Went in to order a couple things and they didn't have it in stock but found it and had it transferred in that day. I got it home and it didn't fit my carunfortunately. Took it
Back the next day, no problem and the crew was happy and willing to help and just talk about their day and asked me how my day was!
If you need Auto parts stay away from AutoZone. They lure you in with promises of rewards that never show up on your account because the restrictions are so numerous that no one can ever get a reward on their account. As far as the parts go they offer lifetime warranty but if you want to keep bringing the parts back every week they'll keep giving them to you because they're junk. Do yourself a favor shop at RockAuto or O'Reilly's better selection better parts.
Tierra and Hazel greeted and helped me Johnny on the spot and know their stuff, will be coming back for all my auto part needs
Battery died 18 months after purchase, went to autozone on Chester st in cape coral. Three salesmen sitting down, one came to see my receipt and said they don't have size needed, that I should go to store on skyline. He didn't test to see if battery was the issue nor did he call skyline to see if in fact they did have 2 in stock as computer showed. I went to the skyline store where I was greeted by Marne. She came out and tested battery to make sure that was the problem, which it was
She then got right on installing the replacement battery. Even though we only live 6 blocks from chester street, will make the drive to Marne's store for all future needs.
Ordered numerous parts online for a job I was going to do in about (4) days thinking they would be there by then since they advertise that when you order it takes a couple of days for your items to arrive. The parts showed up at different times from a couple of weeks later to the last item (a timing belt) that hadn't arrived a month later. I canceled the timing belt and took other items back. I explained to the customer rep. That I will never order online ever again due to the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get the items. They completely don't care and never offered to make it right. Go to the store and order there if you have to but Never Order online!
Autozone refused exchange a duralast platinum because i could not supply a # its there product look at the date i ask them are you warranty your product or my cell # i thinking cause i purchased top of there line 3 year warranty not pro rated this is a way to get more $$ but they offered to sell me another i went back to inter state were i know they back there product... just put it on the counter been there done that... take your battery business there
Best customer service today at the Vanderbilt Beach Rd store in Naples, Fl. Patrick Robert was great! Sense of humor, very knowledgable of products and knew how to install my new battery very quickly with no problems. I wish I could get this kind of service at every store, no matter what they sell. Keep up the good work. Thank you, Garry
I was having trouble starting my car. I went to AutoZone and they checked my battery for free. The battery was bad, so I bought a new one with a 3-year warranty. David, the store manager, installed it for free! I did not know that AutoZone would install it, let alone for free!
I go to AutoZone to buy everything I need for my car. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Auto zone will not warranty a battery without a purchase receipt for that particular battery. I bought many batteries from all major parts stores. They have vendors or manufacturers that they buy from. The vendor will warrant their product
THEY DO NOT WARRANT THEIR BATTERIES. A 5 month old 5 year battery cannot be replaced without the original ticket, It is the purchase they are vetting. Even being in their store constantly buying for a retail shop will provide you with zip. Their national advertising battery campaign is funded through the NO WARRANTY program. I have already moved on to O'reillys and advance auto parts. Larry Robinson
I buy about a week ago oil pressure switch reason for that my engine no it's not good don't ever ever buy parts from AutoZone is too cheap not good quality no more I got pictures and I got how to prove that Autozone is not good and parts My email *******@yahoo.com
Miguel G with Hobe sound Auto Zone was simply amazing. His customer service was A++ and he went above and beyond installing the new battery and ensuring to keep the electronics connected. He took the time to explain what options we had and the process. You don't get customer service like this anymore so if you are in need of any auto help I'd recommend Miguel G %
Thank you Miguel and Auto Zone for turning something that was stressful into a quick and seamless repair.
Looking for a variety of parts on autozone.com and every search returns with "select a store". I enter my zipcode and select the local autozone store and... NOTHING! I repeat the process with the same result. I can't even find a price for a simple oil filter. The website continues to ask me to select a store and when I do,
The items apear but no pricing or availability appears. I feel like I'm in the movie "Groundhog Day". C'mon Autozone, pay some techie to upgrade your website. On a side note: Whenever I do visit the local store, the counter people are amazing. Way to go store # 6433.
