasn't always able to use everything. I'm super excited about the lashes and adhesive I received in the package. I'll be wearing those out tonight. This is definitely a box I'll be telling my clients about.

My daughter fell for their free box with just a $6.95 shipping charge. Problem is she used my debit card without my authorization and I have spent a month trying to get this lousy company to refund my money. They thanked me for holding in one of the emails like I was speaking with them on the phone. But of course they have no phone number because they don't want to speak to anyone, they just want to continue taking money from your account. Fortunately I check my bank account about once a week and when the $34.95 charge didn't match up with my records I called the bank to inquire where the charge came from. They had been notified immediately after the $6.95 fee was on my bank statement the previous month to stop billing this unauthorized charge to my account. The second charge appeared on my bank statement long before they ever shipped a second box of makeup. That is if you would even consider the crap they send makeup. It's a pile of garbage. Nothing I've ever heard of before and certainly nothing I would consider putting on my skin. Bottom line after 10 e-mails back and forth I told them where to stick their box and called the bank, disputed the charge, change my debit card number, and when the 2nd Box arrived in my mailbox I wrote REFUSED Return to Sender and dropped it back in the mailbox at the post office because I'm not paying to ship it back to them. Do yourself a favor and don't ever get involved with this company. They send email after email stalling just to charge for another month. They also sent me a form that was multiple pages to request a cancellation which I in turn responded I'm not filling out a form for something I never ordered as I have stated numerous times the subscription was not authorized by the person whose bank account is being used. And don't bother reporting them to the Better Business Bureau they already have an F rating. RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS NITEMARE COMPANY!
