I placed an order, for a (very special) event, my Aunt and Uncles (60th) Anniversary. I paid $128 for (Luxury Grade) Flowers, all yellow, and I paid extra for a Balloon (Happy Anniversary)... what I got was (extremely) disappointing. Only (one) yellow flower, very average flower choices, and balloon that said (Congrats). I could have bought a $10 bouquet of flowers from the food store, stuck them in a vase... and done a better job. I would (NEVER) use this florist again!~
I was sent flowers from this company. I was frankly shocked. 7 flower stems and 5 green stems. The quality of flowers was terrible. They were not in water tubes or any gel so stems completely dried out. These were very low quality and very inexpensive flowers. I spoke to the person who was kind enough to send these (who is on a very limited income) and was told how much was paid-I am shocked. In no way should anyone ever use this company unless of course you are sending to someone you don't care for.
As per family members as we were unable to attend the flowers were beautiful! They were very happy with them.

I placed an order a week before a family member funeral. I saw beautiful arrangements for funerals in the website and I was very happy with my purchase i even received a text saying item was delivered and everything. When we arrived to the service I couldn't find our arrangement anywhere it was very embarrassing as all the main family send arrangements and ours wasn't there. Customer service was good afterwards and they even process a refund but it not about the money it was about the false advertising and telling me item delivered. Wrong event for this to happen don't waste ur money
I ordered for my cousins who had suffered a loss. They had free delivery, then charged me a 29.00 service fee. They delivered to the wrong address and the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. They agreed to redeliver and it was worse! I asked for a refund and they only gave me 20.00. Total rip off don't do business with these people.
This was my first time using Ava's Flowers. I will definitely choose again. Easy to use website, same day delivery and the flowers were absolutely beautiful!
Me and my wife just orderd 2 arraingments to be deliverd today and when we called to see were they were they said that they would be del tomorrow and instead of flowers they would be rosses they i autherized wich i did not. So i said just cancel it they they cant. I said just refund they wer can only give half back when theyn did not del anything. How are they still on the internet, taking advantage of pewople in their time of sorrow. How does the bbb/ag/law enforcement and anyone else looking at these $#*!s.
I ordered an amazing arrangement for my best friend's anniversary. Ava's Flowers delivered it on time and my friend was thrilled! The flowers were very fresh and beautifully displayed.
My sister sent me a "centerpiece " for Christmas. What she ordered, picture 1, and what was delivered, picture 2, were not the same item. Also it was supposed to be delivered 12/18/21 and was not delivered until1/21/21 after several calls to customer service. If you are going to spend the money go with a more reputable service like FTD, Teleflora or! 800 flowers. At least with them you get what you pay for. It's the thought that counts. Lauren A
Ordered flowers for next day delivery and they weren't delivered. Spoke with customer service who assured me they would be delivered next day and still no delivery. Contacted customer service and they said they weren't delivered because store was closed that day. Why would customer say that if they were going to be closed. Customer service then assured me yet again they would be delivered the next day. Finally they did get delivered. Wasn't too thrilled with the extra fees at the end.
Ordered flowers on Tuesday for a Friday delivery. Couldn't do it. Told me they would upgrade boquet for inconvience, delivered one smaller then what I ordered. Do not use.
The large arrangement i ordered for my wife B-day was quite expensive but whatever... they got the vase color wrong the bouquet was not large but average (a friend got her a bouquet from a gas station that were just as nice and same size) so ok my main problem was they wilted over in 1 day all the flowers shrunk and turned brown as if it were 6 days old especially the roses... stay away!
When I first talked to the girl, I explained I wanted to spend $50.00 on order. I told her what it was for, and I wanted it delivered that day, she put me on hold, came back on and gave me a total of $75.00. I told her i did not want to spend that much, I gave her a code from the internet and we got it down to $60.00. But if I wanted it delivered today it would be $64.00. $4.00 service charge. I said i thought it was free delivery, she said yes but this is a service charge. I told her I would not pay it, she told me to hold on, we got disconnected. She called back and I told her forget the order, I'll go somewhere else. She assured me they would deliver the flowers for the $60.00 that day. When I got the receipt by email it showed a $9.99 delivery charge. I called back and all I got was double talk, so I just let it go. By 8.pm my son still had not gotten his flowers. They did not get them until the following afternoon. The reason I wanted them delivered the day before is they brought their newborn baby home from the hospital the day before that. I wanted as a welcome home gift. Whoever heard of ups delivering flowers. They don't tell you that!
I ordered early that morning an the beautiful flowers for my daughter's birthday was delivered with in 5 hrs the same day. I was so very happy. Everything was wonderful.

DON'T purchase flowers from this company! My nephew buried in Arlington did not receive his flowers the day they were to be delivered. I ordered a month in advance. No photo as promised. Don't know if flowers were ever received.No one knew what happened the day flowers were to be delivered. I was on the phone several times. They tell you lies to keep you satisfied for the moment. I paid plenty for an expensive Thanksgiving arrangement. I'm so upset to think he may not have received his flowers after he fought for our freedom. U. N. Believable. Don't deal with these stupid people.

This is a fraudulent site. They quote you a price including delivery and taxes, you go through and put the addresses and payment info/greeting info then it takes you to one last page with a large green button that says "place order". Right above it in teeny tiny letters it has your new total, I was surprised to see it had jumped by $21, taking a $40 order to $61.99. This is for a supposed "service fee". Isn't that what you're paying for already? I almost didn't see it before I pressed the large green button, and I'm thankful I did. Never order flowers from these cheating individuals.
I placed an order on 11/16 to have flowers delivered on 11/20. At 3:20 on 11/20 I received a text message from them saying they were canceling my order. That is the same day they were supposed to be delivered and I have no ability to find another florist on the island that can fill the order. BEWARE of doing business with this SCAM company.

It would be great that when the flowers are delivered that you take a picture. This way we know exactly what we sent. :)
Answer: It's a scam. Very dishonest company. They advertise with a very detailed picture of their flowers, sizes and pricing. When my daughterv received these flowers they didn't look anything like the picture online. I wish I could attach a photo from my galleria for you to see. The picture tells the true story
Answer: I thought they were a local florist. Bc when I typed in the city and Avas Flowers popped up. They are NOT a local company and they are NOT a florist company per se. The Real business name is Flowers Tech Center, Inc... doing business as Avas flowers. They are out of New Jersey and they contracted florists in your local areas nationwide. They don't make the bouquets and the ones on the website are nowhere near to what you're getting. Which is CRAP! LEFTOVER flowers thrown together LAST minute and supposedly delivered fresh from their warehouse. FRAUD & SCAMMERS! Use your local florists or buy them from your grocery store which would be much better and NOT costly. Save yourself time, money and headaches from rude customer service reps and all you get is the run around and lies.
Answer: Phone tree hell. Very lengthy messages that you have to listen to in order to get the prompts.
