I spent over 70$ for flowers that looked nothing like the picture and were an embarrassment. They are hideous. I could've arranged them better myself. Have tried every avenue of contacting this company and nothing goes through.

I called 5 days ahead of time I paid him for and my girlfriend never received her flowers before 5 o'clock my girlfriend actually called me and asked me did I get her flowers I was embarrassed and ashamed on Valentine's Day that my girlfriend never received her flower in a reasonable amount of time Ava's flowers was the worst experience I have ever been through I will never get flower But from the service again I will go anywhere in Fort Myers Florida but avos the customer service suck there's nobody to talk to

I ordered flowers to get delivered to both of my daughters for vday… meanwhile I've never received a phone call as to why they weren't delivered and when I called them nobody ever answered! Thanks for ruining my gift to my daughters I literally spent $200 with you people I want my money back at this point. You people are sick. Do not order from them at all.

Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star as I would leave negative reviews. Never shipped flowers, called to have order tracked to be put in and endless loop then disconnected after 20 plus minutes multiple times. My opinion is to cut your lawn and send the clippings instead.

This florist is awful. So far my delivery is a day late and still have no update on when it will be delivered. They keep telling me I need to call to resolve but I have told them multiple times that I am deployed and do not have phone service for making calls. Besides I paid enough money to not have to call. You already have my money. Deliver my order!

Called Valentine's Day morning for a delivery of flowers. Charged. $10 delivery charge and a $29 handling charge that they don't tell you about until you've got your credit card information in and can't go back.

Then they send an email saying it won't be delivered till the day after. I get this message at 1:30 in the afternoon and spend 30 minutes on the phone to cancel the order.

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I had checked their reviews prior to ordering with them.

I ordered flowers that had a guaranteed same day delivery. They were marked as delivered but were not. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next day to see if they would come. Never did. I tried to reach out to let them know and received a voicemail a few hours later that they would be delivered by the end of the day. STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED! I have reported it again as missing but cannot get a hold of anyone. Phone number on the website leaves you on hold for 20 minutes then the line goes dead. What a waste of $100.

I was so disappointed whit what we received. It was a totally different flower arrangement from what i picked from their website. I do understand that theu have a policy were in they could sunbstitute certain flowers/plants if unavialbale but getting a totally different flower arrangement is unacceptable. What makes it worse is they dont have any customer service personel that you can talk to. Smh

I will never use this site again. I ordered an arrangement, over a week in advance, yes it was around the Valentines rush, but when it gets delivered I was beyond disappointed. I paid ~$170 for delivery of a 36 stem 'masterpiece arrangement'. Was I expecting every flower to be perfect? No. But I was expecting at least 36 stems. I got barely a dozen roses and 4 carnations. Less than half the flowers I purchased. And I get 3 options, return the flowers for a full refund, get a 50% discount and keep the flowers, or have them redelivered. Well I'm not going to get flowers delivered on valentines day very easily so I suffer with a discount. How is this right? Do yourself a favor and skip this website all together.

I ordered flowers from avas.it is completely different from the photo that i had selected my flowers from website.i ordered from another country for valentin's day and i wasted time and money and i disappointed with my choice.don't trust to the pictures that avas uploaded in websites!

Funeral large standing spray from immediate family NOT DELIVERED. Called at hour of delivery and said THEY HAD NO DRIVER TO DELIVER FUNERAL SPRAY! Asked if they could deliver to residence the next day! Nothing but an apology and refund. We had enough grief. Please don't use this company

These people pose as an actual flower shop and they are not. They are order gatherers taking your order then keeping 50% of it sending it to a flower shop only giving them the other 50% so if you spent 80 the shop gets 40 and then they have the nerve to cancel an order a week a month or three months after it's been done and try and take that other percent from the florist. They are thieves and criminals. Stay away from them call your local flower shop.

Spent 100$ to send valentine ballons to my sweety and he got bd ballons and the only wanted to give me 30 back $#*!s

If you want your flowers not delivered to the person for who you order then it's the right company! My boyfriend order from them as a surprise for my birthday! They called me 2 days prior and confirmed my address! After they said it was delivered however not to me and god knows where because I'm still waiting! All I can say that the birthday surprise was ruined and I still didn't receive my flowers, they didn't call me prior to ask a time that it's good for me
Told my boyfriend never to use them again, worse service ever they are still looking to whom they gave my birthday flowers

I ordered flowers for my mothers 84th birthday who is in a nursing home. They never got there! Awful!

My flower order that was delivered looks pitiful. The one I ordered was beautiful. The mylar balloon was nit attached and my order was over $90. Photos attached to prove my statement. I am also submitting to the BBB in Florence, AL.

Don't waste your money sending flowers from this sham of a business! See the pictures below for a comparison of what I ordered (for $85 no less) compared to what my best friend received. I'm so embarrassed! No lily flowers ever came out of plant...just a cheap looking plant with a tiny card! Never again.

Paid for expedited delivery. Was not delivered on time. Promised a discount by customer service, never received it. Would not recommend.

"Artist Arrangement" sent to the hospital for a very good friend...A 5 year old could have done better! How embarrassing! I pray others read reviews before wasting your time and money for crap! Take my word for it...how embarrassing and you should be
