I was skeptical at first about ordering cigarettes online but I figured with the price of cartons in my area it was well worth a shot. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my cartons (at almost half the price!). The shipping time is long but coming from overseas I kind of expected that. The prices are great and the customer service was friendly. I will be using the service again. Thank you azcigs.com!

Been using AZ for about a year & have never had a problem, ordering thru delivery. Other sites I have tried only ship in 3 carton parcels & one or two always gets lost in shipment, who needs the agg. AZ has excellent customer service, always timely e-mails & I've always received a one box parcel for my order before the expected delivery date. It's a site you can count on & appreciate & I do!

Good prices & prompt shipment. Once my order didn't arrive in the usual two weeks. After waiting another week or so i contacted customer support. They promptly looked into the matter, determined it had been lost in the mail & reshipped the order at no cost to me. I've tried several online cigarette sites & this is the best i've found.
