I was in Store AC3J, 464 Grapevine Hwy, Hurst, TX on Tuesday 8/30/22 to replace my flip cell phone that I misplaced. Hannah W. Immediately greeted me and began taking the information. We have been Southwestern Bell/AT&T customers since 1956. I am 87, and Hannah was so patient and helpful to me. Any questions she had, Leslie was right to explain and be helpful. I was impressed!

The lady at the store said you got 14 day to cancel I did in 3 day and now they said it can take up to a month. They lie. Now my son cant put minutes on his phone because at t want cancel the contract. We all need to come together and sue at t because they probably got over millions of people.
I am getting billed for a service i never had and for a modem that i never received! Called customer service like 20 times, waited almost half hour each call... and nothing was resolved! They kept bouncing me left and right to different department and still nothing has been resolved. This is the worst customer service in the world... I'll rate them "0" very poor service
If being sold a specific plan with a specific price that requires you to call customer service twice in the following 7 days and act pissed off in order to get the things you were sold, AT&T is for you!
Scumbags still up to their old tricks - hidden service fees, nonsense fees that are just there to take advantage of people that don't know any better. And of course they push you into the automated, debit, paperless billing so it falls under the radar with most people. They (like most corporations too large to be of value to their customers) are barely better than organized criminals.
Every phone I try from Samsung and At&t Keeps getting worse and worse. Every update screws up the phones more and more. I've had the Note then the fold 2 and 3, now the s22 ultra. Ive had my issues with 4G and was told how 5G will be so fast and amazing ( although it will harm you more) that 4G will be seem like Dial up. Bull! 5G service is a joke, even if it shows full bars, so many calls and texts dont get received or dont go through, takes forever to open apps or load pages, It's the most frustrating experience I've ever had trying to search online. Connectivity Sucks! Even with wifi! It may have something to do with the fact that I'm in Oregon, but phone is trying to connect in Seattle, WA or some other state. Tried everything with At&t customer service- new sim cards, rebooting, blah blah. They tell me there is definitely a problem and they will have a senior tech reach back out to me. Twice now I get a text back saying they have looked into it and there are no problems with my service. I'm almost done paying off the two phones I have with At&t, then I'm done with them, Samsung phones and contracts.

I hate this service with a PASSION! I had T-Mobile and switched to AT&T 3 months ago. Service sucks! I can show 5g+ and 3 bars and still not work. It is constantly in 5ge and will just spin and spin and spin. If youre in Las Vegas and our looking for a new service provider- STAY AWAY FROM AT&T
The amount of misinformation the reps offer is astounding. If you want to fall the rough the cracks and be unappreciated by a company, just switch to AT&T. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I'm so sorry I ever listened to the rep at Sam's club. This company is a sham
At&t lied to me about giving me credit for internet service I didn't have and then they put late fees on to it. They interrupted my service so I had to go on and pay it. When I find a internet service cheaper I will leave. They are dishonest. You shouldn't have to pay for service when it is off because of a ice storm.
I signed up in March, had service techs out here 3 times, they did diagnostic showed outside wiring., finally got someone to do,
I was told numerous times i would get full credited since march, not so, I paid the bill, still internet down over 3dozen times just in evening.
Plus they installed voip phone service, when I asked for basic land line. What good does voup do, when never have internet, plus no streaming. Now 6 months later, still no internet, no TV.

