Tried a free box (just s&h) based on an ad stating "no strings attached". Was never stated in the process of checkout or in any email, but they force you to agree to paying for a full price second month and will not cancel you. The quality of the product is like what you would find at a dollar store. I use small cosmetic companies all the time, this isn't like that - it's just trash. Not even worth the shipping cost. While their ad shows items like Anastasia of Beverly hills. False advertising and lies. I just want my subscription canceled

To all the people talking about "terms and conditions", saying "read the fine print before you purchase". Listen, this company is a scam because they DON'T let you change your mind and CANCEL ALL ORDERS even BEFORE THEY HAVE SHIPPED. They said my FIRST $1 box won't be shipped out from them for another WEEK from now and they STILL WON'T CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND IT. I don't want their crappy box of makeup totaling 5 dollars. The makeup they fill the box with, has been CONFIRMED to be from AMAZON and ALIEXPRESS & it's also been confirmed that it is EXTREMELY CHEAP. Just go read Hello Subscription's review. Their makeup is also NOT paraben free. The quality is cheap so the ingredients are cheap & bad for you. They also delete negative comments on Facebook AND Instagram. There were over 40 negative comments on Instagram from unsatisfied customers and people that have paid for 3 boxes and never recieved them even months later (yes, that is a common problem people have) and guess what? Babebox deleted almost every comment. They even block people. I have screenshots. They also scam by forcing you into a longer subscription by not getting back to you. Multiple people have said their number does not work, it takes forever to get an email back, so you may be stuck with a subscription you don't want anymore because they aren't getting back to you about canceling... oh, and the ONLY way you can cancel is by EMAIL.

I signed up for the $1 box not knowing i would be scammed. A few minutes later i read reviews on facebook and tried to cancel the first box but it wouldnt allow me to. Today i was charged $36.95 for the second box and they refuse to issue me a refund and cancel shipment of both boxes. Scammers and a fraudulent business! Any positive review is an employee or they got paid to lie. Shame on them! Every dog has its day! Going to report them to the BBB and dispute the charges with my credit card company! STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Look, guys. You can't say something is a scam just because you don't read the terms and conditions when you sign up for something. Granted, I signed up to get a box for $1 + free shipping using a burner card so they can't charge me for anything else about 10 minutes ago because I was curious but I still reviewed the FAQs and terms and conditions. In their FAQs it clearly states: "... in order for us to be able to offer this premium-trial approach for all of our customers and avoid fraud, we require you to stay for atleast another month. If you do not wish to stay for another month, you can pay just for the first month and unsubscribe." When you are on the subscription page, there's a link that says What's This? If you click on it, it clearly states: "Your first month is free with ANY PURCHASE... If you cancel before your second month, you may get charged for your first month." Read, people. It's not hard. I can't say anything about the quality of the products because I haven't gotten my $1 box yet and have no intention of getting a second one but it annoys me when people trash companies because they don't know how to read.

I rarely write reviews but I really feel like I need to warn people about this company before they give them any payment information. There is obviously a lot of fake reviews on here. Anyone who has anything nice to say about this company obviously works for them. First they try to lure you in with the first box "free" crap. All you pay is shipping, $7. It also states that you can cancel anytime before the 1st to avoid being charged for the next month. This is a lie. What they dont tell you is when you try to cancel, you are forced to purchase a second month for $30 plus shipping! That's not even the worst part. It takes the entire month to get the box and what's inside is shocking. It's all cheap, made in china items that you can purchase on wish.com or aliexpress for $1. So you end up spending WAY over retail for a bunch of cheap products that are also NOT CRUELTY FREE! I dont knownhow this company is even in business. Also, after wasting over $40 on complete junk, you have to send several emails and "get approval" to cancel the subscription, when then they finally let you cancel they will continuously charge your card until your forced to dispute the transaction with the bank and not allow payments to them. Even still they will try to charge you and keep sending emails for you to update your payment info after telling them the same thing in about 20+ emails that they do not have permission to charge the card. This company is a complete scam.
Forgot to mention, they also sell your info too, so expect a bunch of calls from other random numbers and scammers after giving them your info.
