I have been ordering from this site for several years, and have been more than pleased with their efficiency of deliveries, superb prices and quality of cigarettes.
Only once was there a temporarily lost or delayed delivery, and, in this case, the company showed highest integrity by offering to send a replacement order immediately or to credit back. Integrity is a very important factor to me, and, in my experience this company rates super high. Communications are also top notch. I am always immediately responded to, and it is such a pleasure to experience this flow and ease of communications. Keep up the great work!

Custermersi've been doing business with az. Cigs for 3 years and i've never had a problem once i ordered wrong cigs and was worried that i'd get them instead of mine sent an email to elena (shes a great person and will always help you) and she got right on it and i got what i always order. Well we've been ordering our cigarettes thru AZ cigs for several years now... We were even set up to autoship... No problems until recently... We were to receive a shipment... They didnt come... I emailed the company... They reshipped... Excellent comumication... Earlier this week we received a letter from the Postal Service, telling us it is illegal to order cigarette or any kind of tobacco online or from a foreign country... We were told that if anymore were ordered or attemped for delivery, the ATF and Homeland Security would get involved... So I cancelled my auto shipments... Im placing this here as a warning to other consumers... I know this is my first post with this site... But my warnings are sincere...

I love the cigarettes, I ordered 3 cartons, just to "try" them, but, after smoking them, I ordered another 6 cartons! My first order came in 10 days, and the second order arrived in exactly 10 days too! I am 63 years old. Have smoked since I was 13, that's 50 years! And Believe me, I have tried them all! When cigarette prices became so high, I thought I was doomed! This site saved my sanity, and I will never buy another pack at a store again! I am a TRUE believer in this and am SO happy a friend reccomended it! Pat B.

I'm not sure WHO is writing these 'glowing' reports- but my own personal involvement with this company has been a total nightmare! I ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes on November 9,2010, paying via electronic check. I was notified that my e-check had been approved, and my package was shipped on November 15th. GREAT!
Then I was notified that my e-check had NOT cleared, that I had 'probably' given them the wrong rounting and account numbers (which I didn't) I was told now, that they could NOT re-process my check, and that I MUST pay them with a Visa or Amex credit card. When I told them I had no such cards- they then REPROCESSED my e-check, and it cleared. HOWEVER- when I receive the notice of clearance, my e-check is NOW paid to 2000cigs.com- and NOT azcigs.com? At this point- I have NO cigarettes and I am out $87.00. It has now been ONE MONTH since I placed my order. I believe this company is a scam, and I will be reporting them for mail fraud.
Two days later, they email me and tell me that my order had been RETURNED to them! That they would RE-SHIP for free. That I PROBABLY had given them the WRONG address (which I didn't- have had the same address for 14 years! And it is clearly in my azcigs.com account!
