(Note - since hitch does not come with a ball mount, surprised I was not able to find and order one from autoeq site. Had to go purchase somewhere else. Might be a helpful accessory to make available to hitch purchasers.)

Super truck accessory products at great pricing
The only problem I had was that the images for the hitch showed both the hitch for the 4 door sedan and the 5 door hatchback. When checking out I specified the hatchback version of the hitch but the image shown was for the sedan version. I wasn't sure if I was going to get the correct item.
I did receive the correct hitch and the install couldn't have been easier. I was extremely impressed with the 16 hour delivery time.

I ordered two products from AutoEQ, a Retrax retractable tonneau cover and AVS wind/rain guards. The tonneau was fairly priced and arrived and installed without issue.
The AVS wind/rain guards arrived. They were installed on all four doors according to instructions. The driver's window guard does not seat properly and triggers the window auto stop function. The push in clips were dragged by the window into the door cavity. I submitted an online enquiry last week concerning how this can be corrected and addressed and followed up with a voice mail 3 days later after I received no response. Four days later I still have had no contact. Additionally, I have found the same product on competitor sites at a significantly lower cost. I would like this issue addressed immediately. Please have a representative call me at the number on file or email me.
