I order the "free" box paying the 6.95 shipping. I never received it. So I tried to cancel and was told I could not cancel until I bought the 2nd box@ 33.95. Paid for that one unwillingly and still never received the 2nd box. Finally cancelled and was told I received both boxes per tracking but I never received $#*!. So outrageous because it was only 5 days ago the 33.95 was taken from my card so when did y'all ship the 2nd $#*!ing box? Bebebox is a scam. They are criminal and idk how but they should be stopped from taking peoples money! Shame on BABEBOX FOR BEING THE $#*!S OF THE COSMETICS INDUSTRIES.

I ordered my box on Jul11 and didn't receive anything and it's still unfulfilled, I then got charged for my 1st full payment box on 01 Aug. I immediately contacted Jessica from BabeBox and got a response literally saying "No". I asked them how they expect me to uphold my side of the agreement with payment for them to not uphold theirs. Both shipments as still unfulfilled and they have my money for both. See below for proof. This is ridiculous and a scam.
This is the most ridiculous and frustrating experience I've had with a company. Their products are trash so I cancelled in june. I've now been charged both in July and now august.
I cant get onto website to figure out what's going on. Because according to the site I no longer have an account. So I've emailed where I was assured in june that I had cancelled. Still being charged. And when I emailed about a refund they denied me.
I just emailed again because I was just charged again. I'm going to file with the bbc, but have no clue what to do.
I was pleasantly surprised on what came in my beauty box. It also came with bonus items. I had a question and was able to easily contact customer service. The agent did some research and called me back in a timely manner.
I ordered my box on the 21st of April, 2020, it is now almost August and it is STILL nowhere near my way. PLUS I got charged for a second box which is ridiculous when I still don't have my first!
They also blocked me on their Facebook page so I couldn't tell people about what they did/what they do. I noticed other similar comments were deleted (before I was blocked) from other people.
The customer service (or lack of) is so so bad.
I wish I had taken the time to read reviews. I have heard when people do get their boxes it's all crappy stuff or broken things and things you could buy cheaper than what they say they are worth!

I am extremely surprised by the flow of negative reviews that this company is generating. My own experience with this company has always been good. The quality of the products I purchased is excellent, I never had to return anything. They send plenty of samples that make sense based on the type of products I buy. There was never any "scam", any expired products.
THIS BOX IS A SCAM... I wasted 37 dollars to learn my lesson. The July box had a used moisturizer, a sample size moisturizer (10 ml... WTF), a disposable facial mask, an eye liner and a glittery eye shadow.
So sad to learn that a cruelty free promoting company is a scam. They did not make it clear upon signing up that you have to buy a fill month to get the first trial month free. How does that even make sense. Dont support this scamming company.
They trick you into spending more money. They word things in ways that can be easily misunderstood and have horrible customer service. I bought the free box and only had to pay shipping. But it turned out I also signed up for a second month that cost $30. I asked to cancel it and they said I couldn't, but they would give me a discount on the second box. So I said okay to the discount. Weeks later, I still didn't get anything so I asked about a shipping update and they said I'm not getting a second box. The $25 I spent was to cover the first box which was supposed to be free. And I'm positive they told me I'd still be getting a second box because I even got an order confirmation. The products also weren't nearly as good as the website claims them to be!
If you have no clue where to start with make up or just love good quality products then this is the monthly make up subscription for you. Everything is cruelty free BONUS! The packaging is cute and well structured so nothing comes broken.
The initial box I received, was surprisingly a good box! Normally free boxes have products no one wants, but I find myself actually using the products I received. I have no complaints about this box or the company.

Then they charge you for the next month and you get the same type of sh! T sh! T products. I'm subscribed to ipsy ultimate, boxycharm base and premium, and lip monthly. I like subscription boxes and this one is absolutely horrible. They said they'd give me a refund and I got an email saying they issued a refund, but I have a prepaid card and it comes through automatically and it never came through. So now I have to dispute the charge. They are a complete scam and how they even stay in business is beyond me. It's honestly my own fault because I should have realized once I saw their makeup and products on their website. The highlighter palette is the same exact one on wish for like a dollar. No ma'am. And no facemask in a package is worth $12. No. Just no. Seriously, go somewhere else. Walmart and target even have beauty boxes. Sephora. Birchbox. Boxycharm. Ipsy. Lip monthly. Use one of them.
Great customer service! This is how they treat customers. Boxycharm. Kinder. Any other before this. First time I've never received a box I understand things have been crazy. But this is ridiculous.
I joined this with the free month and then was told I had to pay for a month at regular price before you can cancel. I could have got the stuff in my box for less than $20 but I'm paying $36 for it. Customer service is terrible! After I had to pay the full month I cancelled it yet I just got charged again. This is a horrible company and the products are a joke. I pay way less for boxy charm and get way more. I am disgusted with all the false advertising!

First of all I HATE COMPLAINING & all the HEADACHES from the beginning that's all I have been doing! I tried the free box paid the shipping which is reasonable, then paid $9.99 more for the 2 mystery items (that I NEVER RECEIVED I ONLY received the 5 items that come with the box) THEN I CANCELLED before the next cycle for the next box and was not AWARE and TOLD that I HAVE TO PAY FOR ONE FULL PRICED BOX IF I CANCEL AFTER "TRYING THE FREE BOX" THEN IM NOT RECEIVING THE BOX UNTIL A MONTH AFTER PAYING FOR THE DAMN THING!

So it's been a month... they charged me twice even though I haven't received anything yet. So as far as the product goes - I have no clue... however... its been shipped about a month ago, and has been "in transit" ever since. I don't know about you, but there is no way in hell I'd put something on my skin that's been boiling in there... in this heat... for a month... so it will most likely go strait to the trash bin anyway This is the absolute worst subscription box experience I've ever had.
My box had yet to be shipped by the time it was to actually reach me so I contacted them asking where it was, they ignored me for 5 days. I also asked them to cancel my subscription because customer service was awful. IGNORED ME. Then 1.5 months later I was charged AGAIN. So I filed a dispute because I did not want to continue with their service. They sent my bank some BS about it saying you'll be charged for two months "everywhere on the site." Which I did not see once. So I'm out $36 and have a box of sh*** product.
