I ordered, was charged, and I paid for two separate flower arrangements for a funeral mass. Only the less expensive one was delivered. Three days and numerous phone calls later they still tell me they are looking into the matter. Although their customer service representatives were very polite, they never get back to me within the promised 24 hours. I have to keep chasing them. Still no satisfaction. Very poor service from start to finish. From what I can gather from speaking to their representatives their business is basically that of a middle man which markets and then farms out their work to local florist.
Took my money, called me the delivery day and said they couldn't deliver. Then put me on hold for thirty minutes when all they had to do was give me a refund. Customer service was a joke too
This is not a 110.00 bouquet of flowers. Very disappointed in customer service.All I wanted was another arrangement sent my niece that was worthy of the price. But they expected the flowers to be returned, however my niece was in a car accident and has no way to return them. So I am posting a picture to see what she received. This was on Sept 8. All customer service was willing to do was to refund 44.00. Not happy with service or flowers. It was a waste of money.
Terrible Company, horrible customer service. Ordered sympathy spray for my aunt's funeral on a Monday. Ava's committed to delivery to funeral home by noon on Tuesday. Flowers never arrived. Numerous inquiries through Ava's "Customer Service" portal were ignored. Multiple phone calls to Customer Service always resulted in lies about "flowers are out for delivery". When I called the day after the funeral and demanded a refund, an alternate solution they offered up was to deliver the flowers to my dead aunt's home! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
Didn't deliver on the scheduled date. Still waiting for flowers to be delivered. CSR unable to contact local flower company. Totally ruined a surprise for my lady. I will never used again. Still waiting on call from manager. Stay away!
Very very disappointing I ordered an arrangement that was not received or an equal substitute my friend is very sick and I wanted to cheer her up I was heart broken when she send me pictures of the flowers I will never use Ava,s Flowers again the brag about quality and satisfaction and over 30 years in Business if you want low quality people who care very little then by all means order from them

Horrible! I ordered flowers for a Memorial service and was guaranteed delivery by noontime on 9/16! I placed the order on 9/11. They even has the audacity to charge me a "$25 Service fee" to guarantee fresh flowers and a noontime delivery today! When the flowers hadn't arrived by 3:15 I called, they checked and told me the flowers were "in route" and guaranteed they would be there by 7! Totally missed the Memorial Service AND still have NOT been delivered! Stay away from this pathetic business!
I ordered flowers yesterday as an anniversary gift and did not get what I ordered It was delivered same day. However, the flowers were already dying was supposed to be in red vase and was delivered in plastic. The card was damaged so disappointed Spent eighty dollars and didn't even get what I ordered.
On a Thursday morning i ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered Saturday. On Friday afternoon they called and said that they couldn't deliver them for the funeral but would deliver them at the home on Monday. I insisted that they be at the funeral. He didn't seem to listen or care and offered me a discount to be delivered on Monday. I finally said to cancel my order and give me a refund. He said that his supervisor would call me in a few minutes and never did. A refund did show up, but no explanation, apology or flowers. I was very upset with their lack of professionalism.
Went in with co workers to send get well flowers large arrangement, balloon,and get well card to fellow employee. They received small arrangement no card no balloon. I was embarrassed because I collected money and ordered the flowers, never again looked very cheap!

I ordered a balloon bouquet for a friend who's in a nursing home. I was shocked when after entering my credit card service fee $24.95 popped up. I couldn't cancel or stop it. Worst of all the card did not include name of sender. Bad. Bad. My friend didn't know who it came from!
Had ordered flowers paid the extra money by a 2:00 p.m. delivery time by that time nobody with Ava flowers would communicate with me until I canceled the order they keep saying that they refunded it to the bank as of August 4th today is September the 7th Avis just keeps telling me that the bank is holding it up do not order from them Ava's never gave me the review do not order from them I spent $91.91 and never received the refund they keep saying it went to the bank the bank never got it funny I got refunds from U-Haul and had no problems with that Ava's flowers never showed up even though they say that it did just a big run around do not order from them
On Sept 5, I ordered a large, sympathy peace lily for a family member. By the time all was said and done, a 24.00 service fee was added to the cost. The total was over 100.00. The day it was to be delivered it went to the wrong house. After two days I was told the order would be replicated and sent to the proper address. The order arrived but it was the wrong order. It was a bouquet of yellow roses. That was not what I ordered, and nowhere nearly as expensive as the peace lily. At this time the floral arranger cannot be reached. Make it easy on yourself and stick with private florists. This place is a shady, hot mess.
They charge exhorbinant service that is not disclosed until you receive your receipt. Their phone msg system put you in a loop so you cant reach customer service
If I could give them a -0 I would. I ordared flowers for a lived ones memorial service that were never delivered, they charged me the next day. I have filed a claim with my cc company to get my moneyback. Check the yelp and BBB reviews b4 ordering from this horrible company. It should be shut down immediately.
Answer: Scam! They are not a local company, they cannot deliver, and if they do, apparently they are completely wrong or dead flowers. They don't want to deliver flowers for you... they are after your $30 service fee. They hope you cancel your order and they keep the fee. STAY CLEAR! No customer service and a website full of legalese... can you appear any more fraudulent? A scam, a fraud, a company that uses COVID-19 and your mother (Mother's Day) to steal money from the public. They need to be in jail.

Answer: Sometimes easy and quick is mot the way to go when it comes to a loved one. I learned my lesson.
