I ordered an arrangement for my dad's funeral and was totally embarrassed by what they sent. It was just awful. They tagged on a 24.95 charge and 3.99 for a card which was written in pink that looked like a child wrote it. There was no blue in the arrangement at all! When I called they said they would send a replacement and they never did. The flowers looked wilted and just pitiful. To spend over 130 dollars to get that awful arrangement. The basket looked used and just sooooo embarrassing when other flowers were beautiful and I was the daughter to have those show up. Stay away, order from another florist!

Ordered a full color birthday bouquet. My wife received an ALL WHITE bouquet. It was not even close to representative of what was ordered. When contacting customer service, the offered a $10 credit for my inconvenience.

Worst ever! Do not use Avas. Ordered flowers for the service for the dearh of a 3 year old. Texted me 30 minutes before the service began to tell me the flowers would not be delivered. A completely heartless company. Stay away!

Don't ever order flowers from this place. I had flowers delivered to both of my friends last night, and I didn't get there till almost 8 o'clock at night and they live in Denver. They went ahead and delivered the flowers, left it outside in the freezing weather, and by the time they got the flowers they were practically dead the flowers didn't look anything like the ones I ordered online. I also ordered three balloons got two balloons. The note was so chicken scratch it. Look like a little kid wrote it. When I called this morning to get a refund, they only offered me 24 bucks when I paid over 100 for these flowers. Then they asked my friend they can deliver the flowers back to the flower shop and they will re-deliver new flowers tonight I said I'll just take the $24 and leave Don't ever order from this place. You are better off choosing your own flowers and putting them into your own vase. They will probably last longer than the ones they gave me what a horrible place. If I could leave, no stars, I would

My Brother is dying in Hospice & the balloon with flowers was supposed to read "Thinking of you". Instead he got a balloon with the index finger up saying "You're #1". I have a photo of the delivered balloon & a photo of my order. His wife & kids are horrified & I am furious! Still waiting on their response for their error. ANGRY BEYOND BELIEF!

Sent dead flowers. Absolutely horrible 100%. I will never go back. Ruined my mother's valentines. So sad.

Terrible service. Didnt receive when they said it would. Also not at all what i ordered. I payed over 100$ for this and i could have had my 8 yr old do a better job. I am furious

My father has flowers delivered every year for Valentine's Day as I live very far from my home town and this company is a horrible experience with terrible customer service. On 2/14/23, my flowers from my dad were supposed to be delivered. They were not. Customer service told my father that it would be delivered the next morning due to high volume. It was not delivered. It is now 2/18/23, and the flowers have not been delivered and no update.

It's also unfortunate that this company decided to remove their Google business page because of horrible reviews that were coming I'm sure. They claimed today that there was an attempt to deliver. There was not. I have door cameras and was also home all day. I also have neighbors that did not see anyone attempt to deliver, so they are also LIARS!. Still, no flowers - my father called and asked that my arrangement still be delivered but he's like a refund for ruined my Valentine's Day. They said no, with no explanation or remorse. We ended up asking for a refund.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They ruined my father's tradition with me, and had no remorse or explanation. I am highly disappointed. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

They spoof themselves as a local florist with same day delivery. They also show a picture of an arrangement, but if you want the one in the picture there's an upcharge, and every order has a significant "service fee'. Not only did they not deliver the flowers on the day promised, it's been two days and they still haven't delivered the flowers. I have been unable to get in touch with someone that can help resolve this. They haven't responded to my emails, and every call results in sitting on hold until the system cuts me off and kicks me out. There are no flowers and there hasn't been a refund. Find another reputable provider!

What an embarrassing moment to open the door and receive this dumpster trash of flowers. So sad.WTF!

My son is in basic training and ordered flowers for Valentine's Day on the 4th and they did not deliver. Very very sad!

I guess I should have came here first before placing an order with this shell company for Florists. I placed an order for delivery on Valentines Day, (2/14). I received an email confirmation confirming delivery on 2/13 or 2/14. Well, NO delivery and NO way to speak with someone live. Their "Customer Service" (800) number is an endless loop of automation. When I was finally able to figure out how to get into que to talk with a live representative, I was kept on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up on by an automated operator saying the extension was NOT valid. I placed a second call, only to have the same thing occur. I will contact my credit card and place a dispute for their instantaneous charge for my order.

As a side note, ALWAYS look at ordering websites for a clear way to contact them in the event of an order issue. If you look at their website, AVA's Flowers are deceptive and misleading on how to contact them. After over an hour of searching, I found a random email address for Customer Service issues, (*******@avasflowers.com) and have zero faith in resolution.

Do yourself a favor and go to (800) Flowers and save yourself the hassle of a website purposely misleading potential buyers. (ZERO STARS)

Ordered flowers 4 days before Valentine's Day. Attempted to modify delivery address and was denied the morning of. Denied.
You can't get a delivery status update or speak to an actual human being. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
