I am in Florida-my wife is in NH. I wanted to send her flowers for her birthday. My fault I ordered the day before on a holiday weekend. I received confirmation. Then I received notice that the flowers could not be delivered the next day and will be delivered in three days. Also they did not have the flowers I ordered off their website so they arbitrarily changed the flowers-I had no say in it. I went on the website, cancelled the order only the order never cancelled. I made repeated attempts to contact them using the phone and online. There is no way you can talk to a human to resolve anything. They delivered the flowers of their choice... red roses. My wife said they looked nice though some looked like they were dying already but she was happy. Buyer beware... order with caution. I will never use them again. I gave them two stars because the majority of the roses looked good, but then decided the frustration and experience demanded a one star.
I spent a great deal of time researching the flowers, writing the order.
Only to have a 24.95 service fee added on. What?

I'm at my uncle's funeral service and the FLOWERS ARE NOT HERE! They were supposed to be here before 6 p.m.
I ordered flowers for my moms birthday to be delivered same day…. Never arrived! Please do yourself a favor …. DO NOT order from this company!
I wish I realized this was NOT a local florist as the website makes you believe, but a centralized company similar to 1-800 flowers. I had difficulty with verifying my mobile number on line... after order had been submitted. Attempted to contact the company, MULTIPLE TIMES and on 2 different days (on both numbers provided) and NEVER got a human. In fact, the choice for a customer service person brings you to a recording and after it disconnects you. There is NO email address either... but didn't realize until after I tried contacting them. My credit card was charged immediately but I still am unable to determine where my order is because they will only send updates via SMS and I don't have access to my mobile at this time.
WHAT A SCAM!
I ordered windchimes with stand for my Aunts funeral I payed 140.00 bucks when I saw them I could of bought them at the dollar store never ever will I use your services again when I was placing the order I asked the lady to send me a picture she said she could not do that until I placed my order I never did get a picture the lady also seemed very rushed and I had a hard time understanding her. I really think I will contact the better business because I was never so embarrassed when I saw them.
I tried to order a bouquet of ballons & a Med. Size Teddy Bear for my Aunt, they told me it was over $100.00... They tried to convince me they had a store front in my home town. What gave it away was they kept asking for the name of the hospital... There is only 1 hospital. When I told them to cancel the order they wanted to send a flower bouquet instead for $30.00 less. I hung up because all thet wanted to do is argue. Called a cousin for the name of the florist there... got the balloons & bear for about $70.00 less & great service
They refunded the money, but were not willing to deliver the arrangement to the church, which I felt, would be appropriate.
My husband paid $100 for a birthday arrangement for his mom. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture and looked like a $20 special from a local supermarket. Don't waste your time with this florist. It's a ripoff.
Called at 10:30 am on a Thursday to have flowers and items delivered on a friday to my wife's work. On Friday was contacted in the afternoon by one of their reps stating that there was a problem with their stylist, and that it could not be delivered on that day. Trying to be understanding, I agree to delivery on Saturday, which was the day of our anniversary. All day I checked, and the order never came. Tried calling service rep, only got a computer, saying that they put in a ticket, and I would be called back. Never happened either.
So contacted the credit card company to take off the charge. Deal with local people, this place is apparently too big to give good service.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I spoke to someone at the Ava's Flowers in Durango yesterday and solidified that the flower arrangement was in stock and could be out the next day for my Mother's Birthday. But this afternoon, the day of her birthday, received a TEXT stating "the order cannot be completed the flowers are not in stock and will be sent out on 6/28/2021". I want everyone who reads this not to order through this company. There is zero customer satisfaction and they did not accommodate with me either. I even asked if they could just send out any other arrangement and she said "NO". They were blatantly rude and clearly do NOT care about their customers being happy. Just look at the other reviews.
First, they deceptively make it seem like they are a local shop, but really they are just a national order forwarding company. Ordered flowers for my fathers birthday 1 week in advance. The day came and went. No flowers. No email. No call. No refund... nothing. 2 days after the birthday and still no flowers, calls, emails, I requested a refund, and THEN suddenly I got emails about a delay due to the arrangement I ordered, as if it was my fault for ordering the number 1 product they recommended. They wanted ME to call them to work out some details, but when I called it was an automated system. Total waste of time and I had no choice but to deny the charge on my credit card which is a hassle. Never again! BUYER BE WARE!
I ORDERED FLOWERS TO BE SENT TO MY EMPLOYEE AFTER SURGERY AND ORDERED THEM AT 10 AM AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE THERE TODAY. THEN RECEIVED A TEXT THAT THERE WAS A ISSUE AND HAVE NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER A HOUR TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WERE NOT ACCEPTABLE AND THAT THEY WANTED TO UPGRADE THEM AND NOW WOULD NOT BE SENT TILL TUESDAY OF NEXT WEEK. AFTER REQUESTING MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED TO ME OVER A DOZEN TIMES I STILL AM NOT GETTING IT RETURNED TO ME I HAVE BEEN TALKED OVER AND INTERUPTED TOLD THAT ALL THE FLOWER SHOPS ARE CLOSED AT THIS TIME AND IT IS ONLY 3 PM HERE I AM THINKING THEY ARE ON THE EAST COAST AND I REQUESTED A LOCAL FLOWER SHOP IN THE SAME TOWN WHERE THEY WERE TO BE DELIVERED I AM VERY ANGERY AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN OR HONOR MY REQUEST TO REFUND MY MONEY TO MY CARD AND CANNOT FULFILL MY REQUEST. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED FROM A FLORAL SHOP. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEN TO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANOTHER CUSTOMER IN THIS MANNER. I WAS TOLD THAT MY MONEY WAS RETURNED AND THAT IT WOULD BE RETRUNED 73.00 AND IT HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT IN THE BBB FOR DELIWARE.
I wish I checked these reviews before ordering flowers for a friend. I would give ZERO stars if that option was available. My delivery has not been made, and inquiries to the company (via an automated menu on the website) result only in a popup message that they will "get back to me." Phone calls also result only in an automated service, and you will never be able to talk to a representative. I intend to dispute the charges on my credit card as soon as I get the bill.
I'm orden hearts for funeral and they send wherever the want something more cheap when the charge me 195 for something so diferente cost less money and trying to call customer service the left me at the phone for over 25 min no body trying to help me call 3 time and no help the have to refund the money so bad company