Since I moved into a new apartment this summer, I've had the absolute worst experience with AT&T. The first time I spoke with someone, I was told someone was going to come install my equipment, so I took off an afternoon from work. I later found out that this has been misordered, and it was instead placed as a self-installation; however, I never received the first set of equipment. When it was reordered, it was missing pieces. Next, I was told the missing piece could get delivered then it turned out only a full new set could be delivered then it turned out a person did need to come out to misplace the missing piece (mind you this should have happened the first time). This was all on a single call. I was beyond frustrated, so I called my apartment to determine what other service I could use. This is when and where I am currently at. I have spoken with AT&T multiple times with multiple different people to have my account deactivated and to receive a full refund for any charges, as I did not use their services at any point in my new apartment. Four plus months later I am still receiving emails that my account is active. Even worse, auto-pay is set up, but the website shows my account as no longer existing, so I cannot remove my payment. In 2022, internet service should not be this difficult, and billionaire-dollar, international company should not be this incompetent. Save your money and stress and use another service.
From the moment I began my journey with AT & T switching from a company I had been with for over 30 years, things became apparent. The store people all have different information, none can actually tell you what your monthly bill will be. Customer service on the phone is less than helpful and I was told to switch to T-Mobile by one of these programmed individuals. No Help in any direction Billing is two months in advance and any change is cause for activation fees, this fee and that fee and other such fees. I am removing myself from this fiasco and it will coast me $1000. To pay off new phones before I can leave. Please do not switch to AT & T.
Been dealing with AT&T for over 2 months. Tried to split a number away from this account, and they have gone nutso. One of our former employees wanted to keep his number so we asked AT&T to split that number away from our business. The physical store had us call 611.611 is giving us a huge runaround. They disconnected our access to our phones and sent the huge entire bill to the former employer and gave him access to all of our phones. HUGE CLUSTER! GRRR Maybe it is that AT&T outsources its customer service. At some point, they need to recognize that this is not working and is contributing to their low ratings.
I've tried multiple times to have someone repair my 80-year old sister's landline service. Att checks the line and says, "no problem." I say one of her phones has no dial tone and the other no one can hear anyone speaking. I tell the agent this and am connected "to someone who can help." That's a joke; I'm connected to att business service; an agent who tells me to contact "Frontier." What's that when I want Att? I'm connected to someone with such a thick foreign accent I have to ask each word be spelled, and even then can't understand. I'm put on hold to connect to equipment service but get disconnected multiple times. At the end of each useless call I'm told about the value of Att internet service and with the promotion I can save money. In the meantime, my sister is paying for a service she can't use and can't get anyone to fix. Att is no longer interested in servicing a landline. The company wants to sell internet plans. Forget service. Just sell plans.
I have never in my life had internet this bad. And for the cost it's really not worth it. If I had any other option for my area I would not be using att.
I requested a new service add on Took me less than 30 minutes to finish order,, they came installed it & messed up the old service which is 2 phone lines plus internet than to have a new tech come buy or to get someone on the line took me 4 hours going from one representative to another until got the right one,,, in conclusion the te h support lines Suck
I transfered my service from Verizon only because my home internet was through ATT. My brother is on my account so I transfered him. He did not have internet for 2 days due to representative putting wrong account number. After he got his phone working I had to reset my pin on my account. Took 30 minutes on phone and it should have been fixed right? Wrong! They changed my voice-mail password to a number they did not give me so I had to call again 30 minutes to get them to reset it again. Today 16 days after I got my new phone battery is dead and won't charge. Brought it to a store and they told me they can't do anything so I had to call warranty dept. Called another 30 minutes! They said they will ship me new phone in 3-4 days! To finish step she sent me a text to verify and phone will be shipped as soon as that is done. Clicked the link and it said I had no service issue set up with this phone. I've been on hold now for 1 hour 14 minutes so far with another representative that said she can fix it. I think I will go back to Verizon now. This is the most incompetent service dept I have ever seen.
If I could switch I would ASAP in a heart beat worst company to be with I had no service for 6 days and now they are saying I have to go to Apple because it's the phone
We were literally conned out of thousands of dollars in overcharges and fees to escape this scam. We have been paying $500 a month for three phones (one a cheap back up to save our old number) and a 2 MEG download Internet connection. When we contacted them we were told our community had Fiber. In doesn't. Turns out it is ancient DSL delivered over phone cables. Then they told us Fiber was about to be installed, and the two megs was "temporary." But of course we are being charged for Fiber.
As I write this Spectrum is at our home replacing everything. In another hour we will go from a download speed of 2 megs to one gig, for LESS money and with more features.
And our phones will go from $200+ a month to $30 a month each. Whatever it costs us, it is worth it to free ourselves from AT&T.
I have had e mail problems for over a year with Att. Can't access my e mails on my phone or computer. I have called them over 20 times already and they cannot help me. I have to continually change passwords and go through the account process about 3 times a day. Sometimes it works for not even a whole day. I have 3 e mail accounts, two being business. If you leave a message when you have a claim... they will never call you back. They give you wrong tech support numbers. Etc. I am very frustrated and waste so much of my time with them. Don't use them. Useless employees. They don't really care.
Answer: Terrible service, this is the worst service I've ever had. Canceled all services with this company after my customer service experience. Customer service is horrible, their service in general is horrible, and they don't offer anything I can't get at any other competitors store. I wouldn't recommend service or work with this company, they are discriminatory and bias. All they do is take advantage of you and try to sell you stuff that you don't need so they can raise their commission. If you want to be serviced by a bunch of dilettantes, this is the place for you, bad service, work, and experience, Joshua at legacy village has terrible customer service experience.
Answer: At this point I am so disgusted with a T and T your customer service skills are horrible they don't help you out they keep transferring you to different departments just to get you off the phone they do not like to resolve problems and promises that they made they do not keep their promises they get you into getting into their products and getting their commission and then they screw you out of what they promise you I do advise anybody to go through a TNT they are lousy
