I ordered 4 arrangements from this place and the 3 that got delivered were not what I ordered and paid for, instead they were smaller and cheap looking. The 4th arrangement was never delivered. Stay away from this place. No one at AVA flowers has returned my calls or emails. I was really hoping this was my new florist.
I made an international order to send our love following a recent cancer diagnosis to a family friend. Despite 5 follow up emails and multiple attempts to phone/text in as many days, Avas Flowers cancelled the order with no reason. I highly recommend you find an alternative option.
They left the flowers at reception instead of delivering to the requested apartment. They delivered a day before the requested day; which was a birthday.

Ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral, once ordered got a call informing me that it would be guaranteed for 9am next day delivery which was day of funeral. Clearly asked representative if they were sure, of course they said yes. Arrangement was delivered at 130p next day after the funeral services were over. Avas flowers does not take ownership for their hiccups and wanted to say it was a 4p delivery. Save the headache skip over Avas flowers

Ordered flowers for my daughter from their site. Received a email they didn't have it to pick out of the 4 they offered which wasn't even close to what I ordered thinking for the price they will make it look pretty, not very pretty very plain uncolored, very disappointed
Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday. Said flowers were delivered. They are nowhere to be found. Called and had to jump through hoops to talk to someone. Finally spoke to a rep and they are investigating. Said they would call back after investigation was done. Still waiting for a call back. I'll be calling my credit card company to cancel payment
The search said that delivery would be free. When I went to order the flowers, they tacked on a $9.99 delivery fee. I was willing to accept this, thought $9.99 was fair for delivery, but then when I went to check out they tacked on a $28.99 service fee. Bringing my $75 flower order to well over $100 with tax. I called them, first of all they advertised like they are in the town that you are sending flowers to. The person answering the phone would not answer my question if they were actually in the town. I had to say to him I would like to come visit your flower shop and look at the flowers, what is your exact location, at which point he admitted they were nowhere near the town I was sending the flowers to. Then he said every florist adds the service fee. I found a florist in the town where I wanted to send flowers and call them. They were very helpful and friendly, and there was no service fee. Just the price of the flowers and a small delivery fee. Do not use one of these websites. Buy direct. Ava's flowers is a rip off
I ordered a $65 arrangement to get notice right after ordering that vase wasn't available. Ok we decided to go with clear vase + more blue colored flowers to compensate. To have it delivered nothing as I had expected. My 6 yr old granddaughter can arrange flowers better than what was received. Avas Flowers is saying the florist they work with tried to deliver the order but the person refused. My friend wasn't home to answer, and now Avas Flowers won't give me a $81.59 refund. My order # *******. The company is not responding to calls, horrible customer service. Wanted to order flowers to a friend who lost her grandmother.

I ordered flowers from their website to be delivered the same day. When choosing the delivery date they say that they may not be able to do same day, which I read and understood. They reached out a bit after I placed my order, telling me that they don't have the flowers I ordered and asked what I wanted to substitute them with. So I was pretty frustrated when they called me later the same day letting me know there was another issue they encountered. They called to tell me that they wouldn't be able to do same-day delivery and asked what I would like to do about it. I had to wait on the phone for over 30 minutes and was transferred 4 times just to learn this. And then they proceeded to remind me the flowers I ordered weren't available and asked again what I'd like to do about it. Overall, lack of organization, quality communication (both within the company and with the customer), and just frustrating to deal with.
I spent $85 to send a bouquet. I upgraded the one I selected, and during checkout I was charged a$25 service fee (not for delivery)! The flowers that arrived were 1/3 the size of the ordered arrangement! Two days later the rose pedals were falling off. A scam, ripoff, call it whatever you like. JUST DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.

I had bought flowers for a funeral they were supposed to be at bright and vibrant and a nice. And we received just like anything but. My mom pick these out for her friends and if I would have known that we are going to get non bright flowers I was just gone locally and done it right. Getting charged $86 because they have handling fees. Because they're freaking 55 some dollars for the flowers alone. Which is astronomical on its own, but to not even do it right. But then they're like send you to a page that says well we have a ability to change out if the shop doesn't have what you need okay I'm sure the shop doesn't have the normal stuff in stock. It just makes us so angry and it was for a funeral. And then don't even give me started on customer service the phone was just a but in touch that sometimes worked and then when you thought you were getting somewhere you couldn't and then it was like sorry we have too many people on the line right now and it hangs up on you.
I ordered flowers for my mom's bday and saw on their website it guarantees same day deliveries so I proceeded to buy flowers that were $44.99 which with a delivery and service fee that was nearly as much as the flowers itself ended up with a total of $82. After a few hours after placing order they called me saying it wouldn't get there until the next day. I asked them to cancel the order and for a refund bc what's the point of receiving flowers the day after your birthday. The lady was persistent on not letting me cancel and said she wanted to make sure my mom's receives a special gift...She promised me that if I gave her the opportunity she'd make sure the flowers were EXTRA special and she'd add on more than what I ordered. She also mentioned she'd give me a $30 discount so I reluctantly agreed. My mom received a very underwhelming surprise to say the least. The lady clearly did not "add anything special" and it looked nothing like what I ordered. Do NOT waste your money of this company please.
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
