AT&T store, website, and call center, no service what's happening on the other two services. If you're getting a refund, don't get excited after your first call to the call center. Waite for at least 3-6 months.

AT&T is horrible. Impossible to talk to anyone and get resolution. They are a scam. Talk to anyone of their employees and they will say the same. Capital greed. Account holder has been deceased for 4 years and AT&T refuses to stop invoicing even after death certificate shown.

Why does ATT punish their prepaid account holders.
ATT does not offer 5G network on all of their prepaid accounts.
I have two phones and I also have auto payment and I have been an ATT customer for decades.
I was told my prepaid plan is an older plan and doesn't include 5G service. Only one of my phones is 5G compatible.
I would think that at least, ATT could offer me access to the 5G network on my one phone, that is compatible.
Maybe ATT could upgrade my plan with a $5 surcharge to allow me to use my 5G phone as intended.
Only ATTs' highest and most expensive prepaid plan has 5G network access. Why is that?
To look at their advertising, you would think the 5G service is included in ALL of their plans.
Don't they call that, "bait and switch"? "false advertising"?
Why is ATT so cheap with the 5G networking?
Other carriers have 5G network included with ALL their plans.
Why doesn't ATT give seniors some sort of discount or break?

At&t
February 5, 2022

THEEE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL AROUND VALUE EVER! My guardian angel Cassandra and her manager hooked me up more then I've ever been before by any phone carrier. I'm now a life long customer of at&t and have a personal customer service agent who's as easy to reach as my mother on the holidays. After untold amounts of frustrating and lengthly customer service interactions over the years it's all finally over. My bank info and other personal info is in ONE pair of trusted and familiar hands not 10 different people from around the globe.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO...

The Meadville PA AT&T store
and special shout out to

CASSANDRA AND HER LOVELY SUPERVISOR EVALYN D.@ AT&T

Hands down best service and value me or my wife have seen of ANY company let alone a globally recognized multi billion dollar giant of a company like AT&T where u would totally not expect such a "with ur best interest in mind" and personal trusting familiar envirnment. Across the board. To ever take place.
ALSO WORTH NOTING

At&t and TMobile are the only 5g providers that have a coverage map that doesn't look like you shot a map with a paintball major companies like Verizon and Sprint have a 5g coverage of just over 10% unless u live in a big city... if u want. TRUE 5g

GO WITH AT&T

I've had em all and I can with confidence say that AT&T is IN EVERY WAY the best

RUN!
February 5, 2022

I was an AT&T customer since it was Cingular! Once they changed to AT&T EVERYTHING went down the toilet with this company. Their customer service is the WORST! Every time I have to call their customer service line, I end up being on the phone for no less than 3 HOURS! And they STILL don't get my request correct. The last straw was I wanted to pay off the phone that I had financed with them and also pay my bill. I told them I have an automatic payment set up, but for this one time, I would like to pay my bill and phone balance on my credit card... Three hours later! She said everything was paid. The next morning, I check my bank balance and AT&T took their payment. Then I check my credit card, and they hit that also! For the past two nights, I have been on the phone with AT&T trying to get the Billing dept. to understand (because they don't speak good ENGLISH) that they owe me money! AT&T is saying they issued a credit-on-credit card on 1/12/2022. I call my credit card company today (2/4/2022) and I conference call the credit card company, AT&T, and my Bank who are all saying NO CREDIT ISSUED! So now they transfer us to another department and this department is saying they cannot find my account! Because I canceled it! OMFG!
THE
THE MORAL OF THE STORY**** AT&T IS NO GOOD! GO TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

The way they roped us in was by basically telling us that our bills would be the same or cheaper than we were paying at the time but Maury says that was a lie. I'm paying almost 30 dollars more and my husband's is 15 dollars more. Their second pitch was the whole "5g everywhere" spiel but we both have trouble with service constantly. Even in places where there really is no excuse. We were driving through Toledo Ohio. No reason to not have service in a city like that. I had more luck with straight talk and if I'd brought my own phone I would switch back so quick.

Signed up for AT&t month and a half ago haven't had one single week where it worked correctly living old complex wires are bad however they did not let me know that if I signed on I will get the lower speed but at a regular price due to them not really being able to service this with the broadband Court the wires are old and rotted and yet they still use deceptive practices to get you to sign on! It's obvious why they stay on the court docket

Been going on 10 days and honestly I have no clue what is happening. How can a major company not be more proactive in fixing issues? I can't get a refund UNTIL the issue is fixed? I have no service! But lord do they push the sales pitch. "Care to learn about joining our wireless plan?"

