I ordered a deluxe coffin spray for my father's full military service for $300. A banner that said Dad was to be added. Being I couldn't make the funeral I wanted this to be very special. It NEVER arrived. Meaning there wasn't a casket spray, and worst, no flowers from his only daughter. ",Oh, we apologize for the mix up", was all they had to offer. I ordered this three days before the funeral. This company is a fake and doesn't give a crap about anyone. You have been warned.
Ordered a spray for a funeral 3 days in advance of ceremony. Countless calls and nothing resolved. Nothing ever delivered. No response back from their usless customer service number. Stay away from these people. They are terrible. How heartless of them to put additional stress on a funeral event by not even responding to a customer's request for a very large order.
Ordered from them for my grandson who was one month passed away. Promised delivery but they did not..
Was told the "local florist" didnt have flowers to make advertised bouquet but they had a similar one "in stock at their warehouse" they would send at a discounted price. $45 plus dollars for literally 5 flowers. Bouquet pictured is what they advertised and I paid for.
Don't trust this vendor. Not only did they ruin my wife's birthday but their customer service truly is the worst that I've encountered. They run you around and around in circles and when you finally get a phone number to call back, no one answers. They drop you into a conference call with no one on the other line. This place really is a crummy and dishonest supplier. Bait and switch and then they don't make it right or provide a way to talk with anyone.

They lied and said the flowers were delivered but when I checked with the recipient, they had not. I contacted customer service via chat 3-4 times. Each time they said the flowers had been delivered. I got an email saying "the flowers would be delivered in the next delivery window" but I don't need them anymore. The birthday was four days ago. I could not get customer service to accept that.
I made two lengthy phone calls and the agent couldn't provide a refund without going to management..."Please hold." And hold. And hold. Then disconnect. Still no flowers and no refund so I have contested it on my credit card. This company is a scam.
Ordered flowers 7 days ago for same day delivery. Web sight said price was 39.99 and no delivery fee. All said and done they up charged me to 85.00! When I asked what for she said it would be bigger and better and that it was for a bow and card. Very misleading. Then the flowers were not delivered and still are not. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact them and the texts I have received say to call a number says they are looking into it. When I tried calling an automated voice says that they are out for the holiday and would be back tomorrow. This has been everyday for 6 days. I can not provide pictures because they were not delivered!

I order some flowers for delivery in and they were never delivered. I even paid for the "Rush" service which meant they should be delivered by 2pm. They were not delivered by 2pm and despite numerous calls to customer service nobody was able to give me an update. It was now 4:30pm and no flowers and the recipient was no longer at work so couldn't receive. I asked several different agents for a refund and was told that they couldn't when I ask to speak with a manager they put me on hold each time and no manager ever answered.
So no flowers, no refund and terrible customer service. I am not giving up on getting a refund, but save yourselves the hassle and don't order from this awful company.
Do not order your arrangement through this company! I ordered flowers for my father's casket and they never arrived. I ordered a whole week before the funeral with a delivery day a day before the funeral. They never contacted me to let me know they couldn't fill my order or allow me the opportunity to order from someone else. I'm mortified that I couldn't make my fathers last day above ground beautiful and embarrassed in front of family and his friends. They had the nerve to offer to send a arrangement up to $40 to someone of my choice to make it right. I told them "Ok, send them to my fathers next funeral ". I will never recover from this humiliation.

Ordered flowers on 8/5 to be delivered 8/8. I was not informed that the bouquet I ordered was not available until I entered "Where's my stuff" on their website on 8/9 as I did not receive a confirmation of delivery. Now they want to offer me a 50% discount and an apology to the recipient. The bouquet was time specific and had to be delivered on the day I requested. Will not use them again.

Ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered for service of my boss' family member. Avas Flowers contacted me to confirm information. The arrangement never arrived; they cancelled the order without notice and refunded the company credit card. The embarrassment for my boss and his family for not having an arrangement was completely unnecessary. Had they contacted me I could have went elsewhere. Don't trust their services. You cannot speak with them unless they call you. Completely "AI" loop on the phone or their website.
I thought I was buying local. Turns out this is a NJ company disguised as local. Ordered for a funeral. Plant didn't get delivered. Hassle over the phone to get refund. Deserves negative 10 stars.
If I could give it zero stars I would, but I have to select at least one. Horrible company, horrible customer service, and disappointing outcomes. I helped my dad order flowers for his anniversary with my mom. It happen to be on a Sunday and I needed a company to send flowers on Sunday. This company said they did, so I chose that option. Then I received an email on Saturday saying that delivery was unavailable for that day. So I spent a very long time on the phone with customer service. I will refrain from using names. The first customer service representative told me a supervisor would be calling me back in 15 to 30 minutes. I waited an hour and no call. So I called back. Of course when you call this company you get whoever answers the phone. I asked for a supervisor, and they kept trying to have me go through all the details about why I'm calling, order number, delivery, what I need, And just kept interrupting me and not providing what I needed. Finally they said oh the supervisor has left for the day. "They will call you tomorrow morning." I waited the morning and no phone call. Finally around 130 I received a phone call from a supervisor. She said they are not the allowed to do anything to help besides refund the service fee of $25. At one point they told us just to pick the flowers up on Monday. Needless to say we will never be Using this company and I hope no one uses them because I have worked I'm customer service and the way I was treated was abysmal. When you call it tells you, " Ava's flowers, the top in the nation" I highly doubt after dealing with this horrible company that they are top in the nation. My money will go elsewhere for flowers. I sure hope they show up at some point. Traditionally, my dad is always giving my mom flowers except for this year because of this company
The difference between the delivered flowers and the picture of the flowers is remarkably different, either the price I paid, I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase! Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else! I feel they took advantage of the fact that's were and out of state purchase, and besides the above mentioned, they charged 30$ service charge! If I were purchasing the arrangement that was delivered to my sister I would not have paid more than $30 for it, instead of $117.00. Buyer beware!'
I live in Sacramento California; I placed an order over the phone 3 days before a funeral. I planned to have the flowers delivered the day of the funeral. A worker from Avas Flowers called me the day of the funeral to tell me that they could not deliver the flowers. They told me they would refund my money but that was not the point, I expected the flowers to be at the funeral. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this place at all! I wish I had looked at the reviews before placing my order.
I called from FL to deliver locally to Las Vegas and they charged a $19.99 service fee but never delivered the flowers EVEN THOUGH we received confirmation via email and text! It was supposed to brighten my daughter's day after receiving an unexpected life-shattering situation. Then, to get help via phone or online added more disappointment as no help after 6 tries! The worse ever! And the reps are repetitive in their responses they sound like robots or recording "sorry, rest assured…blah blah blah!" They probably get our credit card info to run scams! Beware and check your credit reports to be sure no one is defrauding or stealing your identity! Despicable service!
I do not recommend this company. You will be overcharged, terribly and treated like you've made the mistake. Even though they sent me a picture of my order that was correct other than missing the it's a boy balloon. Charged me over $70 for a small teddy bear and three balloons. Very disappointed in this online company. I ordered the small get well balloon set being held by a small brown teddy bear. In my picture, it shows it with three latex, colorful balloons and three get well mylar balloons and the smiley face balloon. I added a it's a boy balloon separately, The order was missing the latex, colorful balloons, the yellow smiley face balloon and the it's a boy balloon. In the picture they sent me it shows the small balloons and the teddy bears holding them, on red sticks. When they showed up at the hospital the balloons were on ribbon and very long above a white bear and only three get well balloons. Nothing like what I had seen in the picture. So hard to order a nice gift when you're not in the same state as the person you're getting them for.
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
