I've just been charged a $900 relist fee on a $1200 vehicle I couldn't by because they added so many fees after the auction. The total came to more than twice the cars price. I was given 3 days to wire the money over a weekend when banks are closed (they only except wire transfers, zelle, which has a money limit, and MoneyGram, also with a limit) Then after I asked them a few times to cancel the sale, I get emailed a $50 storage fee.The auction is misleading when it tells you what the total cost will be. I should have been suspicious when I noticed so many cars that were "sold at auction" kept ending up back for sale again. I would love to see what percentage of their profit comes from small-print fees and bogus charges. Honestly, I should have gone to CoPart directly (its where the cars are from anyway) and either by a clear titled vehicle, or pick from a reputable broker they have listed. Avoid this broker like COVID.

False advertising
January 25, 2022

Be careful if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle through autobidmaster. They falsely advertise the condition of some of the vehicles and will leave you screwed after they receive payment. I do not recommend using this company, in my opinion it's a joke and should be shut down! I will be taking legal action.

AutoBidMaster - a legitimate Copart broker. If there is any problem, you can also contact Copart with it, as there are many cases where AutoBidMaster could not help, the problem was on Copart's side. We do not advertise lots. Our interest is in keeping correct, real and verified information about the lot.

This place is 100% straight ripoff you would be cheaper to go get your own license it is easy to do and still be cautious bc i have my license and still somehow ended up on there sight thinking i was on copart i have spent 5000 for nothing i never received the car "wouldn't crank" even though they said it Run and drove then they tell you to go to lot to check out car but will not let you pick up car after you pay for it you have to spend 400 more dollars for a transport service even if the destination is only 10 minutes away i should have spent 3000 total for everything and a tip somehow after being forced into it i spent 5000 and still have not received anything they are telling me now that i can pay 899 to relist the car and then they will give me whats left of my deposit ha the freaking car was only supposed to be 750 either way never got anything just alot of money gone do not i repeat do not use them!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE SERVICE. English is their 3rd language and clearly they have no respect for women. When my son called them they were very nice, but when I called they couldn't be bothered with me. They don't answer questions or explain the bizarre paperwork they send out. In order to get anything done you have to speak to management, who are harassed they have to take the time to do the job their employee failed too.
The terms and conditions, when you sign up, says you essentially give up all consumer rights. They are holding my title until I sign a release of liability for a company not associated with my car and they believe they can do that because I gave up all my rights as an American when I signed up with them.

Do NOT use ABM
December 25, 2020

So. ABM hijacked my bid. I never intended to use them. Their copart site integration was so crappy they had me login to copart auctions using ABM credentials. Which intetfered with my copart account. So I bid thru them instead of copart. Mistake. To sum up. They misrepresenred all of the lot details. And the fees. Which are ridiculous They own the CLEARVIN history service. Which showed none of the collision, salvage, etc problems... just like ABM. So the deck is stacked. And they play games with ownership docs. Mine were "lost in fedex" for MONTHS. But they cannot provide a tracking #. Another breach. Then the excuse was i didnt give em my license and sign the paperwork. I did. Now 3 months after the sale they present me with a paper that Ive never seen before. Then I find out the engine numbers dont match and it may be a stolen vehicle. And they want me to waive all rights and let em. So instead of a low-cost copart vended clean title low miles normal wear registerable ride... I get a vehicle way over retail, from abm with no title, stolen, odometer who knows?, collision damaged, POS that is only good for being impounded and maybe getting me arrested? Great. Thanks ABM.

I recently got my salvage Audi car which I was looking for. I was searching for online auctioneers when I found AutoBidMaster LLC. Honestly, this is very good website for online bidding.
