Dont go with this company! They suck and I m sick and tired of dealing with people over seas that dont have a DAMN CLUE of how to help! ATT YOU need to get better customer service reps! I shouldn't have to spend at least 10 hours a month on the phone with your technical so called experts!
I cancelled my wireless service with AT&T because of the high cost. I transferred my service to the new carrier. AT&T charged me in advance for a full month because they said the day I transferred my service was the first day of my new billing cycle! Do you really need money that bad that you CHEAT people! I am so happy AT&T is out of my life!
I waste MY valuable time EVERY month calling ATT to argue my bill that keeps going UP! It is WRONG that they are ALLOWED to treat customers so shabbily! I am the one with outages, trudging through snow and ice to clean off a DISH, with no service due to rain somewhere else... Bully companies need to GO! Heartless!
Today was the last straw--a MOUTHY customer loyalty rep. HA! CUSTOMER LOYALTY! It is all about the almighty BUCK with ATT!
They over charge take your money, my bill suppose to be paying $192 per month for 4 lines. They charge me $336 twice and every month they had extra charges that they don't wave. Plus signal is really bad I get no service everywhere. Stay with your actual mobile company. I had tmobile never had any problem with them.
Representatives will promise you whatever they have to to get you to switch to AT&T. Once you switch, they will charge double the quote and deliver half the service. If you try to call to work things out, they will transfer you from sub-department to sub-department for hours (and days) on end. They will promise that everything has been worked out and they will correct the errors, and then nothing will be corrected. You will still be paying double for half the service.
First, I would like to add that their customer service and my Internet service has been exceptionally well! Not a single problem there.
However, this $9.99 late fee applied LITERALLY the day after your due date is asinineā¦. $9.99? This is their way of getting the money they gave you to join back into their pockets. They have to make the money back somehow. They can't just gift $350. I can understand a late fee but literally a day after? I will be cancelling my service with them after this month. $9.99 for a late fee after one day is EXCESSIVE in my opinion.
I NEED a new iPhone as the one I have is 6 years old(6s plus) and was considering getting AT&T mobile to add to my internet as a package, but I will never. I'm just one customer so I don't make a difference but I will never utilize your services again, AT&Greed!

AT&T U-verse internet was too slow, so I cancelled the service after a couple of months. When I called to cancel the service, I was hassled extensively before the agent finally agreed to process the cancellation. The service was not actually cancelled. I have had to endure several terrible experiences with AT&T customer service trying to get them to actually cancel the service and refund the charges. I have been treated with complete disrespect and derision by AT&T customer service agents in the process. Four years later, I finally got them to cancel the service, but they refuse to refund the now over $2000 worth of charges for the service since my original cancellation request. I am now having to pursue arbitration to try to resolve the issue. AT&T has proven to be a complete nightmare to deal with, causing me great stress and costing me large amounts of time just to resolve what should have been a quick simple cancellation request. BEWARE! AT&T will gladly waste your time, treat you like crap, and cheat you out of as much money as they can get away with.
This company is the worst company ever they adore to overcharge you from first day you join! I was T-Mobile. I went to pay my attnt internet, their branch manager tried to convince me to come ATT&T and I will pay the less like $70 but from 1st month I'm paying $110 more for all my 3 lines!
Also today I received a text msg that my auto payment didn't go through please check your account, I changed my cc last month but I forgot to update my attnt with the new cc number, so they didn't send a text msg since Nov 12th of the payment return until the payment passed due to overcharge me $68 more. They just decide to send me this text after the overcharge, when I called their customer service they didn't care if I will leave them or not but what they concern, is to get the new cc to charge me. I am sad to see att&t in this status now from a huge big company to an unprofessional local company! I regret of leaving T-Mobile in the meantime I will be so proud of the day I leave ATT&T! Can't wait to payoff my phone to run away!
AT & T charged me for a cellphone number service that was not transferred to them from Altice mobile so I was charged by both AT & T $ 86 and Altice $ 40 for the same month. I told AT & T about it and customer service said will do something but just sent my bill to a collection agency to ruin my credit score. I will not recommend AT & T to anybody, such a rip-off company.
During hurricane Ida my service was our for a total of 34 days. That does not include numerous times when it was out for 2-4 hours. This is for u-verse TV and internet plus phone. In September I called and asked for refund for 17 days and was credited $89.03. My monthly bill is $218.92. The math I learned in school tells me that 17 days is more than half a month, so why only $89.03.
Now that everything hopefully is repaired, I called to get credit for the last 17 days credit. I was told that I would not receive any credit for those days.
I refuse to be treated like this by any company and after several tries to right their wrong, I must find another company.

