After getting my free box I rwad alot of bad reviews about babe box honestly though I was pretty happy I accidently signed up twice because I was sent an email saying I needed to finish suvscribing etc I contacted them they took the extra charge offcright away. I got a mascara a lip color an eye pallette and a lil mermaid fin brush the only thing I didn't like was the lip color just not for me but I loved the mascara the brush is mych better than ones Ive gotten from ipsy even fit fab fun the brush is full and works awesome I use it daily since getting it And the eye colir is great too I hear they are goingvto start using outside oroducts so will see whst I get this next box coming but it really wasn't terrible as others said I dreaded getting my box after reading things yeah so they want u to biy the 2nd box big deal but they aren't hard to contact at least in my experience.

Contents; crap from ebay that retails at $1 a piece. Babe box includes a note that says every item is worth between $12 and $35 when you can order the exact same item for less than a dollar. It's low budget, animal-tested, non-pigmented nonsense. The box appears to be free, after payment you find out due to a tiny section on the webpage - you MUST pay the $30 for the second box. There's no way to get out of this and the customer service is awful.

I love this company despite what a lot of people think it's ligit. I have received every box I ordered and every other item I've orders. I love how there cruelty free. I found out about them from a Facebook ad and was lent sure about it at first but fell in love with there products. There one pallet didn't work so well but the rest have bin amazing. I love there eyeshadow pallet The colours blend so easily. I think people need to give there a fair chance. To the People saying this company is a scam I have to respectfully disagree. I have bin scammed by companies before and this nothing like that. I will continue to buy from this company. They are by far one of my favourites.

So far, everything seems to be going really well! All of the focallure products I've seen look very lovely and there are sooooo many eyeshadow pallets I want to try! I actually signed up for the free first babebox and I'm currently waiting for it and super excited! Hopefully I get one of those eyeshadow pallets I'm wanting! Customer service seems fair so far, I commented on an Instagram post and someone from Focallure actually responded quite rapidly and resolved my issue just like that! So overall... it's going pretty good so far! Yay!

The BabeBox is a straight up ripoff. The items they charge nearly $30 for, can be bought on Ali Express, which is a cheap Chinese wholesale site, for a dollar or 2. The Focallure name is even on some of the products sold on Ali Express. I got sucked in by the "pay shipping only" box and the items were junk. I kept 1 brush and a face mask. I tossed the mascara, highlighter and lip gloss. Today, I received my final Babebox and it included 3 eyeshadow brushes, 1 highlighter and 2 lip pencils. On Ali Express, the grand total of the items I could find (4 of them) came to a brand total of $4.22. I paid over $27. I cancelled this SCAM subscription. I gave 2 stars because I did keep a brush and a facemask. Everything else, I threw away.
