ATT had been switching my plan without permission and then charging me $50 each time to get back to original plan. Has happened 5 months in a row. I keep trying to resolve issue and no results. New bill has a $35 charge for speaking with them. I hate this company! All they keep saying is I can upgrade my phone. There is nothing wrong with my phone just their deceitful practices.
ATT coverage is very bad. An ATT seller came to my home and convinced me to move to ATT and now I can even not use phone at work since there is no coverage and ATT can not resolve and alsomdoes not provide any solution. If you want a new carrier pay the penalty. Also the cost was not what was sold. This company is a joke.
This disaster and headache started in December 20,2021 when I had a salesman that I discovered was lying any time his mouth was moving. And in January 2022 I filed a dispute with AT&T it is now August may have yet even say a word about it. I'm sure they don't want to because they can't contradict me anything I've said they've lied and stole for me and I hate deeds and liars. Unfortunately both of my elderly parents have died in the last 8 months and I was in an accident so I thought other things to do besides worrying about the idiots in AT&T. Hopefully soon I can call them soon and suffer trough their excuses and lies concerning my dispute. I can't wait for the day I'd never have the deal with AT&T again. I would recommend people go back to dial phones before they deal with them
I had an extension with AT & T. I called due to Job transition, they refuse to pay me On-time due to 2wks notice. I explained to *******@AT&T, the guy was rude Lucis (somethg like that & Supervisor Elizabeth refuse to wk with me & im a Essential worker & 1st Response. I was Done with AT &T after 4yrs, i called & was with Verizon, but decided to called back & talk to Austin in Tennessee Collection Dept, he was a Life Safer & need a RISE!. I have tried for days now to get my bill taken care of, and they hang up on you if they don't like what you have to say. You go to the store and they can't help you with the bill, you get told you have to call in. Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with. We have tried to add me to the bill, to be able to make changes to the account for months now, and still can't get me added. Ask for a supervisor and you get put on hold, then told the supervisor will call you back, and doesn't. It's all BS with this company and trying to get a bill fixed that they screwed up in the first place. What kind of people work for this company?
I was a victim fraud of AT&T wireless. It took them 3 months to resolve and give me credit for almost $5000 of equipment and service charges. At one point they disconnected my service because of non payment of these fraudulent charges. Finally I just paid for these charges while waiting for my credit from the Fraud department. AT&T service use to be great but I think when they merge with Directv it went sideways. They're now outsourcing their phone calls to other countries. I've been switched several times because no one wants to take responsibility. I'm many occasions, they just hang up if they don't know the answer. There's no accountability. This is the exact reason why I'm switching to Verizon. As I'm writing this, I'm still getting the runaround with AT&T. Worse service I've had in a while. I hope the CEO of AT&T reads this.
For two weeks I have been attempting to get an internet issue resolved. This has gone on and I'm told by PT&T (Pilipino Telephone and Telegraph) that I have "good service". Well, it ain't a working. Then some twit calls me the following day to sell me an upgrade that is not offered in my area. Then tells me I just have to deal with the problems. Just listen, it only started a few weeks ago and is occurs randomly. "I don't know what to tell you." I absolutely hate having to deal with them or get through their maze to get to someone lightyears away and does NOT understand the problem. HATE THEM. If ever a company should be in bankruptcy, it is AT&T.
7 months or torture. Every month the bill comes in 100 to 300 hirer than quoted for my business account. Every month it's a fight on the phone for over an hour because the local office can't help with a business account. It's always someone from another country, they don't care. They state they will correct the bill from a billing problem and next month here we go again. Another problem. 78 bucks for a tablet on my account. How flipping incompetent do you have to be to see a tablet should not be 78 bucks a month. And yes, I own all my devices. It's something every month. I fix one thing and another pops up. I believe they do it because most business people just pay it and look the other way because of the hassle.
Didn't want to exchange my phone. I explained that my phone only has 6 days before my manufacturers warranty runs out. I called Samsung and they said they would repair it but I had to send it in and there is no telling when I get it back. I told them I a can't be without a phone because it's my only one. Being a retired veteran i need my phone, because i have so many appointment reminders that comes to my phone, and it's just easier to interact with MyHealthevet for health business from my phone. Then Samsung referred me to Best Buy for a Samsung same-day battery replacement but they said they don't have the tools. They keep saying I need to submit a claim but I would have to pay a $250.00 deductible. Why would I have to do that when my phone is still under the manufacturer's warranty. Being that I can't turn it in and be without a phone and there is no walk in service why can't AT&T just swap it out for another phone. This is crazy because AT&T swapped my phone out when I had my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I don't if it's because I'm a Veteran or something, but they don't want to help me. The customer service is pretty bad. I wouldn't think that they would be like that. I've been with them for almost if not 20yrs. I'm really thinking about trying to switch carriers. Just 5, or 6 years ago their customer service was pretty good. I wish I kept track of my warranty and knew I only had a few days of warranty, or I would have said something earlier, especially if I knew I had to go through 3 days of run around. I bet they will be happy when my manufacturers warranty runs out and I have to dish out a $250.00 deductible to get it fixed. I'm to mad at these people. I would do people like this if I owned AT&T. Can anyone tell me if T-mobile, or Verizon has good customer service so AT&T can take some dam notes.
Since I basically live between the United States and Italy, I tend to stop using my American number twice a year for 2/3 months. They suggested me to just "suspend" temporarily the account. So before leaving I did it, and got a confirmation (via phone support). After one month I got a bill of 200$ and they kept going up. When I asked explanations they told me I didn't suspended it, when I did and gave them also the dates I asked to suspend and the activate the account. I decided not to pay for a service I didn't used and yesterday I got my "final bill". I paid and I asked to re-store my account since I'm going back to school soon. They told me my phone number was already given to another user so I had to change AGAIN my number. They didn't refund me my final bill- but that's okay, I just know I will never work with them again even if they sell themselves as the "best" operators.
If you don't have to do business with AT&T, then save yourself from this greedy, no service oriented company. Internet service is a joke. We have 1mgb signal for years and have been promised that they would upgrade when they brought fiberoptic lines in front of property. We just learned through a AT&T service tech that came to the house that we have had fiberoptic lines for over a year. He told us that we were better off calling SPECTRUM, he said we would get faster service through them. So after 22 years of phone and internet service with AT&T, we are switching! They already lost our cable service as soon as we learned they successfully bought Direct TV. Horrible Company - wish this review gave negative options, AT&T deserves it!

