I placed and order to be delivered that day of some roses and a teddy bear. First problem was teddy bear not available which I could have lived with. Second I get a phone call saying I can't be delivered on that day. I said then cancel as no one would be at the location for the next several days. They then put me on hold for over 20 mins and come back and say OK it will be delivered today. Great. Well at almost 5 pm I get a text message urgent call now. So I call had to wait 10 to 15 mins for someone to answer then they ask my order number which I provide and guess what hold again for 10 mins. She comes back says can't be delivered today. Again I ask to cancel they say we will give you 15 dollars and deliver tomorrow. Tell them same thing no one will be at the delivery address for several days won't work. We can schedule another Day. If I want it another day I will reorder. Cancel my order and refund my money. They again push for another day. They will not cancel it. Never use this company. Go local. I guess when the recipient get back after a couple of days she will find dead flowers on the porch or something I don't know. Horrible customer service.

I ordered flowers and found out the day before that they would not be delivered. Could not talk to a person and the recording said they were closed for the holiday. What holiday is on Aug 3?

I ordered flowers online, 13 calls later of them not having what I ordered, and wanting the recipient number. RIDICULOUS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY A DAY LATER STILL NOT FLOWERS

I ordered flowers and balloon bouquets for my niece and new baby who live in another state. I was contacted and advised they didn't have balloons so they were wanting to send 2 flower bouquets. I told them I didn't want to do that to just cancel the balloons. I was then told that they had talked to my son and he already authorized this. I got a little upset as I knew they were being dishonest as they could not have spoke with my son, he wasn't even home to answer my phone. When I call her out on this she said "oh I just see a new note saying they got my voicemail" at this point she said okay we will cancels the balloons. When my Neice got the flowers she sent me a picture. The bouquet is pretty ugly and not what I thought it would be. I did find another flower shop in her area and got a beautiful balloon bouquet send to her. This company is terrible and if they are going to charge so much with a service fee they should at least hire people that know how to put bouquets together and not use grocery store flowers. Very disappointed! Stay away from them.

Spending over $100 on flowers and balloons to get ripped off! This company should be banned from doing business! The flowers were grocery store quality and a few roses do not equal a "Luxury Grande" bouquet. This company is a fraud!

Ordered flowers for my daughter to be recieved at work, (she works at a bank). They delivered the flowers to a title company upstairs from the bank which was clearly a mistake, the address and bank name were on the delivery. Hard to miss the address. People upstairs called down to the bank at 5pm and said they had flowers for someone, delivered that morning. Avas gave me a $10 credit. Customer service not helpful.

They blatantly tried to scam me …purchased a $59.99 large arrangement…they shipped an embarrassing $5.99 grocery store bouquet. Then they are ignorant enough to send me the invoice where it states the bouquet they shipped is valued at $44.99! THE BLATANT AUDACITY! To boot…the add on a service fee of $28.94….For a total order amount of $92.53…WHAT A SCAM…I WAS THOROUGHLY EMBARRASSED WHEN THE RECIPIENT SENT ME A PICTURE OF WHAT THEY SENT. There are MANY MANY other florist to choose from. PLEASE HEED MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Lied about the cost - $39.99 ended up as $92. Changed order to affordable price and 2 days later that wasn't available. Delivery requested Saturday or Sunday and Monday they couldn't deliver until Tuesday. Rude. NEVER USE THEM

My son is in the US Army stationed in Texas he ordered me flowers for my birthday and paid extra for the to be delivered before 2pm. They said I wasn't home and they tried to call me. Neither true They finally called me at 3:30 to see if I was home. And I was. They said the flowers would be delivered within the hour. I called them at 5:30 to find out where they were. The gentleman Anthony that I spoke to rudely insisted they would be delivered the next day. Not what my son paid for. He eventually just cancelled the order and was disappointed that I didn't get my flowers.

My order was completely wrong!
The bear was not the color I requested and it was missing balloons! So disappointing!
I called, and all they could do was refund 20%of the $90 I paid! Never again

I made an original order of a funeral arrangement that was delivered 2 days early. I told them I needed 2 and they picked up the original order and the next day dropped off an order was half the size and said they would bring the other arrangement the next day which did not happen.I ended up going to the store and buying an arrangement myself. During grief the last thing you need to worry about or arrangements you knew you could trust and Ava's Flowers is unreliable at best.

I placed an order with this company 07/12/2023 and in their photos of the flower arrangements everything looks very good but when you pay and they send you the real flowers it doesn't even look like the photo you ordered. Apart from the fact that if you want them to send you the flower arrangement before 2pm, you pay an additional $9.99, they don't even comply with that delivery policy. Believe me, if you want to surprise the person you love, don't order with Avas Flowers, both you and the person you want to surprise will be disappointed. I called to get my money back and I'm still waiting for a response. I had to call my bank to investigate and report it because I think it's a fraud. I set both picture the one that's I see in the web site and the one that's my wife received.

When flowers were ordered they upgraded the order which resulted in higher costs without advising of the charges during the upgrade process.

I had to get my bank helo to dispute the charges for something not delivered adding to the worst phibe iverseas telephone customer services. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT

Stay away. Typical bait and switch tried to charge me double the advertised price. Dishonest crooks. Stay away

If I could give you a zero star rating, I would. I have been misled and lied to over the last 3 days and you have ruined an experience for my wife & I want my $$$$ BACK! DISGUSTED
