They don't mind taking your money but when their equipment fails they are no help at all I've been on the phone for hours over the past four days just to speak to somebody about my TV boxes not working
So my sister got an iPhone 13 pro and she wanted to transfer files to her new phone, and my mom wanted to trade in her old phone for a new one, like on the offer that says, "trade old phone get new phone", but in the process, my mom found out that there were EXTRA hidden FEES and then the lady said a bunch of numbers and said cost, and It was very stressful for my mom so she didn't want to get the new phone, so FALSE ADVERTISEMENT of trade your current phone for a new free phone. Does 346$ sound like a "free phone"?
We put up with them because we were paying off phones, but switched to a different carrier 1 day into the AT&T billing cycle. Our last bill with AT&T is 2/3 of our regular monthly bill for AT MOST 2 days of service. The representative my husband spoke with was trying to actually justify this charge. Save yourself and do NOT go with AT&T. I definitely regret it and will NEVER go back. Lots of issues the couple years that we were stuck with them. The service never did work quite right and "customer service" was unhelpful. Umm, well yeah, clear the cache and history. A 10 year old could tell you that.
This company does not follow there companies own policy there insurance company claims to be at&t however they are there own branch and do not follow there own company policy the double R's as of this day I have spent the last 5 days on the phone with their customer service department and still have got nothing resolved but all they can do is offer me a second line forcing me to pay for two lines these people are crooks do not support this this company if you are looking for a honest phone company and one that honors their customers go to Verizon you'll get better phone service customer service all around satisfaction
Angel was outstanding. She met us at the door and promptly took care of answering all our
Questions. Angel explained our bill and offered recommendations on how we could both expand our service and save on the services we receive. Going in we had every intention of changing providers. She was quite the professional and very competent in explaining everything. She gave us her undivided attention and because of what all she did for us she was the reason we elected to stay with AT&T. On top of that, Angel sold us another iPhone. Thank you Angel!
Outrageous fees. Lied to about how much a product would end up costing me. Asked for a payment extension because I'm ill with covid and can't work. Denied. Can't wait to get away from this company
I receive dozens of spam calls and frequently call them back. The number I call is often an out of service number. (I am well aware that the numbers are being "spoofed".) It would be very easy for AT&T to intercept calls to their customers that come from non-existent numbers and not deliver them.
Note that, in general, I am very happy with the service provided by AT&T.
They do not tell you about the small print details, explaining their 1,000 pay off for your old phone. It's 36 months stuck with them while they give you a small portion of that money each month towards the 1,000 for trading in your phone. They have HIDDEN FEES, your bill is NEVER THE SAME PRICE. This Company IS NOT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, just call customer service and see how long you wait, hope they speak decent English or you will have to translate for them. ATT YOU CAN KS MYAS
This is the absolute worst service and phone company in the world today. Behind all the other providers and that's not saying much either. AT&T is a scam
I dont know what happened but ATT/yahoo finally did it. They made their email tool unusable. I have to sign in multiple times in a day to send or receive emails. Symptoms are all folders not populated and the inbox not updated. I have to "jiggle the handle" i. E. re sign in to get it to operate. Then fails soon after that. WTF is happening over there. I cant even get help because its all FAQs and lookups no humans!. Nothing matches my problem. And one more thing. Whats with ATT and Yahoo. Do I have ATT or Yahoo. Why do I have to log in at two sites to get my mail. I have to find another solution.
On 5/20/22 I bought IPhone 13 pro max, 6/20/22 I went to trade my iPhone 8 I have to wait 1 month in order to get eligibility for trade sales person changed my plan. After a month I got charges of almost $300 added hotspot roaming of $122 / device there's areas in CO that AT&T don't even work at all. I paid off my phone and tried to get my iPhone 8 back and refused to give me my phone. This company is a ripped off. I stopped my services the next week. I went to Mint Mobile $15/ month + tax. I will never go back to this phone company ever again. Hampden office even hanged up the phone at me while I'm trying to explain myself, very peasant employees. Helen O.
I dealt with at&t for 12 years. I had a universal account with them when they joined Directv and the 2 communication companies could not talk to each other even thought they charged on the same bill. After years of being told one company was charging more per bill aginnd playing the blame game on each other, I got tired if the fight of getting charged more month after month. I got rid of dirctv in 2021. And dealt with At&t only to find my bill still going up monthly by $20 on a single line and after appox. 150 hours of hours phone calls to both companies overl 12 years, got rid of both At&f and Direct
Absolutely terrible reception. No one to communicate issues with. Customer service is non existent. And trying to modify/change plans is ridiculously convoluted and nearly impossible. I would NEVER recommend trying them as a provider.