I was presented with a Bait and Switch offer by ATT representatives working in India. Offer was misrepresented and representative lied to me. I have tried to resolve the problem with MANY phone calls to ATT. All unsuccessful. Much time, effort and aggravation. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE!
I received my bill from ATT indicating an erroneous $10 International Day Pass for Business charge. This was not possible - I never left the country! I called ATT billing to reverse the charge. A billing representative resolved the issue and she said that I was such a good and longstanding business customer that three of my many business lines qualified for new phone upgrades. Each phone would be only one dollar (plus eight cents tax), and that I could get up to three new I-phone 12's. The representative had a heavy accent and did not appear to be adequately trained. I explained to her that I didn't believe that this was really possible, but she insisted that this was a special offer available to me because of my longstanding relationship with ATT. Furthermore I was also eligible for a new Samsung Galaxy tablet for the same deal: only another $1 (plus tax) would show up once on my next bill I was told.

There were unauthorized charges for the two additional lines ($20 x 2 = $40) and $82.18 for upgrade fees and equipment charges. I called ATT billing and asked for my primary line be returned from $40 per month back to my previous $20 per month. Furthermore the new number was never authorized, used or activated, but still I was charged $20 per month. I made several calls to ATT with several pleasant but poorly trained representatives who often had significant language barriers.

All equipment returned, and I continue to be charged for two unauthorized lines. I am unable to reach anyone in customer service. This business practice should be illegal. All I want to do is explain the problem to someone who can resolve it. It is clear to me that this improper business practice and culture is being propagated by company leadership. Rescheduled my appt without explanation

This is the worst phone service ever, and we tried all of them, They charge several times in 1 month for service, we just paid $255. Bucks and then they turned the phones off and said they need $300 and some more, in 1 month AND,, you can't get ANY customer service and no1 ever knows anything, we are for sure going back to boost, they had th e best service, so far I WOULD GO ANY WHERE ELSE THAN HERE. Iv had this phone for about a year and I still can't have service to my play store so I can't download ANYTHING. I would recommend to EVERYONE DO NOT GO HERE THEY SUCK, FREE PHONES ARE BETTER THAN THIS DUMB COMPANY STAY CLEAR OF HERE I GIVE THEM A BELOW ZERO
Over two weeks trying to get email and over a dozen agents couldn't help. I had to cancel internet service because no one could figure out how to make it work. Going to Consumer Cellular tonight so I can cancel phone also. Even canceling the service took 35 minutes plus wait time!
Att service is good but the customer service sucks they charge me 100 install fee an all he did was come in look at my modem an say it's already hooked up they suck I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone ever at all
Avoid this fleecing company at all costs. Cut off about 100 families of internet coverage with no warning! Continued to bill without conscience. There will be a special place in hell for the president and executives of this worthless company. There really should be criminal proceedings and swift imprisonment! My question to the above mentioned- how in the world do you sleep at night? You destroy people's lives...
Update: One day the AT&T CEO arrives in hell. The devil is there to greet him. The devil smiles and say's, you probably the crookedest SOB I've ever had the pleasure of watching. You are low as they come! I'm proud as hell of the way you have treated the masses. A tip of the horn to you, you dirty rotten snake! I've been waiting for you, the devil continues, as a reward for being so greedy and thoughtless, you are going to get to watch beautiful women pornography for eternity! That's right, for eternity! The CEO smiled his smirky a** smile as the devil handed him a lap top and dashed out of the room to attend to some AT&T executives arriving on the down elevator. Shortly thereafter was a loud shriek! The AT&T CEO is screaming at the top of his lungs, there is nothing but a spinning circle on this piece of sh*t! What's the da*n deal?! The devil pokes his head back in and says, why I signed you up for AT&T internet, I knew you'd be pleased. The devil said, in addition, all complaints must go through the foreign call center. Current hold time is half an eternity. Finally with a smile, the devil says welcome to hell As*h*le!
Why is it that att prices are 285.92 for 2 phones and the service I pay for only 2 phones but I have 4 telephone numbers. When do I have 4 numbers when I only use 2 numbers. They are charging me all this money. Sorry att BYE BUT NOT SORRY WORST COMPANYEVER

Here is what happened
Contacted sales to sign up for Internet and cellular.
After a long conversation with me asking 10 times about my bill. It was $101 +tax.
I got my bill 3 days after and it was $200.
It took me 1 week to fight it. And I spoke with so many department. Finally they gave me a credit and told me my bill will be 110$ a month.
My second bill came. And it's $125.
I called and they said there is nothing that's showing my bill should be 101 or 110.
OMG. What a scammers.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
