All of my specific questions were answered. Bidding was smooth and easy.

No problems with bidding. Could not open invoice. Kept going in circles to open PDF for install.

Received email saying I was out bid after auction over even though I had indeed won the auction. Never received an email with invoice till after I contacted the auction company directly the following day and still have not received the paid receipt with location and pickup information. It was an odd experience verse the previous times and bid/bought items. Thanks Ryan my cell number is *******291

The process was straight forward and easy to follow along, information was readily available as well as great communication from the auction house and the seller. I bidded on a few things unsuccessfully, then I won my first auction. The whole process from bidding, invoicing, paying, getting shipping quotes, and taking possession of yge equipment was hassle free and painless. Highly recommend and will bid on future items!

Didn't like that several tractors were lumped together so the added seconds went on and on too long

My experience was poor. The dealer i bought the machine from was also the auctioneier. The bidding and payment went fine but the machine was misrepresented and person in charge of handling it was dishonest. Machine showed up with terible rodent damage and other problems not mentioned. Live and learn i guess... Im not writing this to get people to try and avoid auctiontime but more so to not trust Bane and Welker.

I have not recieved any info on how to pay for my machine that i bought or when i can pick it up.
It is in central point Oregon.

I won the bid on a tractor, which was suspiciously ran all the way up to my limit (a $1750 climb) in a matter of seconds but not over right before the auction closed. Then I was immediately sent an invoice from the guy who listed it expecting a wire transfer of almost $40,000. I have no address for where the tractor is located, I've left the "owner" voicemails with no call backs. Feels like a scam.

I was very satisfied with the sale & the help that John Wallace informed me to take care of the flat tire on the tractor I purchased.

I have to take 4 batteries before I can get the mileage. This truck is still unknown because of dead batteries and I am going to try to get the status along with the mileage and nobody knows the condition of the truck. No status is determined at this time. Will update later.

Online bidding is a pain in the $#*!. Instead of spending one day at the auction I spent two days on line bidding. I really don't have time for that. I still had to go to the auction site to get my purchase so that was another day. I won't be doing another online auction.

Experience was ok. First time purchasing anything. Wish you would send a statement with bill. And also take my payment.