Mother did not receive 2 dozen Pink Roses or Personalized Gift Card I paid extra. Total order over $170.00! Avas substituted mixed flowers - see mixed flower photo this is in NO WAY a substitution for 2 dozen pink roses ordered from photo on website. Hope someone contacts me right away from AVAS with an apology and deliver's Roses to Mom before this weekend!
Do Not Recommend Ava's at this time until they make this Right!

They are a total scam. Took $130 from me for luxury tulips and sent a tiny vase with some red roses. Told me it was impossible to re-send them. Refused to help me figure out a solution. Have now spent 10 hours trying to resolve
My mom tried to purchase me flowers from this company. First of all they said because of Covid they couldn't deliver it to my business address. When my mom asked for it to be canceled, she got the runaround. On top of this she purchased a $60 floral arrangement that they charged her over $90 for. The $30 plus was for a fee. I never got the flowers. She was still charged. She contacted her credit card company, and they had to cancel it. Then they suggested she cancel her credit card. It's hard for me to believe this cmpany is still in business, or at least is still on the web claiming they are a business. I wouldn't even have given it one star if it was possible.
Started out with a balloon order for $39.99, then at final checkout they unexpectedly tacked on another $20 for a delivery fee on top of the $9.99 they already charged for shipping. Went ahead and ordered anyway. Then they call me and tell me they couldn't deliver that day because the delivery truck broke down and wouldn't credit me for the special delivery charge. They assured me it would be delivered first thing the next morning. Well, next day at 3:30 pm, they still hadn't been delivered. When they finally did deliver they left it on the front porch WITHOUT RINGING THE DOORBELL! THEY ACTUALLY LEFT BALLOONS TO JUST BLOW AWAY! OMG, WHAT A RIP OFF! NEVER AGAIN!
Answer: It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story
Answer: I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
Answer: Phone tree hell. Very lengthy messages that you have to listen to in order to get the prompts.
