Here I was able to choose my first car. A good range of options for different amounts of money, managers are attentive to all the questions asked, and most importantly - they firmly believe in the quality and reliability of the cars offered.

A Trustworthy company. Never thought that i will be able to buy a used car sitting in Germany but it happened. Website is easy to use and they tell everything upfront.

I find some inconsistencies with the listings here, and I don't think they check the vehicle before posting it for auction. I won a Lexus LS 460 in an auction and the description states "keys available", The keys were fake! They also posted a 2018 BMW 750Xi (see picture) as "minor dents & scratches" when the whole left passenger inside door panel is gone! I don't trust them at all anymore.

I buy and sell cars regularly to support myself and my family, and I can without a doubt say that autobidmaster is a great asset and commodity in the business. Any time there has been an issue, either the owner or the office manager (Lana) has called me directly to make sure the issue was handled to my satisfaction. They have always done what they've said and been honest and helpful, and I wish more companies were like this. Frfr, thank you guys for your services.

Scam, won a bid for a vehicle for $2,200 after all there fees totaled out to $4,300. Not to mention, they have to deliver the car you can't pick it up if it's local. So that's another charge and they don't know when you'll receive your car nobody has updates when it'll be delivered. So just hope you don't have a life and have time to just sit around looking out the window for a tow truck. Also the place that's holding the car hits you with more fees because they are holding the vehicle. And they make u pay at time of delivery. Complete Joke I feel like I got scammed. Never again will I use this website. If you buy a vehicle make sure your able to spend up to $3000 more on top of what you thought you were paying.

My car got totaled and deemed a total loss without my say. I went to this site when it was listed on copart for auction. I signed up for the basic paid tier so that I could put a max bid on the car and then watch the bidding action live and keep bidding if I was outbid as I really wanted my personal vehicle back. So I am the top bidder when live auction starts, awesome. My car comes up for live auction bidding and I get outbid.
What do you think I try to do since I no longer have a bid in and am outbid? I try to manually place a bid on my car to buy it. SHOCKER they DO NOT allow you to do this... apparently their automated system locks you out. I tried to call customer service to resolve this issue and they kept saying it was my fault, and that I should not have put a max bid in. Go ahead and go through their website and try to find a spot that says you cannot keep bidding on a vehicle after that... try. All that can be found is an article stating that you can continue the bidding if you want to check into the live auction... which I did. Customer service kept blaming me for the fault and even lied to me and said they would contact the lot and try to work out a deal to allow me to place a bid. When I confronted a supervisor with this info and requested the call be pulled they denied doing it and kept blaming me.
This company is a joke and will not stand behind their help articles OR what their reps tell you. Because of this company I can no longer get MY personal car back that I had purchased brand new and was the only owner of. I have contacted BBB and other agencies as this is corrupt practice.

استجابة منهم وظلوا يصبرونني 7 شهور حتى مللت ويئست من الحصول على الورق وحين حصلوا عليه طلبوا ارضيات حوالي 850 دولار غير 300 دولار كنت دفعتهم قبلها للورق أيضا.

ملحوظة: فلوس الارضيات سحبوها من بطاقتي الإتمانية بدون علمي مع العلم أنهم هم من كانوا السبب في تأخير الحصول على أوراق الملكية من الجمارك الأمريكية وليس أنا. من الواضح أنه لا يوحد أي تنسيق بين موظفيهم.

I have brough a car to Georgia country with them. I paid everything online in advance. After car came, they forced me to pay again creating unreal invoise under "terminal handling fee" although I paid every customs duty and tax myself.

I wrote them about this. No-one cared it. Such a horrible company. I would never recommend them.
