My daughter recently moved to Texas and to celebrate her, and her husband buying their first home I thought I would send her flowers. Pictured below is the bouquet that I ordered, and she sent me a picture of what she received. They look nothing like what I ordered which totaled almost $80. I will call the company on Monday as they are closed for the long holiday weekend and do not have a way of leaving a message. Very dissatisfied.
Not only did I give them the order for next day delivery but when they did not deliver it I let them give me the next day delivery and never delivered it. On a day of the funeral I never got it. They sent tan email that they sent it the grieving family. It never came it was so horrible to bother The grieving family over such Petty foolishness I would never use them ever. They cannot even respect the the dead this was the last time for the person to be honored and they didn't care had to go to the Bank and fight them for that money back.

I ordered balloons and flowers for my niece who had a baby. They show 6 balloons and she didn't get even one that is pictured. They look cheap and are not for a new baby. More of a birthday theme. Iam so disappointed. $111 for something I could have bought for half and would have been much nicer from stop &s hop. I will never use them again. Embarrassing! To send something so crappy
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter's work for her 24th Birthday. I paid the extra money to make sure they were delivered by 2pm. It was suppose to be a surprise but I had to ask my daughter if she got anything. As of 230, she said no. I tried to contact them to get a refund for the RUSH fee. She contacted them and was told that they could deliver them to her house by 7pm. Well, that didn't happen. I called and asked for a total refund and these people wanted to discount my order by 16$ at first. I told them, NO HER BIRTHDAY IS TODAY NOT TOMORROW. Then they tried to say well then discount 20$. I again said NO. Then they said they would take off the service fee. Once again I said NO, YOU RUINED THE SURPRISE and I'M DONE. Finally after 30-45 mins I get approved for a refund. I hope I get it. Find another flower shop if you can. Do Not Use AVAS.
An absolutely terrible experience. Double the price of the local florist, promised same day delivery only to receive a follow up text saying they would be delivered tomorrow. (With completely different flowers and colors than I ordered and paid for.)
I asked the man on the phone 3 times to refund my money so I could order elsewhere to get the correct flowers delivered on the correct day. He kept putting me on hold and finally I had to use a tone that I don't ever use with anyone, just to get him to respect my wishes of a refund. Absolutely the worst service I've seen anywhere. Ever.
Ordered for my wife's birthday and scheduled delivery a day before to be safe. Still a day late. Also for the $120.00 price the flower arrangement actually looked like 30 dollar gift. Very disappointing. Sorry no stars from me.
Very disappointed in Avas Flowers. I picked them due to local town presence and good ratings. Boy was I wrong. I ordered a "large" birthday flower arrangement with a ballon and gift card. The flowers came only with a hand written name of the person receiving the flowers. NO ballon and No gift card. The flower arrangement was more on the "small" size as well. This was a very special occasion and choosing you turned out to be a large disappointment. I will never order through you again or recommend you to others.
The flowers I ordered were for my aunt's funeral viewing. They never got delivered. When I called I was put on hold 3 times. Which I should have been with my family paying my respects!. I finally was told they didn't have the flowers I ordered. I explained it was to late I just wanted a refund. The guy on the phone kept talking over me. Wanted to give me a discount and send to the families home. Are they kidding me... I was on the phone for 50 minutes before he finally put the manager on. At that point I couldn't be polite anymore. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND ADVISE THE SAME FOR ANYONE INTERESTED!

I submitted my order online to be delivered next day for my anniversary. I ordered 2 of their biggest arrangements wanting that wow factor spending $350... They call me the next morning and say they don't have red roses! But they could substitute. I said no I'd prefer red roses and they left me on hold for 10 min before saying they could accommodate. Then I get another message saying it couldn't be delivered today. So I called back and they said nvm we can make it happen. Then I get another message saying it won't be delivered till next week! I said no that's unacceptable my anniversary is today! They apologized and I asked for a refund! They agreed after keeping me on hold for another 30 min! Morale of the story STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVERSEAS ONLINE FLOWER COMPANY! WASTE OF TIME AND ALMOST RUINED MY ANNIVERSARY!
I called and ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful display for $62.99 but when I saw they charged my account for $102.00 I called immediately and they told me there is also a charge for handling the flowers when I decided that was way too much and wanted my money returned they gave me $10 off to be fair. Then they called and said they could not deliver that day but could the next. That's when again I just didn't feel good about this purchase and again asked for a full refund and they said that they would give another $20 off. I was having a hard time cancelling my order. They just didn't want to give me my money back. They also said they would double the arrangement and make it very beautiful, 3 days later when I went to my mother's I couldn't believe what was delivered! It looked nothing like the piece I ordered. It barely had any flowers in the arrangement and when delivered 3 of the flowers were broken. When I called to ask for a refund they told me they would not compensate me what- so- ever. This place was a complete rip off! DONT ORDER HERE, I PROMISE YOU WONT BE HAPPY.
Horrible service. Do not pay extra for the "get your ordered delivered before 2pm" because they won't. They didn't even send me an email/text that it was eventually delivered. Customer service wasn't helpful. CARLA, MICHAEL, and ERNEST guaranteed me that my order was going to be delivered but it didn't. Please find another way to deliver flowers to your love ones because you will be dissatisfied and disappointed using Ava's Flowers.
I ordered Tulips to be delivered. They were promised before noon. The App said "out for delivery" all day. Bottom line. They were never delivered. We were on the phone for hours trying to get someone to help. No one helped. The next day after more hours on the phone, we got a supervisor. I did get a refund but, I had to get flowers from a different place.

It was ordered through an affiliate in my erea.i wasn't expecting even a response. I got a partial refund and credit towards my next order and an apologetic letter. I am blown away and will only be ordering flowers here from now on.
Ava's offered free shipping with code and I inserted that code with an online order. They still charged me for that plus a 24.99 service fee. So when I received the email with the invoice, I was livid so I cancelled my order. It was still delivered. Tried to call and it rings then goes to a customer satisfaction survey then hangs up. Tried to use their chat and it went nowhere and thanked me for my order. I will be calling my credit card company.

Just received a so called arrangement from John's florist in Tom's river. My niece ordered it through Avas. The picture Avas showed her and the flowers I got were disgraceful. There was about 1/5 the amount of flowers and they consisted mostly of the cheapest of flowers and the water in the jar was dirty. As an added thrill I got a semi inflated balloon. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.
