This is worst company selling phones and service's. Charging high dollar to customers yet their Customer service can't even answer calls or call back over hour half wait now. Att changes your plan to high dollar without asking. Claim no strings attached whatever plan you want then how does this happen signed up for $50.00 plan yet being charged 118.76 monthly. That's even above paying phone plan plus phone would only cost about 80 dollars. Now they don't answer phones to fix this either. Service issues as well since I've been with Att. Who would want this type of treatment. It was much better t- mobile never had any problems billing errors or reception

My mother is reaching 90 years of age and has been without Tv, internet and phone service since June 2nd from AT.&T.
Many promises but no delivery of service.
Today she gets a text saying " good news your service is now scheduled for July 2nd" by the way today is June 10th.
I have asked her to call tomorrow and get a competing service and would hope every one reading this does the same
The Wi-Fi more than anything is vital to her medical alert, so her. Life is in their hands.
If anything happens to her, they will need a whole series of attorneys for what will hit them

These guys are total CROOKS! I called to switch my girls service from Metro PCS to my phone plan at AT&T.

I told the SALESMAN that I wanted data plans for my two younger children because they don't have anyone to call! L, and he just AGREED. He signed me up, saying that it was the most cost savy plan. I believe he advertised that it was $180, but I may be wrong about that number. (WHAT I DO KNOW THOUGH, is that I would have never agreed to $300 to $350 monthly or I would have just kept them on the plan they were on.)

Then fast forward a couple weeks, my girls get their phones. They are excited, of course, because they just want to play games on an iPhone. I had already told them they were only getting data plans but they didn't care, GAMES were all they wanted anyway.

Well, they start getting these phone calls ALL the time. I didn't notice at first because they didn't have their ringers on. But I picked up one of their phones one day and I see these text some weird text messages. I ask them about it and I find out that they are getting a massive amount of phone calls and text messages from random people.

INAPPROPRIATE and VULGAR text messages were being sent to my TEN and ELEVEN year old.

So I called. I said, hey I got data plans for my girls but they are getting all these phone calls and texts. They say, oh WE DONT OFFER a data plans….

Oh really?! Then why didn't the salesman say that? Oh YEA, I know why, TO GET A SALE!

$#*!ING CROOKS.

Then they proceed to tell me that the phone numbers they assigned them were someone else's phone numbers. HMMMM…okay. Assigned to my small children? Even though i specifically told the salesman they were small children, which is why I asked for data plans?!

Then I get my phone bill….…and guess what they are charging me?

$350 for the bull$#*! LIES they sold me!

I always heard they were crooks but I didn't believe until this…it's true guys!

Please make sure YOU RECORD your own calls with any salesman that you talk to, ESPECIALLY AT&T, so that you won't get hoodwinked because this is bull$#*!!

We have been a customer of AT&T (phone and internet) for nearly four years and we are extremely unhappy right now. We have been without stable internet for over three weeks now. We have called over and over again to speak with a manager. They have sent out three techs already and we now have another scheduled for next Saturday. Each time they send us to a 'manager', we are told by the person answering they are just another call center rep. We have been getting the runaround for weeks and it's obvious we are nothing but a number to them. I would never recommend anyone to them for internet services. We have fiber optic lines running to our house, but they won't hook them up as we are not priority at this point, even though the neighbors across the street have had them up for weeks. We can't get anyone to listen to us and at this point, we can't see a reason to keep them. Our last tech has told us it's a line issue and they really need to send a line person out, but they just keep telling us we have to have a person come into the home (again) to make sure that it's not our issue. They have finally offered us a discount for our internet this month, but at this rate, it really should have been discounted to nothing. We don't have viable internet, so why are you charging us for it?! This is why businesses can't keep good customers. It's just so frustrating.

After 3 phone calls, 5 people (3 agents - Daniel, Gloria, and Doug) and (2 supervisors - Michelle and Kim) ATT lost my data and lost port status!. They offered me a good deal, with a lot of discounts and promised I will receive a new cellphone and sim card within a week... two weeks after I didn't get anything and they tried to blame it on VERIZON... pathetic! I was about to change providers and I am not anymore!...

Worst customer service I've ever encountered

My AT&T internet was out for a week and AT&T's customer support was non-existent. They were clueless and read from scripts without listening at all, It was infuriating. Then they had the nerve after no customer service or communication at all to show up when the tech finally arrived and try to sell me cell phone service. Unbelievably disrespectful. I'll never use AT&T again.

Service has been spotty for internet with random drops. When it works it works well. I also have phone plan and has literally the worst service of any provider I've had. On top of that I was having internet issues and they sent someone out to fix it and said if there was an issue I wouldn't be charged. The tech found an issue, I was still charged 100$ that they'd only removed because I called to complain.

AT&T used to be the best company out there. They are now the most expensive, least customer service oriented, most dropped calls, bills go up monthly, last bill went up 10% or more. No help, can't get through when you call, and they just don't care. Verizon and even T-Mobile are so much more interested in getting the consumer business. I am so fed up. Run, anyone is better.