For the Las 3 plus months I have had zero bars unless I'm attached to my home wifi... after 3 months of asking for a new fon which was under warranty may June and up to July 24. They kept refusing to honor warranty n replace the fon even though I replaced the Sims as they requested. Checked towers as they requested reset the network 5 times... after 4 request for new fon they finally told me it was out of warranty for 2 DAYS n they refused to replace. Their solution was for me to pay for a better plan. I had unlimited... to buy a NEW FONwen I paid them the rest of my installments! And they said MAYBE I MIGHT GET MORE THAN ONE BAR

Nothing but issues with AT&T since I was tricked into switching from T-Mobile to them... first off I use AT&T for my internet and called because service was out, the appointment was scheduled from 11 -1 so I took off work, instead of the service tech (which didn't show up till after 7PM that night) they sent their slimy sales person... he did give a good pitch, told me I would qualify for x-amount to include a first responder discount... so I made the mistake a switched... later they would not honor the 1st responder. My bill for my daughters and I was higher with AT&T but since I had switched and bought phones I stayed. In December 2021 my daughters moved to their father's and went under his T-Mobile account and I called and cancelled their lines and paid for their phones (2 lines)... flash forward to July and I am sick of AT&T and decide to cut my loses and go back to T-Mobile... I contacted AT&T to get the needed information to keep my number and they A** on the phone didn't know how to access it and told me I needed to try to find it on my online account (I'm in T-Mobile) then he stated how he didn't have time to stay on the phone with me and to call back if I found it... The manager at T-Mobile was actually able to help me get the number needed in about 3 minutes! Then I find out that they had continued to bill be since January for one of the phone lines (keep in mind I cancelled in December... so 7 months). I get a $400 bill for cancelling. I was going to cancel everything but had decided to keep internet and was told my bill would drop from $60 to $55... but was just billed $60... sure $5 isn't a huge deal but enough to tip the boat... Lesson learned was that I should have just stayed with T-Mobile where I never had any issues, always had good service.
I have had the worst customer experience with AT&T and their claims department. I went without a phone for a week spent hours on the phone going back & forth between the two. Was sent two phone by their mistake and then sent a down grade. I was told can't wave the deductible fee and I will continue to pay for an iPhone 12 even though they sent me a 11. I pay over $300 month never been late on a bill but as soon as I pay these devices off with be looking for a new company that knows how to treat customer right and fix their wrongs. This is completely taking advantage of people who pay our hard earned money to do business with them.
AT&T Horrible Service! Agents having no clue as to the plans they are quoting customers. Leaving you to call with numerous call transfers to agents outsourced. Making you waste your time even longer. I have been an AT& T customer for over 30 years. Internet service is Ok when it's working. Numerous resets on the modem that partially works & who has the time?! Headaches with plans blockages to phones for no apparent reason. Waited 6 days for them to figure out whas is the be is wrong with of the agents did to screw up to lines. Customer care team also no one willing to compensate me for my time & many efforts made to fix the issues. I would give them zero stars if I could. Find a competent Carrier that cares about your business other than AT&T which has been overwhelming & stressful. Ready to move on to better service.
My mother called to see about a issue with her father's bill because he is old and hard of hearing!. She kept calling! Calling! Calling! To see if someone could help her out with the issue and every single time she got hung up on! Repeatedly. She sat there for about 8! F**** hours trying to get help all the way till F***** 12am! Through 7Pm just to find one little bill. That would be so easy to find but NN oOoOO! They had to keep asking for a F***** password that we never got and a BILLLLL! We never received at all

This is the most awful experience I ever had with a company. I got a bill for a shocking amount. So i called. I stayed with 2 agents for 2 hrs. They added an insurance to my phone without my knowledge for $50 per month. Then, they switched me to a higher plan (standard to elite) again without my knowledge. I asked them to show me the proof that i asked for the changes they could not. Any they gave me half of the credit i deserve. I am stuck for 3 years with this contract. I will switch at the next opportunity. Also, i owe them a balance they said i tried to pay it off, they said they will charge me for it. And then the system went down, according the the person on the phone, and they cannot send me a confirmation or accpet my payment. Please avoid this company. This company used to be generous with its customers and give any deserved credits right away. No more,
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