PS. Their contract is no good for the company. During the 3 years I was with them after I moved to Louisiana, they raised my rate about half way through each year. Thanks for this opportunity to let others know of my experience.
They are scam artist and charge triple payments out of your account. I was lied to about the bundling both direct tv, internet and phone service would save me money. I was told I would get a 200.00 dollar visa gift card, never received it. I canceled my service and was told by the agent to return the phones. I return the phones and now I am charged triple of what the phones were worth. They said they have no record of phones received or that a payment was made. I called customer service and got transferred 4 times to fix the problem. I have a bank statement and a receipt that the phones were returned and they were overcharge my account. They were rude over the phone and treated me like I don't manner. The sales associates are down right rude as well. Next month I am canceling direct tv and internet. I will not go back to this company again. They even threatened me to turn me over to a collection company. I will tell my friends and family not to do business with AT&T.
Several weeks ago I contacted customer service to have my new TV in a new location hooked up. The tech center and suggested wireless connection. After TV was hung I contacted AT&A again to have tech come to install. After spending more than 40 minutes online with customer service, I had an appt for the tech to come on that Friday from 8-12 pm. Come Friday by 12:30 pm and no tech I contacted customer service and was told I have no appointment scheduled to come
Yet i had 3 wireless minis delivered by UPS the day before. It is not the first time i have had trouble with customer service

I have been with AT&T for over a year and I've been getting charged for fiber internet that wasn't available in my area. I called in October 18th and that is when I was told I was paying the same price for fiber and haven't been getting it. Juan P the rep I spoke to was supposed to credit my account for one month but failed to do so I called and got transferred 3 times and did not receive any assistance. The rep did not leave any notes but claimed to get the adjustment approved by his manager. AT&T is full of it they are overpriced and customer service is horrible!
I have had AT&T turnkey cable, internet & phone service for decades. As long as everything was working ok, I had few complaints. But their customer support is abysmal. Worse than that. Every single call takes more than an hour, the employees never know anything other than how to follow a script to verify what you already know - things are NOT WORKING. Then they send you old recycled equipment that doesn't work, and that's another hour-plus before you can convince another untrained staff member that they need to authorize you to return that equipment. You do that, and the new equipment arrives days later, and that is also not functional. I used to manage a customer support group for website software, and I'm blown away by the exceptionally poor quality of their staff & their equipment. It's not the employees' fault - there's just no investment by AT&T in providing customers with any reasonable kind of resources if all goes wrong. I'm tossing everything, am willing to pay any price, and cannot wait to see my last-ever AT&T bill.
I had been an ATT DSL customer since July 2015 with no problems.In September 2021 I called to have service disconnected because on Oct 2nd 2021 I would be moving to an area that ATT DSL didn't provide service. I received my Oct bill I called to see about final charges and was told that after I paid the Oct bill that paid for DSL service through September 2021 I would not owe anything else. November 10th I get a bill for 81.00 for charges from Aug to October 31st 2021. I called ATT customer service and was told I was charged an extra month. I was not informed at either time when I called in September to arrange to disconnect service or in October when I called about the billing I received. I told ATT on Nov 10th I didn't owe them anything I didn't use DSL service at all in October and I wasn't paying the bill. How can they charge me for internet service I didn't use plus charge me 20.00 for internet usage.
I am not paying that bill because I don't owe ATT a single solitary penny
Per my title, that is the main problem. As a customer, your time is not valuable, and likely you will not even get the solution or A solution. So why choose AT&T? Service is not the best, customer service couldn't be worse. I currently have cell phone plans and internet. Looking to switch providers as soon as possible.

I tell you only the truth. In fact, I purchased a phone at AT&T Authorized Retailer, and I wanted to pay it off at the time I purchased it, but later I find out he put me for 36 months financed. I strongly disagree with AT&T services and Retail Sales Consultants because it is not true. The retail sales consultants are not reliable and targeted grants. The monthly cost keeps increasing. The Retail Sales Consultants are not trustworthy and have no respectfulness. If you go to the AT&T Authorized Retailer on Shaw and Villa Ave, in Clovis, I recommend you need to think twice before you go to this location. The Retail Sales Consultants are not telling the truth. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission.