Complete morons
February 2, 2022

Ordered a SIM card to switch to their services from straight talk assuming that with a larger more long standing company I would receive better overall service. Total joke. Spent almost an hour trying to get my number switched over to them and their customer service agent told me everthing was all set while myself and my straight talk agent stayed in the line. Then a week later I get an email saying the switch was cancelled. All after spending almost an hour with my current provider and getting the number switched. They are complete morons and completely incompetent at what they do. Not worth the switch and I'll stay with straight talk as their customer service has always been better than this. What a joke of a company

Money hungry company
January 30, 2022

You know I have had Att service for almost 2 years and it seems as though the bill keeps going up! I got on a contract with these leaches and I when my bill would've been a little over a hundred dollars now it is coming to 200 a month! Not to mention I also have cell phone service with this company. You'd think because this is during a pandemic they wouldn't fluctuate the bills because now it seems every month they are draining me dry. As soon as I find a different company I will cut all ties with these leaches! Beware! They will take your utility money, your money for food, gas, and whatever else you have just do they can get paid for their over priced service!

I was told if you suspend your line you only have to pay for the cost of the phone. For three months straight i been paying for the phone and service. I recieved a credit for two months. I called back this month and they told me that it was an inconvenience credit. Say what? I have been lie to from the store and from customer service. Anything for a sale i guess. I would not recommend AT&T to know one. They dont know how to treat their customers and dont give a damn as long as they get paid... I much rather go with a prepaid phone then have to deal with them...

And they just don't seem to care! And, when calling to get assistance with issues, we usually transferred outside the USA. And, the people read from a script! Explaining to them what they are saying isn't resolving a issue, they start reading the script again Fro The Top! Disgusting!

Bad Decision
January 26, 2022

Once again, AT&T continues to convince me that I made a bad decision by switching from Verizon to AT&T. I was continually having calls - important calls - blocked and sent to voicemail and nothing I did changed it. Went online and discovered that AT&T has a call-blocking app they had installed (without my permission) on my phone. I uninstalled that but the blocking continued. I went to an AT&T store to fix this and replace a malfunctioning Otterbox case I bought from them. They fixed the blocking issue, but were not willing to refund or replace the screwed up case - saying I needed to take it up with Otterbox or their main store on Louisiana. I had to fix the problem of a bad case THEY had sold me. WOW! Once again, great service! There is so much more I could write about - deceptive and untrue sales claims about monthly savings, etc. And I'd like to mention, I have had more dropped calls in the year I've had AT&T than in the 40+ years I was with Verizon. That is a Fact. So why did I switch? Bad decision. They suckered me in with a "free" phone which actually turned out not to be free.

Att has the worst customer service. Your talking to a computer rather than a person that can understand and comprehend. They suspend and deactivate your account with less than the minimum payment due. The bill always comes in 2 weeks rather than monthly And they give you no grace period. If there was a better option for Wi-Fi or cell service I would jump immediately.

Their "customer service" is utterly useless and will waste hours of your time. I have wasted 17 hours since I switched to att, because of issues they caused. If you want to talk to someone and have them take care or a problem or do a simple task good luck. They will run you around in circles trying to sell you random stuff while you are asking them to do a simple task. Their website will not allow you to do simple things like remove a line you no longer need, which every other carrier does. They force you to call them and waste between 1-3 hours of your personal time. I would not recommend att to anyone unless I hated that person and even then its probably to harsh of a thing to do. All of this on top of the wireless service being sub par and intermittent. You can pay for their most expensive wireless plan and not be able to open a web browser without it taking 2-3 min to load a webpage. The have more deadspots than a cemetery.

I moved from Verizon to AT&T to save some cash.
I was told I would be getting a plan tat was half my phone bill plus basically a free phone. I think I am now paying the same if not more. The service was of course going to be a down grade but it wasn't a little thing: it was noticeable.

I am now wondering it I would of saved money never switching.

Worst service ever. Their shop manager - a male in Seattle Pacific place mall store - was aggressive and rash and tried to get physical with me - a woman. Then their customer care took away my service and it was not working for 24 hours and they did not give a reason. I would advise you to get ANY other service but this one
