I have been with ATT for close to 8 years now, and in the last two months had to place multiple calls to their CS. On all but one occasions they tried selling me something, were extremely slow opening their applications and looking up my account: every call lasted at least half an hour where reps repeated the same phrases over and over again, barely spoke English, and lacked basic understanding of how their systems work. I ended up on a call with one of the supervisors who while not fluent English, managed to be quite condescending and ask me to save everyone's time and hang up the phone while still not resolving the issue or even identifying the root cause- no cellular data on 2 lines on an 'unlimited' plan. I will be looking to switch ASAP. For the premium ATT charges I would expect superior customer service, my experience was the opposite.
They said they would give me a replacement phone for 4g. My iphone 6s that is a 3d will not be workable jan22. Talked to them 2 days ago, now they have killed my phone and want me to buy a new one. They are nothing but a bunch of liers. This was my business phone for 35 years with At&t. Now i have been crapped on. Thanks a lot you $#*! holes. I am really pissed right now!
I ordered cell phones for my husband and myself and then canceled 2 hours later when I found that my daughter had added me to her service. AT&T sent them anyway so I called and told them I didn't want them and never activated them and placed back in box and with shipping info returned them. I now have received a bill for over 900.00 and I have been to store and called at least 10 times to rectify this I don't have phones or a number they were returned in your shipping box and label. AT&T has now screwed my credit and have put it on my credit as unpaid. They are crooks and can't take care of this in store or customer service at no help they keep asking for a damn number but phones never used or activated. I think they do this say they didn't get phones just to get extra money. I guess I have to take them to small claims. Don't sign with them
One thing is for sure about AT&T they do not care about their customers… especially if they are disabled! I have been trying to help 3 disabled individuals get internet service and their treatment of them has been terrible!
If I could give zero stars, I would for AT&T and Direct TV. Buyer BEWARE! Their sales representatives state whatever they can to get you to sign up (classic Bait and Switch) and then the fees and services are not what was stated over the phone. They took advantage of my 90 year old aunt. Said one thing, did another, charged her out the wazoo. Then, they claim she had to pay a $450 cancellation fee, even though she canceled within eight days because she got an outlined paper in the mail for what they signed her up for, not what was agreed upon on the phone.
After speaking with multiple people, they won't admit to their unethical business practices. Now, she received a charge for $680 for who knows what!? My advice is to stay away from AT&T and any services they provide.

It's always down for hours at the time. No apologies from company, no money off bill, just no service and the customers are over it in this area
First, horrible company. I sent iPhone 12pro max as well as iPhone 11pro max in. Only received $800 for one phone. Instated send the other back, as there was nothing wrong. They said NO. Horrible way to do business. Horrible company. Horrible horrible horrible. I can't see my phone bill as well until it's due. With Verizon I could see my next bill after paying the one that was due.
I signed a 24 month contract then I canceled it after the 24 months and they are now saying it was a 30 month contract. There att app is $#*!, couldn't get it to load half the time and when it would load it would take 30 plus minutes. The monthly bill was way higher than there competitors with less options. So glad I made the switch to t-mobile. I would not recommend to anyone
I have spent a total of 4 hours on the phone this afternoon, being bounced from one department to the other. I am moving my service even if the cost doubles. They are the worst ever.
First, it was the worst internet service ever. Secondly closed account in October and was told there was no balance due. Now here 2 months later and I get a bill for a passed due balance. Noone resolved the issue. The guy said the bill is due and has no clue why I barely got notified of it. And why they previously told me account was closed and no balance was pending. They either have employees not trained properly or are trying to scam money out of people.
While I've admittedly never been a fan of phone company ads, the ads this company makes put me off so much that I would never want to buy from this company to begin with. The foam finger one specifically comes off as condescending, nonsensical (& not in a charming or artistic way), & overly confident, & on top of all that, really seems like AT&T's attempt at ripping off Progressive's Flo.
Call Brian Noble of AT&T call center in Huntington West Virginia has people removed while doing their jobs of cleaning the building and it's pretty bogus that it's awful funny me and my son knew what we were doing but I have from when I get told the building doesn't even get cleaned very good now Patton building services plays there a little game security in the call center plays there a little games Don Lord and also Mike they play their little games but you know something when it all comes down to it when the lawyer gets in there and starts looking into stuff and look at this right up AT&T's gonna have to answer to it so is Patton so is universal Allied security gonna have to answer to it this little game playing when we're doing our job Brandi Hirschmann sets here and has us to bring stuff in but yet when we bring it in I get wrote up now I've talked to several AT&T agents and they turn around and he even told me that building is not even getting done I guess it is true about AT&T plan there a little game having people removed well that's why they're losing customers
AT&T are scammers. Everytime I've sent in a phone after an upgrade they try to tell me they never received the phone. My bill is supposed to sit at a cool $177.38 and they up charge every time with random charges that just make no sense. My bill is right now sitting at almost a grand for absolutely no reason. Do NOT use AT&T.
Turned in two phones that fit the guidelines for $1.000 off phone promotion. 6 months later I'm still trying to get the promotional discount. Talked to 4 different supervisors and they have approved the promotion offer but it's never discounted from bill. Still trying!
They can't unlock my phone, Have data, can't use hotspot, told me I have to buy a data plan! SO BAD!
We have the AT&T 5G in home, wireless internet and television service. It is a total waste of money. All we get most of the time when we are trying to watch a program or movie is the blue circle of death. Around and around it goes while the picture freezes for up to 5 minutes. And this happens every minute or so, often sooner. I cannot say I hate this service with any more venom than this. I can't wait for Comcast to become available where we live and AT&T will be history.
I'm not going to write how incompetent this company is. They have wasted enough of my time and cause me enough stress dealing with my landline. They're lucky I gave him one star when they don't deserve any. I'm glad I went with another provider I'm getting better service.

I and my wife were loyal AT&T customers for 10 years.
We both own relatively new 4G Huawei phones.
Recently we started experience call cuts usually when we not on our home cell.
Both phones work fine and the reason of call cut was DELIBERATE AT&T call redirection. For some reason AT&T think that our phones are 3G phones and what happens if you call some line you hear "welcome to AT&T". Then after waiting an a line they tell you "you phone will not work after February 2022 and balh blah blah and they try to sell you some cheesy AT&T phone. I once told the AT&T rep to cut this feature of my service and he did and I was able to call who I need at once.
Some time after - again. You travel, need to make an urgent call somebody, you hear "Welcome to AT&T".
EVEN - I say EVEN I got 3G phone - who gave AT&T right to cut my call? Who is this moron who designed such a feature? By doing this AT&T shows brazen disrespect for its customers. We both quit and we will never return.
I have had intermittent tv freezing for the last year, going on Two. I have had quite a number of service calls, and about a week to a week in a half, the freezing starts again. I am very frustrated, and called the office of the AT&T president, which said they would have there service team call me. I did not receive no call, and they did nothing. I can see why AT&at stock is floundering. They do not know what customer service is, period. I have been a customer of AT&T for many years, and even own stock in them. Time for a change.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
