I am getting scam calls saying we are calling from AT&T and they are asking gifts cards so I call AT&T that someone is stilling my information and connecting to India call centers so I call AT&T to investigate but they are not doing anything
It's super hard to cancel my service, my phone call was answered by the AI for half an hour and was transferred multiple times. They even want to charge me $99 for checking the non-existing technical problems. Just do not choose AT&T, worst company ever.
I will return services and NEVER get them again...

Fix a basic voicemail problem and don't even follow through with setting up your phone and service properly. And this is not the first time that I've had problems with AT&t other people as well. I had a friend who works for AT&t and he said the management is horrible and the employees they hire are incompetent and lazy. Covid has made this even worse. Cant you fix a simple problem!
I returned my phone still mange to charge 315 called to fixed the issue more then 3 time all the calls said they wouldn't charge come up today they took 683 call said they'll issue a complaint yet supervisor has me on hold over more then a hour
I switched from sprint back in september to att. Had the their phone for about 2 weeks. Then all the sudden the phone isnt reading the sim card. Tech said to take it in. Which i did to get a new sim. The new sim didnt work so they got me a newer phone. 2 months of having that phone the same problem occurred. Got a new sim and thank god that worked that time. Now after few more months i had to get another new phone after breaking the last one while working on the truck. Maybe 2 or 3 weeks went by since i got the new phone and again the phone is reading no sim. Talked to yet another tech and again said the go into a att store to get a new sim... should never have switched from sprint! Fml
We NEVER have good service anywhere, its way more expensive and its constantly shutting down service EVERYDAY! IM TIRED OF IT. They also hold you in a contract if you ever want to switch.
Got Unlimited plan the calls are not the best and the service is super slow. Do you just rubbing all your money there are better services out there.
The in store techs of course are wo derful because they are trying to sell you a product. Got a brand new iPhone pro for Xmas 2021 by February 20 it $#*! the bed called they said it was still under warranty it is now going into JUNE and still no phone they have yet to get the phone back to me and I have been on the phone every other day for anywhere to 6 to 10 hrs being tranfered over and over it is the most RIDICULOUS PROCESS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE! I wouldn't even give it a one if it let me post without rating it
Service is horrible even when I have full bars, it always lags their phone suck including the iphone, and no one ever know what's going on when you call or you get transfers 100 times
Do not use ATT for anything. You can never get ahold of anyone when calling and they dug outside of our house without consent and busted our sewer pipe and flooded our house. It's been 4 days and they just keep transferring us around and hanging up on us and not fixing their mistake. They haven't heard the last from us. I have kids and we can't use our house. Upon signing up they flat out lied about pricing and would not tell me what the bill would be before signing. Only an estimate. I told them I was willing to spend 250 per month on 4 lines, they assured me it would be close. My bill after the first three months has been steady at 384 dollars. I have insured all phones. I needed to use the insurance and they deductible was 250 dollars. They told me the phone was only worth 215 dollars. So my deductible was higher than the price of a replacement phone. I could go on and on about the hours spent on the phone with what they call customer service.
I am pleased to report that after more than 15 years I have canceled both Directv and AT&T wireless in the last 3 weeks. True to form, during my call, the AT&T retention agent lowered my monthly charge from$78 to $65 to $55. After I convinced him that T-Mobile was 2x to 5x faster and cheaper ($50), he did me the favor of cancelling my wireless even though I was a couple of days into my new month. Well, guess what? I got my bill and AT&T charged me $78 for the two days. I am so pleased to have AT&T in the rearview mirror.
Most of the time i can barely use my browser i paid the 65 and dont feel like i get unlimited of nothing and i cant get help unlocking this AT&T device i have for 8 months never again AT&T you must step up or step out please

If you have bundling for your att bill. Calling customer service for billing is extremely frustrating due to personal not able to view all bills ie, tv, wi-fi and phone. Find another provider and stay away from att.
The internet service is very bad. The phone service is bad. I was on VERIZON 5G had a S21. Went to AT&T 5G. There is no comparison AT&T doesn't even come close. My wife is from Ukraine and she says her phone service and internet service was better in Ukraine.
Have been a customer for 50 years and until the last couple years have been happy with them. Over the last couple years AT&T's customer service has out right lied to my wife and me, resulting in us being ripped off several times. They have now put us in a 2 year contract that we didn't approve of and will not correct the issue. We are forced to keep them for now, but at the end of this contract they can shove their service.

I went to upgrade my phone at a store in March and was told my phone was eligible for a FREE Samsung with my trade in. I went to trade it in after 2 weeks of getting the new phone and was told my phone was too old and I would have to pay $22.63 installment. I called and told them what had happened and they said nothing can be done to help a customer of there's that has been with them since 2011. I will be cancelling there service once I am able to switch. AT&T is TRASH!
I'll keep this as brief as I can while trying to get my point across. Internet access, at list in my county, is spotty at best. My wife and I work from home and tried to make it work for a long time. We kept upgrading the internet to the highest speed and it didn't matter, the service was still intermittent.
The last time we tried to upgrade, the customer service rep added a phone service to the bill without telling me. When the technician arrived, they indicated AT&T needed to fix some cables outside of my complex at the nearest junction box and they would be called out that same day. The technician explained I'd be receiving a call the same day to advise the junction box issue resolved. No call and no update. He also recommended I call AT&T about the phone service added to the account I didn't ask for.
I called AT&T and got transferred 6x. The last person I spoke with had an extremely heavy accent and I had to ask her to repeat herself with everything she said, much as I hate to be that person. She ultimately told me I'm all set with internet service since the technician came out and there was no issue anywhere else. She also confirmed I don't have phone service on my bill.
A couple of weeks later, with intermittent service still, my wife and I decided to cancel and switch to Comcast (which is fantastic and I would highly recommend). AT&T just stuck us with a bill for the phone that they confirmed I didn't have on my policy and I never ordered.
All in all, inferior product is the main reason we left. But, wow, talk about incompetent service. Every time you call, also expect to be on the line for at least 20 minutes. Take it from me, it's not worth the aggravation.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
