This was such a rip off and I was super disappointed in the quality and items are received in the free box. I would have said that I had even paid $6 for shipping but then they charged me another $36 for a second box and I was even more angry. I would never pay $36 for the junk that comes in this box. They have a website with a bunch of five star reviews and I can guarantee they're all fake.
They charge you numerous times even when you try canceling. They sent me someone else's cancellation information pretending it was mine just so they can charge me again.

These are items that possibly a 14 year old would like. For $35, I got fake eyelashes, an ELECTRIC pink lipliner, a decent lipgloss and their generic brand of eye mask. This is stuff in the dollar bin at any local drug store. Absolute crap.

This is a great subscription box if you can afford. The first box is free with the cost of shipping and it is worth the price. The items are all unique and high quality. I love the presentation and that they were items I wouldn't normally purchase for myself. The website is easy to navigate and customer service is easy to deal with. I would highly recommend!
As far the delivery time was concerned i dont receive my order till now its been 15 days late and i guess may be its because of pandemic situation. As babe box is concerned the makeup products must be there instead of skin care n soaps etcs because every one owns a different skin. Possibility is there that may not suits one. Well hope for the best and i will receive my babebox soon
I was just about to place my order to try them out and boy, oh boy! Am I super Glad I did! What really got me was a woman actually went out of her way to look up each item only to find that they are much cheaper then what they say they are worth. Shame on y'all. *karma
I had the worst experience with this company. They will charge you almost $40 for extremely cheap dollar store quality products. If you think this boo I x is like the others, boy you're wrong! I researched the companies from the products I received in my "free" box which I still paid $15 for, and in my searches I found all of my products to be sold for $5-$8! Such a scam! They won't refund you v even after you canceled.
I immediately canceled and told them I'd send everything back but they still charged me $40! Please read before ordering a Babebox
1. NOT A FREE TRIAL! I HATED my babebox and I contacted customer service and they said I couldn't cancel because I had to pay for a second month or if I wanted to cancel I had to pay for the first month. They directed me to their checkout and FAQ. Misleads you saying they "might" charge you for your second month with their one month free option(it's not in their FAQ like they claim - photos attached)
2. You get NO customization. I was only able to use 2/7 products I got. I can't exchange or return the 5/7 products I couldn't use for something I could use, and they won't even reply to my emails asking them about an exchange policy or anything.
3. They have HORRIBLE customer service. They just stop replying to all emails/facebook messages/Instagram messages. There's no phone number to call either so no guarantee you will get a response from them. Have fun making sure they don't keep charging you!
GET YOUR MAKEUP SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are such a bad box that there are TONS of YouTube videos about how bad it is. Do your reaearch so you don't have a bad experience like I, and dozens of others, have had!
Don't waste your money! Babe cosmetics can't seem to get anything right! From the quality of the products I received in the box I ordered to the responses from their customer service representatives, they need to start fresh and rethink their entire business model! Their billing department can't even enter the proper charges when processing a charge!

This company is pulling a fast one on consumers. Your first box is free and it says on their website cancel anytime. However, when you try to cancel you are told the following:
"Please kindly note that when you registered for the free BabeBox, you also agreed to enroll our subscription. Every customer gets charged on the 1st or 3rd of the month for the next box.
We can cancel your subscription only after the first charge. Then you will receive the BabeBox and will not be charged anymore."
My response is as follows:
"As a company if this is the only way that you can sell product then so be it. You are doomed to fail. Upon receipt of your first box, the products were of poor quality and lacked brand recognition. I am therefore a very unhappy former customer. I say former because despite your policy of forcing a customer to pay, I will be exercising my right to refuse to be a victim of your little scheme. I will be sure one way or another that you will not be able to charge my card again. So you can continue to waste your company resources attempting to charge me time and again or you can same your effort and money and stop this charade. Your choice, but you won't get another dime from me either way."

After u receive or first free box they send u another box immediately and charge u for it. They won't let u cancel it it's in there policy I suggest if u ordered a box to just shut ur card off or notify ur bank. And the products are cheaply made and horrible I would never pay for this junk! I wasn't able to get a refund after talking to two different ppl and being put on hold for about 20 minutes. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
Thought I'd try the beauty box as I was subscribed to another brand for a while and I liked seeing new items. I had stopped as the items were things I wouldn't use too much and the shades were for white women. This box took quite a while to arrive and I wasn't impressed so contacted them to cancel my subscription and Matthew Anderson was telling me I couldn't cancel a subscription after the 1st box. I HAVE to pay for another one THEN I can cancel. That's illegal and a scam! I would NEVER recommend this money hungry Gold Digging company. Run as fast as you can.
