Ordered flowers and two days later no flowers and the company does not respond to calls or emails. We are going to have to contact our credit card company to dispute the charges to resolve this.

The flowers were delivered 3 days late the first time. They delivered them a second time 2 days later and insisted that they were never delivered the first time.

Thank you for the lovely arrangement you created for the widow of Deputy Bobbie Gilmore. Veterans Cemetery doesn't allow flowers to be left at the graves so I asked for something very nice for my dear friend of 40 years.
It was delivered on time, tastefully arranged and perfect for his wife to let her know she was loved.

They got the colors requested,but for what I paid...I'm do not think it was worth the cost. I spent almost $100. (Including fee) For that small arrangement.

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers for $150+ and got a $50 arrangement. Horrible place to do business with. They have a disclaimer that they can substitute at anytime without consulting you. The Garbage arrives and there is nothing you can do about it. STAY AWAY from these thieves! I will use Cornelius Florist in Tomball from now on. They have been in business since I was a kid on the north side of Houston. Thought I was going to save a little money and got what I paid for.

My sister just now found out that I sent her flowers from a couple of weeks ago... Very dissatisfied.

The flowers were truly beautiful. They arrived at the Funeral on the day that was requested. I didn't have any issues with Avas Flowers. I would use the business again!

I ordered a very large arrangement for my mom's funeral and what was delivered was puny and did not come close to the quality depicted online or justify the cost. Highly disappointed and will not be using going forward. The photo with the portion blacked out is what I received. This is not reflective of an almost $200 purchase.

We ordered flowers to be delivered to our daughter bridal suite on her wedding day and apparently the flower designer "cancelled " the order with no notice or reason? This was such a disappointment for the father of the bride who planned this surprise. Ava florist in Cave Springs Ark you suck!

I was promised same day delivery a d it got there 2 days later. Half of order was missing and it did not look like picture at all.

Ordered flowers and said free delivery at check out it was there and no way to take it off using the code word and they have a service fee witch made the the flowers i ordered 2 times the original cost. When delivered had my name spelt wrong. Never again best to call w forest in the town you need to send flowers and deal with them. All this company does is the same call a florist in the town you need flowers sent to. Order # *******

The flowers were fresh and artfully done. We were more than pleased Thank you Ava Flowers you made a big hit! They were beautiful! They were so pretty that they used them on the pulpit! My husband was proud of me for doing such a good job!

The site is very deceiving as to what products are delivered. Seems they will purchase from local grocery and delivery as it is their product. What was order is with the basket. What was delivered is the pot. The card is almost bigger than the plant. They survive on people's embarrassment and pride. Certainly not worth the price or surcharges. Use anything else.
