Ordered flowers for Mother's Day with flex scheduling. Never delivered. After contacting them 5 days after flex dates ended I, was issued a small credit and a promise to deliver them on Thursday following Mother's Day. I was initially impressed that the company reached out to solve the problem. Unfortunately the flowers were Never delivered.and the website says its too late to cancel. Must be part of the scam to get you to wait until their cancellation policies kick in. Called customer service and listened to directions to go to the websitefor help and then the computer hung up. $89.00 and no flowers. Go elsewhere! Don't get scammed!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day 3 days prior to the holiday. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, the order was cancelled and "refunded" due to Avas being "unable to fill" the order. I am still working to get my refund almost a week later, and it is impossible to speak with a real person on their useless customer service line. I have seen several reviews regarding the same issue, and it looks like a lot of other customers have had to contact their banks to dispute the charge. Do not order flowers here. This is not a legit company.

I placed an order on April 2 for a Mother's Day delivery for my mother in law- received an avalanche of you must call us immediately texts and emails for several weeks- only one person spoke English and assured me all was fine. Literally as soon as we hung up I received several more contacts- you get the idea. Yesterday I found out no delivery occurred! Furious! I called and asked them why there was no delivery and why I wasn't contacted- too bad so sad there were " too many orders" - do not ever even do this to yourself they are total garbage

I received flowers for Mother's Day on Wednesday, the 10th. They weren't in water but were in a vase. They looked like they weren't going to last a day before they started to wilt. The next day Thursday, I noticed that they were drooping. I called Avas to complain was disconnected the first time. Called the second time was on hold for a while. When someone finally answered I felt like I was getting the run around. The girl I was speaking to finally told me that she was going to call the sender and that it would be all straightened out. They never called the sender who turned out to be my boyfriend, he sent me the flowers for his children. He called them on Monday, the 15th of May and they told him that he should've called them within two days of receiving the flowers. He paid $127 and they refunded him $41.50. He said that he'll never buy flowers from them again and I won't either. This business is a SCAM & the website shows 5 star reviews which is a joke.

These are what I ordered where "artist" could add more yellow...THIS IS WHAT WAS DELIVERED?!?!? Those few stems of chrysanthemums & greenery DO NOT ADD UP TO $60 worth of FLOWERS! I DID NOT pay over $80 to have THAT DELIVERED...I'm ashamed of what was sent!

They sell and advertise themselves as being local but they're just a call center. Over 45 minutes to place a simple floral arrangement by phone and then it wasn't even delivered. Another 30 minutes on the phone to cancel the order and then it shows up anyways several days later. Another 30 minutes on the phone to get a refund. Customer service is the worst and their call menu system is even worse than that.

I ordered and paid for a Mother's Day arrangements for my sister on Friday May 11. They were to be delivered between Saturday May12 and Sunday May 13, They were never delivered I was never contacted. I spent literally hours trying to get a answer regarding the issue. I received text to contact them only to reach a recording or no reply text art all. I finally was able to cancel the order. The most upsetting part is that my poor sister is battling a terminal disease. We have all been heart broken about het illness and I was really counting on the flowers to maybe lift her spirits.I am very disappointed and upset I have not heard from Avas at all

I will try to keep this short as there were several phone calls within 6 day time period. Mom is in the hospital and Mothers day was coming up.I was told the flowers would be delivered later that day, I called as they wernt, then they daid the next day, and so on. They were delivered on the 6th day in the evening. The night of her last hospital stay and she had nothing for Mother's Day. If you can't fulfill the order by 4 days after ordering so it gets there on time, don't take the order. I could have gone somewhere else if I wasn't strung along so they could keep the order. Never again!

I wish I would. Have checked how horrible tis company is I would have never ordered my mom flowers, at this place. I ordered them yesterday at 1 pm. because yesterday was her birthday.it's 3:50 the following day and still haven't been delivered.Never again...and I would never recommend them.they are horrible and they are way to pricey...

I bought my mom a nice bouquet for Mother's Day and even had a little note on it. I paid $116. They didn't told me they couldn't deliver it because someone wasn't home therefore said they would deliver it the next day. Someone was home but the flowers never arrived! I then called to cancel my order. They offered a $15 coupon and they would deliver it the next day I then said I do not wanna do this anymore. I do want to cancel this order I was placed on hold for approximately 15 minutes. Therefore I hung up and I will be getting my money back… not with Ava's flowers though! Do not order from this website if you do, expect not to get absolutely anything or to get the wrong item. Their customer support is not great at all if you want a terrible bouquet or terrible communication order from here!

Ordered flowers for mother's day, no tracking number to track my order. It was delayed till may 16, and then may16th afternoon they cancelled my order.

I placed an "upgraded" arrangement order and what was sent was an embarrassment! I called and complained, a replacement was sent but it wasn't much better. Sad, little arrangements. I feel ripped off and totally disgusted! Don't order from this company. You want get anything that looks like what you wanted. Plus I was charged a $29.94 service fee!

No flowers and promised for MD. My Visa card charged! Spent all morning on the phone. Flowers promised for tomorrow or… full refund. Never would use this? Bogus company again

I placed a Mother's Day order which should be delivered between 5/13 and 5/15. It was not delivered and I can't get any real person in customer service to cancel and refund my order.

After spending almost $200 for mothers day what I received was nothing like what I ordered no chocolates and a blank card totally ruined the occasion look up their reviews on the BBB it's all true why they are allowed to cheat folks this way is beyond me. My mom has yet to receive the flowers at that time and she was already gone for the day. I called the customer service line. I asked what the problem is in addition to add I paid $15 more for the same-day delivery. They did not get delivered the same day they got delivered the next day at 4:20. My mom sent me a picture of the flowers and it was not what I ordered and I paid $120 for them.
