This is the second time using this company I should of made my first order should of been the last delivered to the wrong house they put in another order then called me the day of delivery and said they dont have what I want I was offed a replacement of a beautiful bouquet of flowers with regular card ribbons etc. I got none of the instead I got flowers in a sealed box who does that delivery date was the 5th delivered the ninth never again
We ordered a "deluxe " flower with a bow for our father's funeral service. When it arrived, it was one of the smallest arrangements at the service, plus it had no bow. We were charged extra for a large arrangement and even more for a bow. We were so embarrassed.
They never deliver. Very bad customer service! They do not answer calls and they ignore emails. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
I ordered a Spring Tulip Bouquet (large - so I paid extra) and the product delivered was embarrassing. Not one Tulip and 6 cheap flowers with some greenery. I paid $100 for a spectacular bouquet and did not get one. I realize their policy is to substitute other flowers if they need to, but it still should have been a spectacular display. It was not at all. Don't trust this site rot deliver beautiful arrangements 0 especially charging what they do. See the pictures I provided. What was delivered was not even close to Spring Tulip large arrangement
Unprofessional! Out of stock most of flowers, wasting your time and money! Told on the phone they can deliver same day, it's been 2 days my order still not delivered! Lack of communication, customer service not helpful at all.
DONT USE THEM! I requested a bouquet for a birthday gift for Monday, it was delivered Tuesday after 8pm and it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone. DONT USE THEM
I ordered flowers on May 1st to be delivered May 2nd. They were never delivered. When I called in the evening to check about them they told me they could deliver the next day which was obviously too late.
I placed a 175.00 order to be delivered by 7 PM to my wife for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The flowers were not delivered; however Ava's Flowers sent me a delivery confirmation. I called company and got nowhere with the customer service representative and had to ask for a supervisor. The supervisor talked me out of canceling and promised an early delivery the following day. The next day the flowers were not delivered. Two days in a row the delivery was missed. In all I spoke to the company 4 times, was placed on lengthy holds each time and the representatives including management were hard to understand. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and was surprised to find that Google had them listed as a sponsored business. I would not recommend this company.
I placed an order for flowers for a remote colleage, the office pitched in for them and some chocolates. Avas sent a randome 'problem with order' email, after 3 days of digging, I figured out the chocolates were not delivered. There's noone to call or write to make it right, the pop up service indicated 'no add ons found', well no kidding, because pretty sure they didn't deliver. Oh, and we paid $24.99 for the whole order to be delivered. I won't use them again.
Ordered for my moms birthday and they were delivered and they are so skimpy and look nothing like the picture. For $90 this arrangement we got was sad, could've got nicer ones from the grocery store
I ordered some flowers, the couldn't get what I ordered so they called me said they will upgrade and 20% discount, but I wanted a certain color so they said they have that color but couldn't give discount. I agreed but it took the 2 day later and they were already late. Then barely purple and the flower they promised not in arrangement. This is second tome I used them, I won't use them again.
I was initially happy with how easy it was to order Avas Flowers from a different state online. However once I submitted my order (Beautiful pink and purple arrangement) I was then sent an email that the flowers I had chosen were not available and I had to pick from a lesser option listed (Sun flowers) Thinking they would be in a equally pretty arrangement, I was sadly mistaken. They ALSO informed me that I had to change my original selected delivery date! So said flowers were delayed a day past my desired date. I can't get ahold of anyone who is willing to refund or fix this issue and their guidelines state they don't do refunds without a return within 24hrs.
Not pleased with the flowers delivered for the price I payed. I do not recommend this company.
My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday on 4/19/23. She informed me ahead of time as I was working. When I got home there was not a delivery. My daughter checked on it and said they gave her a very vague answer. Nothing came the next day or day after. My daughter was really frustrated and I said I could call. I was basically lied to when the rep for Ava's said it was on a truck and I should have it by 3pm. Nothing came Friday. I thought it was odd that Ava's would not share what flower shop it was coming from. So I took it upon my self and called 4-5 local shops and actually received a call back from
1 and that they were going to deliver it Saturday by 3pm. The owner said she just received the order. My daughter thought she was calling a "local" shop. Which in fact it was a 3rd party shop that distributes the orders. Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend Ava's
These Are not the freaking flowers that was shown on their website and customer service sucks.Don't ever order from this place!
They took my order, my money and promised delivery on Saturday then at 4:00pm on Saturday they text and say they can not deliver until Tuesday. It was for my 89 mother in law in the hospital. She was waiting all day. I was embarrassed and we were both disappointed. Please avoid this company.
Was charged an extra $30 Fee and when I spoke to customer service about it they informed me it was so that my flowers We're delivered and good shape You would think that feed the flowers and delivery we would cover such a thing
I ordered and PAID for the "Deluxe" arrangement thinking it would be classy and beautiful. My friend sent me a picture and I am so disappointed. It is tacky and and the huge bow is gaudy. It makes me feel like I wish I hadn't ordered.
Ordered flowers for my mom's 80th birthday. Total crap and I was so embarrassed that she had to receive such a horrible bouquet from us. I cried for a half hour. No pink roses, no red carnations, no lilies. Had problems with ordering from the beginning. Someone from customer service called and when I called back, all I got was their automated system. NEVER do business with this rip off company!
I ordered same day flower delivery after customer services assured me they could get it done that day. Not only did the flowers not get delivered until the next day, the arrangement was not what I ordered. If they were just up front it would have been fine, I would have simply cancelled the order. Clearly Avas thinks they can deliver whatever they want, whenever they want to. I won't be using their services again and will advise others not to as well.
I ordered a live plant basket to be delivered to my daughter in law on the death of her mom. They said they would deliver on the same day I ordered it. They didn't, so they said they would make it bigger. Instead, today they delivered a small (as in tiny) fresh floral arrangement. Then when I tried to call and complain and get the right thing delivered they bounced me all over the place and then never answered. I wish that I would have looked at their reviews. I will let everyone I know what a crappy dishonest company this is,
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