My experience with AT&T was a crap show. I called in originally to upgrade the internet on easters 2022. The sales guy ended up talking me into switching our phones lines from Tmobile to AT&T. I let him know I was with another carrier and he said not to worry we have a easter promotion running where they will buy out your contract up to $700 if we send AT&T our old iPhones. I called in a day later because when we activated the new AT&T phones Tmoblle sent us a $1300 bill for the old devices. I called at&T to ask why is there a bill and they told me they don't buy out contracts. I ask to talk to management because now we were stuck paying our old contract with t mobile because att didn't pay off account. They agreed with me that the salesman was wrong but woud not honor what he said. We gave up on trying to get them to do what they said they would do, We found out that it lie and there were more lies by our salesman that works for AT&T. We were also lied to about our total monthly bill. We were told it would be $122 a month. Our first bill was $122 and then the next bill was $198 and I called and complained and they said your salesman was incorrect that the bill is $198. I told them I only agreed to sign up because of the price he told us. AT&T won't honor what their employees say and will do the bait and switch to get you to sign up. I have asked for the recording of my phone call with the salesman and they will not send me it. They claim they have no way of finding it.(then why are calls recorded)

I requested my payment to be switched to the 15th of the mth on Oct 4 after my payment went through and they said it will take a couple of cycles for it to go through guess what Feb 2022 come and it did not switch I called back they said the same thing, not I called back and talk to the manager in May of 2022 and they are trying to bill me for another $500 to switch my billing want a scam i would love for the CEO to reach out

I called earlier in the day to get a business line. The guy I spoke with was in India or someplace. Yet his name was Josh.
He said he would have to have my account approved by his supervisor. It would take 30 minutes and he would call me back.
Well 3 hours went by. They didn't.
I called them back and I've been. On hold going on three hours. I gave them personal info but I don't want there service now. Just was seeing how long they would keep me waiting.

I hate atnt

Today was supposed to have my internet remotely set up. I set up all the stuff I had to and waited. It didn't work so I had to call them, and I was hopeful it would be a easy fix. It wasn't they sent me to like 9 different people who would send me to someone else. Then I asked to talk to a supervisor and then sat on hold for 30 mins then it just ended, I called back and sat on hold for another 30 mins then gave up. They called me back a hour later and was rude to me. They still didn't do anything then set up a appointment for Tuesday. Days before they called me confirming the reservation and told me different things. They also did that with the 9 different people. I told the supervisor about my experience and he completely disregarded it and was still rude.

Do not use AT&T

Worst service I have ever used. I have had it for 3 weeks and it has barely worked. It's worked with no problems for maybe 3 days in that time. They've sent out 2 technicians who have not solved the problem. I've spent at least 10 hours on customer service calls. Customer service is horrible. They do not understand your problem and make no attempts to make it better. The only thing they will do is schedule a technician that you have to wait for for several days. Oh and I'm being charged for all of this too. I have a full month's bill for about 3 days worth of service.

They keep you on hold for hours... i was taking for 3 hours and stillnot helped to install/activate new intermate service
Everytime i called they give me wrong reasons
At the end i cancelled the service

Firstly I recently met a At& t sales representative in Target. She made offers for new phones and better monthly rate, come to find out she left out so much important details. She lied just to try to make a sale so unfortunate we get so desperate.

There cell service is the worst on the planet, bought a phone from them that never worked and canceled services in under 2 weeks after paying for the phone in full was billed 157.00 for a service that never worked even after there tech support couldn't fix the problem.

Keep yourself away

I tried to deal with them but they are such liars, the honestly can rip you off. They are story makers. I spent close to 2 hours with their rep. On the phone to start a 5 lines deal and after we are done I got a text that my phones are not going to be delivered.
They are stupid. Stay away from ATT

The worst Provider

Internet doesn't work outage almost for 2 month, No one's at call center would like to resolve issue and AT&T informed that the technician can come to fix the problem in 5 days, since 03/25 and they will send the technician I keep calling hey saying the outage is done but still the internet is not working and today 06/01 and they didn't sent anyone, this is ridiculous and it is what they say to their "valued customer", fake commercial, they do not provide a good service and they don't care if you need the internet to work remotely had to go to Starbucks to work from there. Be careful when choosing this provider, you can be very disappointed.

I first went in store to get AT&T as wireless Internet service April 20 had to wait three weeks even to get an appointment May 20 a whole month later & then come to find out they have to dig the wires underground to get the service to work. So now I have to wait for that, four days go by and service guys are out there everyday until I get a paper in my mailbox saying my service should work I'm good to go. I try it and it still doesn't work. I spent two days, one day of which I was on the phone for an hour and 10 minutes with a customer service agent whom at the end of the call couldn't help me. The next day I spent the same amount of time with a different person who also told me they couldn't do anything. So now I sit here writing this review may 31st after I just got off the phone with the store I originally contacted to get AT&T and they told me they couldn't do anything. So I am now without internet for who knows how long because no one could give me an answer. All and all don't get AT&T
