I ordered a $300 bouquet for a funeral that got delivered 3 days late which was 2 days after the funeral. Avas refunded me $20. Never will go with them again
I will never order from Ava's again. Twice I have ordered and the order did not get delivered on the day requested.
I ordered an aWalmartrangment of lillys, what I received was a $10.00 plant that could have came from
Ordered flowers to send to my niece in Atlanta for her graduation day. Made sure the florist was local - or thought so - Ava's flowers showed a physical google maps address in the Toco Hills neighborhood within a mile of my sister/ niece's house. After order placement I noticed a $28 (!) service charge added to my order in the final step (on a $75 bouquet). It looked scammy, so I tried to call and make sure the flowers would be delivered the day requested, told them to leave at door if no answer (even though someone would be home all day). First two times phone didn't work. Then a voice message in Spanish came on. Third time a person answered in English. Assured me my arrangement would be delivered that day by 5pm. Flowers never delivered. My credit card charged over $120, trying to get my money back. Crooks.
$125. Nicer flowers at the gas station. No teddy bear or chocolate or balloons. Flowers torn and upside down. Closed on a Saturday. No way to contact them. Website, phone system deliberately complex to prevent complaints. Do yourself a favor and hit yourself with a hammer instead.
Did not deliver the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day. They called a week later, claiming there was a problem with my order. When I called back they put through a byzantine chain of people who refused to listen to my request. Multiple times I said things like "I just want to cancel my order since it was not delivered" and they would reply with "Ok so I've got your order scheduled for tomrrow."
I finally just demanded to speak to a supervisor and after another 15 minutes of holding, finally got one, who was able to cancel/refund the order in the two minutes it should have taken in the first place.
Awful company, do not use.
Did a rush order the dat before and the flowers still haven't made it. When called they said good news they were out on the truck. When I called back 3 hours later they said they didn't know where they were.
For $126.00 they sent two roses and two tulips in a tiny glass vase. They never gave me an order number or confirmation. Embarassing to have to call my son to see if they received the flowers.
My husband paid extra to have flowers delivered within 24 hours for my birthday, and they never delivered. He called them to inquire about the missed delivery, and they said they would deliver the next day--they never did. This company is a FRAUD. Avoid at all costs!
6 day delay in delivery. 5 (40+minute) phone calls guarantee the next day for their mistakes and only a $15 refund for a $103 order! Never order from this company!
Ordenamos un ramo para el cumpleaños de mi mamá supuestamente era un buquet grande (L) estaban pequeño y las flores no estaban fresca se pagó $112por todo es servicio. Mala calidad
Scammers do not use can't even get ordered dileverd made a purchase was promised delivery date get call can't make delivery
Flowers came in a box wilted. You pay $28 service fee, but you have to fix the arrangement yourself.
Ava's Flowers is a poorly ran company…I order same day Dozens Red&Yellow Roses for my GF for $101 at 11:44am on May 22nd to be delivered in Ames Iowa at her job…the sales lady assured me they would be delivered within 3-4 hours…around 3pm I received a text telling me that my flowers would be arriving next day (May 23) due to lack of delivery drivers…when I called them to ask questions they pass me from person to person. After transfer number 3 I asked for a manager…I've been on hold for 20 minutes…I'm very disappointed in Ava's Flowers. At this point I want a Full refund and I would urge any whom reads this to do business elsewhere due to the unprofessional nature of their business practices.
I ordered flowers for my daughter for her graduation from Grad School. I was attracted by the possibility of same day delivery. I paid for my order online. This was last Thursday. It is now five days later, Monday, and there still are no flowers and I can't seem to get anyone to talk to me. MAJOR RIP OFF and needless to say I am very unhappy with their service.
My aunts sympathy flowers never arrived. They kept saying they were delivered, but my aunt isn't a liar! Took me 3 days of runaround calls to get my money back. Plenty of people also mentioned the $25 service fee on top of shipping, just so you can get terrible customer service. $130 later and I look like an unsympathetic jerk, and had to deal with this garbage on top of dealing with a death in the family. Worst scam company ever! Don't use them!
So I ordered a specific arrangement that was offered on the website called she's got style, she's got grace for my mother on mother's day.
First of all the company delivered to the wrong address luckily its a small apartment community of old folks and the person that actually recieved my mother's flowers knew her and took them to her,
But my mother did not get what I ordered, avas flowers sent her a completely different arrangement that looked small and very plain and cheap and she never received the teddy bear that I ordered with it.
So I obviously called avas flowers right away and they promised me a refund for the teddy bear and a to re deliver the correct flowers which I never recieved any refund and my mother never recieved the replacement flowers again so I called in again and now they only offer a 50% refund and that means I spent 150 dollars on service that I never recieved, everything was completely wrong and nothing has been resolved but im suppose to be happy with a 50 % refund and only on the flowers bc they are arguing with me saying that I already received the refund for the teddy bear which I have not and I have my bank statements to prove that.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY ITS WAY TO STRESSFUL I ordered the bright colorful arrangement in a large size the most expensive and I recieved the one you see on the table
I ordered flowers for mothers day, they were 2 days late and then I was told they couldn't fill my order and had gave me options of something different which did not come close to what I ordered. Then I asked for a refund of my money and they tried to talk me out of refunding me 3 times before I got off the phone not to mention the day before I was told they couldn't fill my order customer service said they had called the florist personally and it was going to be delivered the next day. I will never go through them again. The first and last time I'll ever use them
They steal from you and play with you on the phone, never buy from them
They ruined my details for my nieces
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
Answer: You cannot. Their number is an automated attendant that hangs up on you and email is unmonitored. This is a scam.
Answer: Sometimes easy and quick is mot the way to go when it comes to a loved one. I learned my lesson.