We went to AutoZone on 609 N Mattis in Champaign, IL. Our car battery was looking corroded. Chandra came out, took a look. She took the battery out, cleaned it up and tested it, before she sold us a new one. Once we bought the new one, she stood out in the middle of a rain storm and put it in for us! She gave great service and went beyond normal service to help us out!
Satisfied customers in Champaign
I had to replace the tail light assembly on my Honda van. While I was at it I wanted to change the light bulbs in both left and right tail lights. There's 2 different lights in each assembly. The brake light which is white and the turn signal light which is amber color. Being a painting contractor and not an electrical mechanic I bought everything I was told I was needed. I was sold an extra set of brake lights I didn't need. The turn signal lights were not amber lights which they have to be because the lens is clear. Also an extra packet of light bulb grease for the sockets. I didn't even use the entire first one. So at this point my time has been wasted. I go back to the store with the tools and a different associate helps me by actually looking at the vehicle himself. He knew what he was doing and talking about. So I get the right bulbs. I returned the extra brake light bulbs and packet of grease. Then the original associate who sold me the wrong bulbs and extra bulbs and wasted my time was trying to charge me for the amber bulbs again which I had already paid for but they were white in color. When I pointed this FACT out he got a patronizing tone and said to 'Have a nice day'. It sounds nice here doesn't it? There's these things called 'tone' & 'voice inflection' and any adult that speaks English recognizes it when it's phony. I'm not some hick just off the farm. This guy wastes my time, wants me to pay for something I already paid for then because he blew it tries to make me the bad guy? It doesn't work like that. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the other associate was a help and didn't waste my time. A 30 minute project - that's with going to and from the store one time. Turns into over an hour because of that guy. There's entirely too many places to get parts for my vehicle than to ever deal with garbage like this again. These days GOOD customer service is what keeps businesses afloat and BAD service breaks businesses. Good prices don't mean much without it.
One of the worst stores I have been. Barely any cus4 service. They ignore you even after seeing you. Waited 10 minutes for manager who never showed up. Called several times but they don't bother picking up the phone. This o e is on 1224 Broadway, Buffalo, NY.
After being disrespected by another employee Brian K and the managers made my my order right and took care of me very well after the issue and it was greatly appreciated they have tremendous customer care
They helped me out no questions! They replaced my bulbs for free and I didn't even buy them at their store, very helpful folks that got the job done immediately
I went yesterday to the location on 94th ave and Miller drive.
Luis Nuñez helped me, I was in and out within 15 minutes.
He checked my battery told me it was bad and he replaced it with the new one with kindness, efficiency and speedy service.
I replaced the power steering pump on my 86 c-10 with a remanufactured part. The first pump I purchased didn't work right out the gate. The second pump I installed last 4 days. I've wasted money and worse my time. These will be the last items of any kind I purchase from this franchise and I'll never recommend anyone else to use their parts either.
I recently went to AutoZone 4 months ago for a new alternator for a Hyundai Elantra SE 2015. I gave the manager there all my information and he even installed it for me, here i am 4 months later with a burned out alternator making a very loud noise and smells of rubber. I go back to autozone to buy a replacement and all they have is refurbished once again i give them my car model and they gave me a 90 amp. I installed in my car that day and immediately it's burned of rubber and makes a loud sound and my battery shuts off. I return to the autozone i purchased it from and the manager told me my battery was on 0% bc of the wrong alternator and that the new smell coming from the car was engine fluid and that i also didn't have anti-freeze which was full. (which i new was wrong) so i go to another autozone to find out that they sold me a koran model when i told them i need a US model. 5 auto zones later and not a single one carries a US model alternator all only carry koran. I place an order for one as was told it would be delivered in 3 days i go to pick it up and they told "oh well the order never went through" mean while they never called to contact me to replace the order or tried mean while i am a member with my number on file. I places an order again and once again they ordered the wrong model and it's another koran. So 2 weeks later and i still have no alternator and waiting for the correct one to be installed i do not recommend going to the following locations: all in Philadelphia PA- 2101 W oregon Ave ******* - 2726 Front St ******* - 1730 Washington Ave ******* - 2448 N broad St *******.
Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
