However, l would caution people ordering in the United Kingdom. The amount added on with Customs, Excise and Import Duties are prohibitive. For every pound spent with Cigar Smokes will cost you another two pounds to import, therefore roughly tripling the price of the order. You have been warned.
Regarding the authenticity of your website, i have a-lot of doubts, and don't just reply with the template you have for everyone who asks you this question, first cigaranalysis.com listed you as a fake website, there are a-lot of similar websites with the exact webpage design and stock and price and fonts and logos and everything which is a big indication that they are all managed by the same persons, your prices are more cheaper than the prices in Cuba, even if you sell it tax free where is your profit margin and shipping cost and storage cost! How come a Cohiba Behike 52 is 85$! Your website is registered in LA USA, you don't have a physical store anywhere, unfortunately i have paid a lot of money to you before i notice all this, even if the box passed habanos authenticity check, still there are a-lot of defaults, cubans always have triple cap which i didn't find in any of the cigars! Of course still remains the one main rule if its too good to be true than it isn't, and of course you will take a lifetime to reply and when you do the you reply with same template and scenario as always

I orderes 300 dollar worth cigars from cigarsmokes. They clearly mentioned they will delivered to UK. They send me cuban cigars dry and damaged. They all were cracked, the box were dusty. Cigars are meant to be kept in humid conditions and they were bone dry. These cigars are useless and can not be restored.
They promised me compensation a month but even failed to do deliver that.
They sometimes use tactics telling you they added points to your account. Stay away from it. This is a trap for you to spend money to buy MORE DAMAGED GOODS. In top of that my cigar box seals were broken
1) broken seal on box
2) dry damaged cigars. There was dust in the box
3) fake compensation.
