Couple years w/AZ CIGS & never had any problem except with our Bank thinking an out-of-country debit may be fraudeluent. Just had to approve the debit by phone with our bank & everything went thru OK! Can't find better prices, quality of products, shipping costs or quality of product anyplace better.

After experiencing a delivery problem of product I contacted their customer service and received absolutely great follow-up service in getting my delivery! Not worried anymore about ordering out-of-country.

I have used AZCigs for about a year now. I have used other sites but something always seems to happen. I won't use any one else. I love the fact that I can track my order. Only once can I remember a problem with my order but they made it right. Thank you AZCigs!

The selection is quite good and the prices are unbeatable. However shipping usually takes about two weeks. My last order was lost somewhere down the line and took a full month. All & all I won't hesitate to keep ordering from here.

I really can't say enough about the service I've received. Occasionally there's been hiccups with my credit card company not approving purchases for security reasons but the people at Azcigs were patient and worked with me to resolve those issues. I've always received my orders in a timely fashion and have recommended the site to friends who have been as equally delighted as me.

They have great customer service reps., the product is always delivered in a timely manner, and the one time I had a problem it was rectified immediately. I have not had such good service with other sites. I especially like it that they track my order and I know where it is at all times.
